TheLiNXACUisasecondaryremotemoduleoftheLiNX
family,intendedtoallowanattendantofapowered
wheelchairtointeractwiththeLiNXSystem.
TheACUremotemoduleallowscontrolofdriveand
poweredseatingfunctions.Controlcanbetransferred
betweenuserandattendant,andviceversa,viatheremote
modulesinthesystem.
1.4.2IntendedUse—CREMandCREM-LF
LiNXCREMandCREM-LF
TheLiNXCREMandCREM-LFaresecondaryremotemodules
oftheLiNXfamily,intendedtoallowpoweredwheelchair
userstointeractwiththeLiNXSystem.
TheCREMandCREM-LFsecondaryremotemodulesallow
controlofdrive,poweredseatingandconnectivityfunctions
(dependingonthecongurationofthesystem).TheCREM
andCREM-LFremotemodulesareintendedtobeused
withaLiNXmodule/remotemodulecapableofproviding
informationabouttheactiveuserinput.TheCREMcontains
astandard-forcejoystick,whiletheCREM-LFcontainsa
low-forcejoystickintendedforuserswhoareunabletouse
astandard-forcejoystick.
