INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the j5 create Wormhole Station (JUH-320)! This
multi-function device enables keyboard/ mouse sharing and drag &
drop capabilities across two computers for file copying/sharing. In
addition, it provides multiple card readers and a two port Super Speed
USB 3.0 Hub, which enables bulky file backup at (5 Gbps).
j5 create has developed this compact design for the sophisticated user
who wants speed and function combined with elegance.

GETTING STARTED
1. Plug the Power Adapter in port1.
2. Connect USB 3.0 cable Micro-B connector to port 2, and connect USB
3.0 cable Type-A connector to host laptop.
3. Lay your laptop on the top of j5 create Wormhole Station
4. Push the “j5” power button
5. Downstream port 3, 4 ,5, 6, and 7 are now ready to use.
6. Start the Wormhole Switch function
a. Connect Mini-B connector of USB 2.0 cable to port 8
b. Connect Type-A connector of USB 2.0 cable to the second
computer or tablet.
c. The Wormhole Switch software installation will automatically start on
both computers.
d. Window might open “AutoPlay”options. Please Click on The option
“Run WKMLoader.exe”

e. If the “User Account Control” window appears on the screen,
Click “Yes”to continue.
f. When you see the pop-up message appear at the bottom right
of the screen then you are ready to operate the Wormhole
Switch application.
Troubleshooting:
If auto-run is not launched automatically please follow the steps below

to start the j5 create Wormhole Switch application:
1. Make sure each connector is correctly inserted into each computer.
2. Go to My Computer and double-click the j5 Wormhole
Switch icon to start the application ( ). See the picture below.
SOFTWARE INSTRUCTION

To begin set up, please click the Wormhole Switch Utility Icon at the
bottom right-hand side of the screen..
o The Position of Other PC:
You can quickly set up the position of the other computer by using
on of the 4 options below.

o Disable (Enable) Keyboard and Mouse Control Temporarily:
You can quickly disable/enable the Keyboard and Mouse
temporarily. When the Keyboard and Mouse are temporarily
disabled the ( ) icon will be shown.
o Disable (Enable) Clipboard Share Temporarily:
You can quickly disable/enable the the Clipboard sharing option.
When the clipboard sharing option is temporarily disabled the ( )
icon will be shown.
*If you temporarily disable both the Keyboard and Mouse Control
and the Clipboard sharing control, the ( ) icon will be shown.
o Preferences:
To begin the j5 Wormhole Switch, You can change your
preferences in the "Wormhole Switch Preference Setup". Your
settings will be saved every time you restart your computer.
*For detailed function settings please refer to "Preference Setup"

o Update software version:
Check and update the latest version of software for Wormhole by
using the option below.
Note: Please make sure the network is available and Do Not unplug
during the driver update.
1. Remove the cable from the slave computer (keep the cable
plugged into the primary computer) and start the online update
(From the Wormhole Icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the
screen).
2. Select “Online update”
3. You will see either “Information window”or “Confirmation window”
pop-out. Select “OK” (if you already have the latest version) or “Yes”
(to proceed with updating the latest version of the Wormhole
software) in the confirmation window.
4. After you have finished the installation process plug in the device
to both computers. Now your Wormhole has the latest version of
software and is ready for use.

o About j5 Wormhole Switch:
All the information for the j5 Wormhole Switch can be found here.
o Exit:
To remove this device click "OK" in the "Confirmation" pop-up
window.
THE PREFERENCES SETUP:
Keyboard & Mouse Control Switching Settings
This option allows you to switch the control of the keyboard and mouse
from one computer to another.
Select one of the following options:

o Turn Off:
Disable the keyboard and mouse switch.
o Use Mouse Middle Button:
To switch the control of the keyboard and mouse from one
computer to another simply move the mouse off the edge of the
screen.
o Use Mouse to Move Off the Edge of Screen:
* To switch the control of Keyboard and Mouse from one computer
to another, just moving the mouse off the edge of the screen
*Select the desired position. Click on the pull-down menu to see
more options as shown below.

**You can also quickly change this setting by clicking on the j5
Wormhole Switch icon ( ). A pop-up menu will appear allowing you to
select "The Position of Other PC".
o Click Specified Screen Hot Area
You have the option to set up a "Hot Area", an orange colored
area that allows you to switch the control of the keyboard and
mouse from on computer to the other by selecting "The Orange
Hot Area".
Before you can set up the specified area please click "View and
Specify area", the following pop-up windows will appear:

You can find the small orange window frame on your desktop.
You can drag it to set up “Size” and “Location “. When you finish setting
up the size and location, Click “OK”. The function will be set.
* This function is also designed for touch panel computers. Simply touch
the “hot area” to switch the keyboard and mouse control from one
computer to another.
o Hotkey
You can setup the hotkey to activate the control switching function.
The default hotkey is (Alt+S)
Clipboard Share Options
This option allows you to enable or disable the Clipboard Sharing
Feature. With this function you can easily copy/paste contents/pictures
between two computers.
o Turn Off
Disable clipboard sharing.
**You can also quickly change this setting on the pop-up menu that
appears on the screen when you click the j5 Wormhole Switch icon ( ).
Click "Disable Clipboard share temporally” and then select the
appropriate option.
Event Notification
This option helps you to set the type of notification when the Clipboard
Data is arriving/sending or when switching the keyboard and mouse
control to another computer. You can choose to play a sound or to
