Open the tool.

correct cross section.

Close the ap locator.

The contact lies in the centre of
the respective prole.
Kontakt liegt zur Mitte des jewei-
ligen Prols.
Close the tool lightly .....
Werkzeug leicht vorschließen, ...
... until the contact is held
(1. Ratchet Lever).
... bis Kontakt gehalten wird.

Insert the cable until insulation

MAINTENANCE
The tool has to be kept clean and oiled occasionally. Referring to the results of the life-time simulation we re-
commend the exchange of the locator after 1000 cycles at the latest. Furthermore we recommend checking
the tool regularly by measuring the dimensions indicated in the specications of the crimped contact.
WARTUNG
Das Werkzeug muss unbedingt sauber gehalten und gelegentlich geölt werden. Bezugnehmend auf die
Resultate des Lebensdauertests empfehlen wir den Austausch der Locator spätestens nach 1000 Zyklen.
Weiterhin empfehlen wir, das Werkzeug in regelmäßigen Abständen durch Messen der in der Spezikati-
on des Crimpkontaktes angegebenen Maße zu überprüfen.
