minutes. Remove and stir chocolate, i chocolate is not completely
melted a ter stirring, cook or an additional 2 minutes or until
chocolate is completely melted.
The chocolate needs to be completely melted and must be o a thin
consistency be ore pouring into the ountain. This will allow proper
low o the chocolate. To check the consistency o the chocolate,
dip a large spoon into the chocolate. The chocolate should low
smoothly o the back o the spoon. I the chocolate too thick, add
more oil.
CAU ION: chocolate burns very easily; keep an eye on the
chocolate when melting.
Never add cold or cool liquids to the melted chocolate in the
ountain. This will disrupt and stop the low o chocolate.
• Once the chocolate is completely melted and is o the proper
consistency, pour it into the bowl located at the base o the
tower.
• Then turn the motor switch to the ON position. The motor and the
heater should now be running at the same time.
• The melted chocolate will be drawn under the tower and pulled
up by the auger through the tower tier. The chocolate will then
begin to low to the top o the tower tier and low evenly over the
sides o each tier.
• You can now immerge ruit pieces, marshmallows or cookies in
the chocolate low to coat them with melted chocolate.
• IMPOR AN : The unit must be level in order or the chocolate to
low evenly and properly. Check the ountain consistently so as to
avoid ood pieces alling into the chocolate. Food pieces will
stop the low o chocolate.
• To extend the li e o the unit be sure to properly ollow all
cleaning instructions a ter every use. Make sure the chocolate is
lushed rom the tower tier while washing the ountain to avoid
chocolate build up. Do not apply cleansing abrasives to the
ountain or use an abrasive cloth, sponge, scouring pad, or the
like on the ountain.
