IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the machine. Safe and
efficient use can only be assured if the machine is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is
your responsibility to inform potential users about warnings and precautions.
2. Ask your physician for advice before starting any exercise program. Incorrect use or exercising
with worsened health can increase the risk of injury. Especially pay attention to your doctor’s
recommendations if you have a problem with heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol.
3. Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest,
irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, light-headedness, dizziness or nausea. If you
feel any of those symptoms, consult your physician before further exercising.
4. Keep children and pets away from the machine. It is designed for adult use only.
5. Use the machine on a solid, level surface with protective cover on your floor or carpet. There
should be at least 0.6 m of free space around the machine.
6. Before using the machine, make sure that the nuts and bolts are securely tightened. Some parts
like pedals, etc., are susceptible to wear. No adjustable part should stand protrude from the
machine and get in the way of the user.
7. The safety of the device can be assured only if you maintain it regularly. Check the device for
damage and wear before each use.
8. Always use the machine according to instructions. If you find any defective components whilst
assembling or inspecting the machine, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the
machine, STOP immediately. Do not use the machine until the problem has been solved.
9. Wear suitable clothing whilst using the machine. Avoid wearing loose clothing which may get
caught in the machine or clothing that may restrict or prevent movement. Please run slowly in the
initial phase. Hold the handlebar tightly and do not let your body leave the seat during exercise.
10. The machine has been tested and certified to EN957 under class HC - Suitable for home use
only. Maximum weight limit is 100 Kg. Braking is not dependent on speed.
11. The machine is not suitable for therapeutic use.
12. Be careful while transporting this device. Don’t injure your back. Use proper lifting manner or ask
another person for help.
13. WARNING! The heart rate monitor (if available) may not be accurate. Overloading during training
may cause serious injury or death. If you feel any discomfort, immediately stop the exercise!
