Important Precautions
1. Disconnect the gun from the air supply
before changing accessories, servicing or
performing any maintenance.
2. Always clean out the gun thoroughly after use
as a blocked/partially blocked gun may result in a build
up of pressure that may cause the bottle to burst.
3. Keep children and unauthorised persons away from
the working area.
4. When not in use, make sure the air supply is turned off
and the gun is disconnected.
5. Make sure you follow the underseal makers instructions.
6. Do not place attachments next to your face, (especially your
ears and eyes) and do not point at other people or animals.
7. Do not carry by the air hose, or forcibly pull the hose or gun
from the air supply.
8. Do not use the gun for any other purpose than that for which
it is designed. Do not fill with any other fluid or liquid.
9. Do not operate the gun if damaged.
10. Do not direct the air from the hose at yourself or others.
11. When not in use, disconnect from the air supply and store in a dry safe place.
Note:
Dispose of all waste fluids in accordance with the relevant environmental health
& safety guidelines.

from splashes of fluids.
lAlways wear protective gloves when working with
any type of lubricant or fluid.
lAlways wear ear protection as prolonged exposure
may result in damage to hearing.
lAlways clean out reservoir between uses - do not
allow different fluid types to mix.

equipment, even if you have used one before. Reading these instructions carefully
and understanding them fully will enable you to perform tasks correctly and will
prevent injury to yourself or someone else.
Designed specifically for injection of Wax Underseal into areas that are hard to get to, the inside of vehicle
door cavities, inside box section chassis, around wheel arches etc.

Operating Instructions
1. Take the container of rust preventative
fluid and read the instructions carefully.
hake the container before use.
2. Pour some of the liquid into
the bottle and screw the
lid back on firmly.
3. Aim the gun in a safe area
and gently pull the trigger in
order to set the flow and spread of
the liquid required, according to its
viscosity.
4. The extension probe shown attached
opposite is for getting into any hard to
reach areas such as inside sills, chassis
members and doors.
5. When finished, wash out immediately to avoid
blockage of the equipment when using particularly
viscose products.
