IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
This exercise machine is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply
whenever you operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual
before you assemble or operate your machine. In particular, note the following safety
precautions:
PRECAUTIONS
1. Keep children and pets away from the machine at all times. DO NOT leave
children unattended in the same room with the machine.
2. Only one person at a time should use the machine.
3. If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms,
STOP the workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
4. Position the machine on a clear, leveled surface. DO NOT use the machine near water
or outdoors.
5. Keep hands away from all moving parts.
6. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear robes or
other clothing that could become caught in the machine. Running or aerobic shoes are
also required when using the machine.
7. Use the machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
8. Do not place any sharp object around the machine.
9. Disabled person should not use the machine without a qualified person or physician in
attendance.
10. Before using the machine to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm
up.
11. Never operate the machine if the machine is not functioning properly.
12. Read all warnings posted on the exercise bike.
13. Inspect the exercise bike for worn or loose component prior to use. Tighten/replace any
loose or wore components prior to use.
14. Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the exercise bike.
15. This exercise bike is for consumer and home use only.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
•Tools Required For Assembling the Machine: One Crossing Wrench and Allen Wrench,
provided by manufacturer.
•NOTE: It is strongly recommended that two or more people assemble this machine to
avoid possible injury.
STEP-1
A.) Attach the Front Stabilizer (#3) to the Main Frame (#1). Secure it with two M8 x 2” Allen Bolts (#2), and
two Ø 5/8” Curve Washers (#4).

STEP-2
A.) Do not tighten Bolts until instructed to do so.
B.) Attach the Seat Post (#40) to Main Frame (#1). Secure them together with six M8 x ⅝” Allen
Bolts (#21) and six Ø ¾” Flat Washers (#38).
C.)Attach the Rear Stabilizer (#7) to the Rear Support Frame. Secure them together with two M10 x
2” Allen Bolts (#2) and two Ø 5/8 Curve Washers (#4).
D.)Securely tighten all Bolts and Nuts.
E.) Thread the Leverage Knob (#39) to Main Frame from bottom to stabilize the Bike on floor.

STEP-3
A.) NOTE: Extra help may be needed to hold the Front Post (#9) while connecting the cables
and wires.
B.) Insert Front Post (#9) through Front Post Cover (#16) and attach Front Post to Main Frame (#1).
C.) Connect the Upper Computer Wire (#34) from the bottom of the Front Post to the Lower Computer
Wire (#35) from the Main Frame.
D.) Pull the tension connector from the Upper Tension Cable (#32) and slide in between the opening
on the connector on the Lower Tension Cable (#33). Pull the Upper Tension Cable upward and
slide the wire through the slot on the bracket.
E.) Drop down the Upper Tension Cable so the fitting sits firmly on top of the bracket.
F.) Secure Front Post to Main Frame with four M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#21) and two Ø ¾” Flat Washers
(#38) on the side and two Curve Washers (#4) on the front.
G.) Attach the Front Right and Left Handle (#11 & #12) to the Front Post. Secure each Handle to Front
Post with two M8 x ⅝” Allen Bolt (#21).
H.) Remove the four M5 x ⅜” Philips Screws (#20) from the Computer (#10). Connect the computer
wire from Computer to the Upper Computer Wire (#34) from Front Post. Slide the Computer onto
Front Post. Secure it with the four Screws.
I.) Attach Right and Left Seat Post Cover (#22 & #23) to each side of Seat Post (#40). Secure Left
Cover (#23) with three ST5 x ⅝” Self Tapping Screws (#24). Secure right Cover (#22) with two ST5
x ⅝” Self Tapping Screws (#24).
