1. Safety Attention
【To ensure safety, to avoid any damage or injury, please follow
the instructions below】
During machine running, nozzle part can reach to 280℃, platform
can reach 110℃, for your safety is forbidden to touch nozzle,
platform or printing model during cooling or printing.
During machine running, don not put hands in it。
Working voltage is 50HZ alternating current and 110~220V voltage,
tripod socket must be on GND, shall not use other power supplies,
to avoid damage or fire and electric shock accidents.
During printing might generate some smell, it would not cause any
side effect, suggest print under good ventilation condition。
Don’t modify the machine to avoid any damage or injury, except
maintainer do that.
Avoid bending electric wire, near high temp., tire with thing or hold
heavy stuff.
Don’t use broken or moisture plug , to avoid cause shortcut or
injury.
Don’t let children to operate it. Put machine to some where children
can not reach.
Don’t put machine any where with high temp., moisture or fire.
During printing, don’t move or shake it.

3-3 Printing process
Tips: Pls operate the printer according to the above steps, if have
problem, contact us as soon as possible.
Unpack the package
Put machine on a stable table
Take out U disk from tool box and
load the software to PC, install it.
Choose “A-7” in software, save the 3d
files as gcode file into U disk
Take out the power cable and
connect with printer, then power on
Press “All” to home
Press
“Leveling”
Press “PREHEAT”
Press “lifting tray”, tray will
raise
Upload filament as
indicate direction
Insert U disk to
printer port
Choose the model
you want to print
Printer auto-heating and
start to print till finish
Take off the model
from the platform

5-1 Software installation
Copy the files in U disk to your PC, double click the software installation icon, and
enter the software installation interface,the installed process is as the picture shown:

5-2 Software introduction
1）software start
Double click
enter the
software

Choose the language you like as above pics shown.
2）add printer
3) Load 3d files and slicing.
Load model, select the filament type and appropriate print quality, the lower right corner of
the software shows "slicing", that is to generate Gcode code;
choice“A-7”then
press“add printer”

After slicing is completed, the lower right corner of the software shows "save the file”, and
save it into the U disk.
Press “save file”

5-3 Connect power cable with printer, and power on, machine will in
standby state.
5-4 Press ”LEVELING” on the display, extruder will move as the
directions of A-B-C-D as pictures shown to level the platform.
5-5 PREHEAT and upload filament
Press “PREHEAT” on screen，then choice“PLA”, nozzle and platform will heat to
setting temp.(this instruction is for PLA, if ABS you can choice ABS)；
Press “lifting tray” on control panel, filament rack will raise up, press one more, it will
go down, up load filament as below.

Press “SETTING” on screen, then press “filament in ”—motor will start feed filament
into extruder，until there is filament comes out (As shown in the pic):

5-6 Print with Gcode in U disk
Press “PRINT”—choose the “Gcode”file you want to print —printer will heat up to
setting temp in Gcode, when reach the point，the printer will start to print.
5-7 Remove Model

Open the door, take out the platform,use shovel to remove model
on it.
Attention: When using shovel, do not aim to person or yourself, which is to avoid any
injury or damage.Meanwhile, pls leveling again to print the next models.
