Warnings

1. Product Introduction
1.1 Inspiry Smart Box V
The self-service mobile payment device of Inspiry Smart Box V is used for clear image collection and
analysis, rapid transmission and feedback reading information, etc. The appearance is exquisite and
compact, with a large reading window, which is featured by powerful reading performance, and can
quickly read the payment codes of WeChat, Alipay and UnionPay and achieve 360-degree 2D barcode
reading. This product has passed CE, FCC and ROHS certifications.
1.2 Distinguishing Features
• Excellent reading platform and self-developed devices integrated with hardware and software;
• Able to compatibly read the two-dimensional codes on papers or the similar carrier, and the
two-dimensional codes on computer or mobile phone screen;
• Able to read tiny two-dimensional code symbols and two-dimensional code symbols displayed on
LCD monitor;
• Fast reading to increase work efficiency;
• First-reading success rate of over 95%, powerful error correcting;
• Flexible reading distance, making it easy to operate and unnecessary to learn to use the device;
• Have auxiliary lighting, convenient for reading under various light conditions, resulting in strong
applicability and high usability.

2. Operation Instruction of Inspiry Smart Box V
2.1 Device Connection
①USB female contact can be used to connect the keyboard
②RJ45 connects the power supply and extended functions
2.2 Wi-Fi Configuration
Enter the URL http://dm.2dupay.com/wifi-config/language/wifiConfig.html on mobile phone or use the
mobile phone to scan the QR code below to enter the configuration page. If use Wi-Fi connection, enter
the Wi-Fi name and password, and select the printer type. For instance, if choose serial interface printer,
the right Baud rate needs to be set. Set up the IP address using DHCP. Click the button “Generate
QR-code” and aim the QR-code to the scan window of the device. The device will prompt “The device is

will print “Welcome powered by Inspiry”. The light of device will change from red to green, and finally
blink with white light and green light, that means the device is connected to network successfully.

3. Storage and Transport
3.1 Storage Requirements
Relative humidity is from 5% to 95%. Keep it in normal temperature. Keep it away from acid, alkali and
other corrosive gas. Prevent direct sunlight, rain water invasion, and extrusion deformation.
3.2 Transport Requirements
When transport or connect device, please handle it gently, avoid strong vibration. Please do not scratch
or collide the outer case or glass, so as not to affect the appearance and use.
4. Maintenance Instruction
4.1. Regularly inspect whether the device surface is smooth and clean, and free of cracks,
deformation and corrosion on the surface.
4.2. Inspect the tightness of the screws used to fix the enclosure and confirm no screws fall off.
4.3. Inspect the glass of the device and confirm that its surface is smooth and free of dirt.
4.4. Keep the device in a location not exposed to direct sunlight, and keep it away from magnetic
interference in operation.
4.5 If the device will not be used for a long time, cut off the power supply and store the device in a

dry place.
5. FAQ
5.1. How to Install Device
5.1.1 Device installation with WiFi network
USB male contact ① is connected to the power supply adapter, and USB female contact ② is
connected to the USB keypad or the USB Hub for the extended functions of the USB, such as a printer.
5.1.2 Device installation with Wired Network
USB male contact ① is connected to the power supply adapter, and USB female contact ② is
connected to the Ethernet converter.
5.2. Networking
After the WIFI/wired network is configured, the device flashes with green light every two seconds if
successfully networked. It will flash with red light every two seconds if not networked.
If fail to connect the network: Check whether the wireless network or network cable is properly
connected, rescan the code, configure the network of the device and the device will automatically
restart.
5.3. Indications of LED Light
Flashing red: Network is not connected;
Flashing green: Network is connected;
Flashing blue: The device is upgrading;
5.4. Firmware upgrade
When the firmware is being upgraded, the light is flashing blue/white alternately. At this moment, do
not unplug the power supply. Otherwise, the upgrade will fail and the firmware will return to the
pre-upgrade version.

6. Device Disposal
Device disposal: remove the outer case and circuit board. The disposal of circuit board scrap should
comply with the local laws and regulations.
7. After-Sales Service
Please properly keep the valid accessories of the product. Please show the unmodified original
documents when you need help, otherwise the warranty will be invalid. The warranty service is limited
to normal use. The product shall be used in strict accordance with the manual, and shall not be
dissembled privately, or connected with improper accessories. The following man-induced damages are
not covered by the warranty: serious deformation and damage to the enclosure due to improper
operation and other man-made causes, damage and scratches of the lens, over-burning or obvious
scratches of the CMOS sensor, and PCB board over-burning due to improper operation.
