●Read these instructions carefully and
retain for future reference.
●Re ove all packaging and any
labels.

●When incing nuts only feed a few
down at a ti e and allow the scroll
to pick the up before adding any
ore.
●Always use the pusher supplied.
Never put your fingers or utensils in
the feed tube.
●Warning - the cutting blade is sharp,
handle with care both in use and
when cleaning.
●Ensure the attach ent is secured in
position before switching on.
●Do not touch oving parts.
●Unplug the appliance before fitting or
re oving parts or cleaning.

1 Fit the scroll inside the incer body.
2 Fit the cutter – cutting side
outer ost . Ensure it’s seated
properly – otherwise you could
da age your incer.
3 Fit a incer screen. Put the notch
over the pin .
●Use the fine screen for raw eat;
fish; s all nuts; or cooked eat for
shepherd’s pie or eat loaves.
●Use the ediu and coarse screens
for raw eat; fish; nuts; vegetables;
hard cheese; or peel or dried fruit for
puddings and ar alade.
4 Loosely fit the ring nut.
to use the incer
1 Pull the catch and re ove the
slow speed outlet cover .
2 Hold the catch back and insert the
incer. Turn it both ways until it
locks into place.
3 Tighten the ring nut anually.
4 Fit the tray . Put the dish/cover
under the incer to catch the food.
5Thaw frozen food thoroughly
before mincing. Cut eat into
2.5c (1") -wide strips.

6Switch to speed 4. Using the pusher,
gently push the food down the feed
tube, one piece t time. Don’t
push hard – you could d m ge
your mincer.
●If you experience poor results when
mincing me t, switch off nd unplug
the m chine. Dism ntle nd cle n
the tt chment, then re- ssemble
the tt chment nd refit to the
power unit. Tighten the ring nut
using the sp nner provided .

Ask your butcher for s us ge skin.
Use pig/hog skin on the l rge nozzle
nd sheep/l mb skin on the sm ll
nozzle. Or, inste d of using skin, roll
in bre dcrumbs or se soned flour
before cooking.
to use the s us ge filler
1 If you’re using skin, so k it in cold
w ter for 30 minutes then t ke one
end nd open it up with jet of
w ter. Pl ce your chosen nozzle
under running t p nd then pull
the skin onto the nozzle.
2 Pull the c tch , nd remove the
slow speed outlet cover .
3 Hold the c tch b ck nd insert the
mincer body. Turn it both w ys until
it locks into pl ce.
4 Fit the scroll inside the mincer body.
5 Fit the b se pl te - put the notch
over the pin.
6 Hold the nozzle on the mincer nd
screw the ring nut on .
7 Fit the tr y .
8 Switch to speed 3 or 4. Using the
pusher, push the food through the
tt chment. Don’t push hard –
you could d m ge your mincer. E se
the skin off the nozzle s it fills. Don’t
overfill.
9 Twist the skin to form s us ges.

100g (4oz) dry bre d
600g (11⁄2lb) pork, le n nd f t, cut
into strips
1 egg, be ten
5ml (1tsp) mixed herbs
slt nd pepper
1So k the bre d in w ter, then
squeeze.
2 Mince the pork into bowl.
3 Add the rem ining ingredients nd
mix well.
4 M ke into s us ges.
5 Fry, grill or b ke until golden brown.

gently push your mixture through the
tt chment. Cut into lengths.

stuffed kebbe recipe
Note: Prep re nd cool the filling
before m king the outer c sing.
Filling
400g (10oz) l mb, cut into strips
15ml (1tbsp) oil
2medium onions, finely chopped
5-10ml (1-2tsp) ground llspice
15ml (1tbsp) pl in flour
s lt nd pepper
1 Using the fine screen, mince the
l mb.
2 Fry the onions until golden brown.
Add the l mb.
3 Add the rem ining ingredients nd
cook for 1-2 minutes.
4 Dr in off ny excess f t nd llow to
cool.

500g (1lb 2oz) l mb or f t-free
mutton, cut into strips
500g (1lb 2oz) bulgur whe t,
w shed nd dr ined
1 sm ll onion
Important
Alw ys use the bulgur whe t str ight
w y fter dr ining. If it is llowed to
dry out, it m y incre se the lo d on
the mincer resulting in d m ge.
1 Using the fine screen, mince

whe t, dding the onion before the

2 Mix. Then mince twice more.
3 Push the c sing mixture through the
kebbe m ker.
4 Cut into 8cm (3") lengths.
5 Pinch one end of the tube to se l it.
Push some filling – not too much –
into the other end, then se l.
6 Deep fry in hot (190°) oil for bout 6
minutes or until golden brown.

1 Loosen the ring nut m nu lly or with
the sp nner nd dism ntle. W sh ll
the p rts in hot so py w ter, then
dry. Don’t wash any part in the
dishwasher. Never use sod
solution.
●Use the cle ning tool to ssist in
cle ning the fine nd medium
screens. Select the ppropri te side
of the tool nd push the prongs into
the holes in the screen to rele se the
food. W sh thoroughly fter use.
2Re- ssemble.
3 Wipe the screens with veget ble oil,
then wr p in gre seproof p per to
prevent discolouring/rusting.
4 If you keep the mincer on the
m chine, put the dish/cover on the
tr y s dust-cover.
