Parts cleaning agent for cleaning of oil-, grease-

Specialcleaner forpartscleaning
powder
Properties:
•powdery cleaning and degreasing agent for metallic parts
•removes oil, grease and soot soiling
•low foaming
•free of nitrite, free of solvents
•pH 1% approx. 12,5
•white, pourable powder with characteristic odour
Fields of application:
•motor vehicle shops •cleaning of repaired parts
•truck service station •intermediate and final cleaning
•metal industry
Processing:
premix temperature
•parts cleaning machine 1+19 40-80°C
contact time: 1-5 min.
Productivity:
1 kg is sufficient for cleaning of approx. 12 charges (parts cleaning machine) at me-
dium degree of soiling and a predilution of 1+19.
Handling:
stir powder into water

Remarks:
•for following surface treatment (laquering, galvanizing etc.) rinse parts with tap water
•do not use on alkali sensitive surfaces
•store RM 63 dry
•pay attention to local waste water introductory regulations
Attention:

S 22 Do not breathe dust
S 26 In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical
advice.

bel where possible)
S 60 This material and its container must be disposed of as hazardous waste
