Este producto solo es apto para espacios bien aislados o para un uso ocasional.
Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños a partir de 8 años y personas con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o
mentales reducidas, o con falta de experiencia y conocimientos, si han sido supervisados o instruidos sobre el uso
seguro del aparato y entienden los peligros asociados. Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato. La limpieza y el
mantenimiento llevados a cabo por el usuario no deben ser realizados por niños sin supervisión.
- Los niños menores de tres años deben mantenerse alejados, a menos que estén bajo supervisión continua.
Los niños de entre tres y ocho años solo deben encender y apagar el aparato siempre que se haya colocado o
instalado en la posición de funcionamiento normal prevista y hayan recibido supervisión o instrucciones sobre el uso
del aparato de forma segura y comprendan los peligros existentes. Los niños de entre tres y ocho años no deben
enchufar, regular ni limpiar el aparato ni realizar el mantenimiento del usuario.

PRECAUCIÓN: algunas piezas de este producto pueden calentarse mucho y provocar quemaduras. Se debe
prestar especial atención cuando haya niños y personas vulnerables.
- Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser sustituido por el fabricante, su agente de mantenimiento o
personal de cualificación similar para evitar peligros.
- PRECAUCIÓN: para evitar peligros provocados por el restablecimiento involuntario de la desconexión térmica, este
aparato no debe alimentarse a través de un dispositivo de conmutación externo, como un temporizador, ni conectarse

- ADVERTENCIA: para evitar el sobrecalentamiento, no cubra el calefactor.
- El calefactor no debe colocarse inmediatamente debajo de una toma de corriente.
- No utilice este calefactor en las inmediaciones de un cuarto de baño, una ducha o una piscina.
Para prevenir los riesgos de incendio, descarga eléctrica, quemaduras y otras lesiones, es imprescindible seguir las
medidas de seguridad básicas para utilizar aparatos eléctricos.
Por su propia seguridad y para garantizar un uso correcto del aparato, lea atentamente la siguiente información antes
de utilizarlo por primera vez.
INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Para utilizar cualquier producto con alimentación eléctrica, se deben seguir siempre las medidas de seguridad
básicas, entre ellas:
LEA ATENTAMENTE TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES ANTES DE UTILIZAR ESTE PRODUCTO.
ADVERTENCIA: para reducir el riesgo de incendio, descarga eléctrica o lesiones personales o materiales:
1. Utilice siempre el producto con una fuente de alimentación cuya tensión, frecuencia y clasificación sean las que
se indican en la placa de identificación del producto.
2. Extraiga la unidad del embalaje y compruebe que esté en buenas condiciones antes de usarla.
3. No permita que los niños jueguen con partes del embalaje (como bolsas de plástico).
4. Cuando el producto está siendo utilizado por niños o personas enfermas o cerca de ellos, se debe supervisar
atentamente. No permita que los niños lo utilicen como juguete.
5. No utilice ningún producto con un cable o enchufe dañados, o después de que el aparato presente un fallo de

funcionamiento o se haya caído o dañado de cualquier forma. Devuelva el producto completo al lugar de compra
para que se inspeccione, repare o sustituya.
6. Antes de desenchufar el cable de alimentación, asegúrese de apagar el equipo. Asegúrese de tener las manos
secas antes de tocar la unidad, para evitar descargas eléctricas.
8. Asegúrese de que el cable esté completamente extendido antes de usarlo y colóquelo de manera que no entre
en contacto con ninguna pieza del calefactor.
9. Durante el uso, algunas partes del calefactor están calientes. Cuando mueva el calefactor, sujételo únicamente
por el mango provisto.
10. No utilice el calefactor en zonas como garajes, donde se use o almacene gasolina, pintura u otras sustancias
inflamables.
11. No use el calefactor cerca de muebles, animales, cortinas u otros objetos inflamables y asegúrese de que no
apunte hacia ellos. Mantenga los materiales combustibles como muebles, ropa de cama y cualquier otro material
combustible al menos a 1 metro de la parte delantera, los laterales y la parte posterior del calefactor.
12. No coloque el cable debajo de una alfombra ni lo cubra con mantas ni muebles. Coloque el cable de forma que
nadie pueda tropezarse.
13. No coloque el calefactor encima de ropa de cama ni alfombras de pelo largo y grueso, para evitar que se
bloqueen las aberturas.
14. Para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, no sumerja el cable ni exponga el producto ni el cable flexible a la
lluvia, humedad ni cualquier otro líquido que no sea necesario para que funcione correctamente.
15. Este producto no debe usarse en las cerca del agua, como bañeras, lavabos, baños, piscinas, etc., donde existe
riesgo de sumergirlo o salpicarlo.
16. Apague el aparato y desenchúfelo de la toma de corriente cuando no lo esté utilizando, antes de montar o
desmontar piezas y antes de limpiarlo. Desenchúfelo agarrando el enchufe; no tire del cable.
17. Una causa común del sobrecalentamiento es la acumulación de polvo y pelusas dentro del calefactor; asegúrese
de limpiarlo regularidad. Para ello, desenchufe el calefactor, déjelo enfriar y límpielo como se describe en la
sección «Cuidado, limpieza y almacenamiento».
18. Asegúrese de que ningún otro aparato de corriente elevada esté conectado al mismo circuito de su calefactor, ya
que se podría provocar una sobrecarga.
19. Evite utilizar un alargador, ya que puede sobrecalentarse y suponer un riesgo de incendio.
20. No utilice el aparato para otro uso que no sea el indicado.
21. No utilice el calefactor al aire libre. SOLO PARA USO EN INTERIORES.
22. No deje el aparato desatendido cuando esté encendido.
23. No coloque objetos encima del producto ni permita que ningún objeto obstruya las aberturas de entrada o salida;
no utilice el equipo cerca de paredes, cortinas, etc. No cubra la unidad cuando esté en funcionamiento.
24. No coloque el calefactor inmediatamente debajo de una toma de corriente.
25. El uso de complementos o accesorios no recomendados ni vendidos por el distribuidor del producto puede
causar daños o lesiones personales o materiales.
26. Este producto solo está destinado para uso doméstico normal.
Utilice el calefactor siguiendo las indicaciones de este manual. Cualquier otro uso no recomendado por el
fabricante puede provocar incendios, descargas eléctricas o lesiones personales o materiales.

Antes de conectar el enchufe a una toma, asegúrese de que el suministro eléctrico en su área coincida con el de la
etiqueta de clasificación de la unidad.

TERMOSTATO
Ponga el termostato en la potencia máxima y utilice el aparato hasta que se alcance la
temperatura ambiente deseada. Gire el termostato en sentido contrario a las agujas del
reloj hasta que el aparato se apague con un «clic».
El aparato se encenderá y apagará automáticamente para mantener la temperatura
establecida de forma prácticamente constante.
Tenga en cuenta que el aparato solo se activará si el ajuste del termostato es superior a la
temperatura ambiente.

OSCILACIÓN:
Encienda y apague la función de oscilación con el interruptor de oscilación ubicado en la parte posterior del calefactor.

PROTECCIÓN CONTRA VUELCOS
Este calefactor está protegido con un interruptor de seguridad que apaga el aparato automáticamente cuando el
calefactor se cae o se encuentra excesivamente inclinado, para prevenir accidentes. El calefactor volverá a funcionar
cuando se vuelva a colocar en posición vertical.
PROTECCIÓN CONTRA EL SOBRECALENTAMIENTO
Este calefactor cuenta con protección de corte térmico, que apaga la calefacción automáticamente en caso de
sobrecalentamiento intenso (p. ej., si algo cubre el calefactor). En este caso, espere a que el aparato se enfríe y retire
cualquier objeto que lo cubra. Después, el corte térmico se reiniciará automáticamente y el calefactor volverá a
funcionar con normalidad. Compruebe si hay daños en el aparato, el cable y el enchufe. Si no hay daños, vuelva a
enchufar la unidad y enciéndala como se describe arriba.
Si el calefactor sigue sin encenderse, póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente para obtener ayuda.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Antes de realizar cualquier labor de limpieza o mantenimiento en el aparato, desconéctelo de la fuente de
alimentación.
Para limpiarlo, se recomienda utilizar un trapo suave húmedo y detergente neutro. No utilice paños ni
dispositivos abrasivos que puedan dañar el aspecto del aparato. Compruebe que no haya polvo ni suciedad en
la salida de aire caliente y la entrada de ventilación. Durante la limpieza, tenga cuidado de no tocar los
elementos calefactores.
En caso de avería y/o mal funcionamiento del aparato, desconéctelo de la fuente de alimentación y póngase en
contacto con un técnico autorizado.

This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been

placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and
less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
CAUTION - Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be
given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be
supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on
and off by the utility.
- WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
- The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
- Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
In order to prevent the risks of a fire, an electrical shock, burns and other injuries, it is imperative to observe basic
safety measures when using electrical appliances.
Please read the following information carefully before using the appliance for the first time for your own safety and to
ensure correct use.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using any electrically powered product, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the
following:
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT.
WARNING - to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury to persons or property:
1. Always operate the product from a power source of the same voltage, frequency and rating as indicated on the

product identification plate.
2. Remove the unit from its packaging and check to make sure it is in good condition before using.
3. Do not let children play with parts of the packing ( such as plastic bags)
4. Close supervision is necessary when the product is used by or near children or infirm persons. Do not allow
children to use it as a toy.
5. Do not operate any product with a damaged cord or plug, or after the product malfunctions, or is dropped or
appears damaged in any way. Return the complete product to the place of purchase for inspection, repair or
replacement.
6. Before unplugging the power cord, be sure to turn the power off. When touching the unit, be sure your hands are
dry to prevent electrical shock.
8. Ensure the cord is fully extended before use and arrange it so that it is not in contact with any part of the heater.
9. In use, some parts of the heater are hot. When moving, hold the heater only by the handle provided.
10. Do not use the heater in areas such as garages where petrol, paint or other flammable substances are used or
stored.
11. Do not use near or point the heater to furniture, animals, curtains or other inflammable objects. Keep combustible
materials such as furniture, bedding and any other combustible materials at least 1 metre from the front and sides,
and from the rear of the heater.
12. Do not place the cord under carpet or cover with throw rugs or furniture. Arrange the cord so that it cannot be
tripped over.
13. Do not place the heater on bedding or on thick and long pile carpet where the openings may be blocked.
14. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse or expose the product or flexible cord to rain, moisture or any
liquid other than those necessary for correct operation of the product.
15. This product should not be used in the immediate vicinity of water, such as bathtub, washbowls, bathroom
swimming pool etc. where the likelihood of immersion or splashing could occur.
16. Switch off and unplug from outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning.
Remove by grasping the plug - do not pull on the cord.
17. A common cause of overheating is deposits of dust and fluff entering the heater. Ensure these deposits are
removed regularly by unplugging the heater, allowing it to cool and cleaning as described in the Care, Cleaning
and Storage section.
18. Be sure that no other high current appliances are plugged into the same circuit with your heater as an overload
can occur.
19. Avoid the use of an extension cord as the extension cord may overheat and cause a risk of fire.
20. Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
21. Do not use outdoors. FOR INDOOR USE ONLY.
22. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
23. Do not place objects on the product or allow objects to obstruct the inlet or outlet openings, or operate in close
proximity to walls or curtains, etc. Do not cover the unit when in operation.
24. Do not locate the heater immediately below a socket-outlet.
25. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the product distributor may cause personal
or property hazards or injuries.
26. This product is intended for normal domestic/household use only.
Use this heater as described in this manual. Any other uses, not recommended by the manufacturer, may cause fire,
electric shock, or injury to persons and may void the warranty.

Before inserting the plug into an electrical outlet, make sure that the electrical supply in your area matches that on the
rating label of the unit.

THERMOSTAT
Set the thermostat to "max." and operate the appliance until the desired room temperature
is reached. Turn the thermostat anticlockwise until the appliance switches off with an
audible "click".
This set temperature will be kept almost constant by the appliance switching on and off
automatically.

Please note that the appliance does not switch on unless the thermostat setting is higher
than the room temperature.
OSCILLATION:
Turn on and off oscillation function using the oscillation switch located at the back of the heater.
UP ----- OSCILLATION OFF

TIP-OVER PROTECTION
This heater is protected with a safety switch that turns off the appliance automatically when the heater falls over,
or is at an excessive angle from the horizontal. This helps prevent accidents, and the heater will resume
operation when it is put back upright.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
This heater is protected with thermal cutoff protection that switches off heating automatically in case of severe
overheating. eg. something covering the heater. In this case, waiting to the appliance cool and removing the objects.
Then the thermal cutoff will automatically reset, heating as normally. Check for damage to the appliance, the cord
and the plug. If there is no damage, plug the unit back in and switch it on as described above
If the heater still does not turn on, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
 Before undertaking any cleaning or maintenance on the appliance, disconnect it from the power supply.
 For cleaning it is recommended to use a soft moist rag and neutral detergent. Do not use an abrasive cloth or
devices which could affect the appearance of the appliance. Check that the hot air outlet and the ventilation inlet
are free of dust and dirt. During cleaning, be careful not to touch the heating elements.
 In case of breakdown and/or poor functioning of the appliance, disconnect the appliance from the power supply
and contact an authorised repairer.
