1. Power on InTouch Vici
NOTE: Refer to MA-20053 InTouch Vici User Guide if the Vici is not
powered on.
Press the tablet power button to power on the InTouch Vici tablet.
• The software is pre-installed and will launch on startup.
• The screen to the right displays when tablet is on and the
software initialized.
CAUTION: Keep the InTouch Vici device plugged in whenever
possible to keep it fully charged and ready for use.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi
• InTouch Vici Wi-Fi automatically connects to known Wi-Fi proles.
• To change to another Wi-Fi prole, select Wi Setup from the Settings screen and then select the desired
Wireless SSID network. Contact InTouch Technical Services if needed.
3. Interaction
Interact with the Vici by tapping the touch screen anywhere to expose In and Out of Session controls. (Refer
to MA-20053 InTouch Vici User Guide for more information.)
4. Request a Remote Consult
NOTE: You must use your standard protocol to request a connection from a remote provider such as a text or
telephone request.
Once the remote provider has been notied to beam in for a consult, position the InTouch Vici in an
orientation where the patient can see the provider’s face on the tablet’s screen.

Moving the InTouch Vici
NOTE: Before moving, set the InTouch Vici at its lowest height,
and unplug any attached auxiliary devices. Unplug the power
cord and secure it on the power cord hook.
I. Unlock the wheels before moving.
II. Move the InTouch Vici to the desired location.
III. Lock the wheels.
IV. Plug in the power cord.
WARNINGS:
• Wheels may lock when InTouch Vici is in motion if lock is
engaged accidentally.
• InTouch Vici may tip forward if pushed with too much
force when wheels lock. Please take care when moving
to avoid damage or injury.

Adjust the height by gripping
the column and manually
adjusting the column up or
down (the position is held at
any point on the column).
Adjust the tablet for easier viewing by
tilting the monitor backward or
forward.
Adjusting Speaker Volume and Muting
Microphone
Adjust the InTouch Vici speaker volume by pressing the up or
down volume buttons on the Integrated Speaker Microphone.
Mute the microphone by pressing the center button.
• The lights on the device will ash when microphone is muted.

powered on and charging
whenever it is not in use.
