to use the hand blender
●You c n blend soups, s uces, milk
sh kes, m yonn ise nd b by food
etc.
for beaker blending (if beaker

●Fit the rubber ring b se on the
bottom of the be ker. (This stops the
be ker sliding on the worktop).
●Don’t fill the be ker more th n
2/3rds full.
●After blending you c n fit the lid to
the top of the be ker.

ingredients but t ll enough to
prevent spl shing.
for saucepan blending
●For s fest use it is recommended to
tke the p n off the he t nd let hot
liquids cool to room temper ture
before blending.
●Use the soup blender (if supplied) to
quickly process soups etc., directly
in the s ucep n. Altern tively use
the h nd blender.
●Do not use the soup blender
to process uncooked
vegetables.
1 Fit the blender sh ft to the power
h ndle – push to lock.
2 Plug in.
3 Pl ce the food into the be ker or
simil r cont iner, then holding the
be ker ste dy, select the required
speed then press the on button.
(Select low speed for slower
blending nd to minimise spl shing
nd higher speed or turbo for
f ster blending).
●To avoid splashing, place the
blade in the food before
switching on.
●Don’t let liquid get bove the join
between the power h ndle nd
blender sh ft.
●Move the bl de through the food
nd use m shing or stirring ction
to incorpor te the mixture.
●Your hand blender is not
suitable for ice crushing.
●If your blender gets blocked, unplug
before cle ring.
4 After use rele se the on or turbo
button. Unplug nd press the rele se
buttons to remove the blender
sh ft from the power h ndle.

1 Push the wire whisk into the whisk
coll r .
2 Fit the power h ndle to the whisk
coll r. Push to lock.
3 Pl ce your food in bowl.
●Don’t whisk more th n 4 egg whites
or 400ml (3⁄4pt) cre m.

4Plug in. To void spl shing, select
speed 1 then press the on button.
To whisk on f ster speed, select
higher speed or press the Turbo
button. Move the whisk clockwise.
●Don’t let liquid get bove the whisk
wires.
5 After use rele se the on or turbo
button, unplug nd dism ntle.

coffee be ns, ice cubes, spices or
chocol te - you’ll d m ge the bl de.
1 Remove ny bones nd cut food
into 1-2cm (1⁄2-1”) cubes.
2 Fit the rubber ring b se on the
bottom of the chopper bowl. (This
stops the bowl sliding on the
worktop.)
3 Fit the chopper bl de over the pin in
the bowl .
4 Add your food.
5 Fit the chopper cover, turn nd lock
.
6 Fit the power h ndle to the chopper
cover - push to lock.
7 Plug in. Hold the bowl ste dy. Then
press the turbo button. Altern tively
press the turbo button in short
bursts to chieve pulsing ction.
8 After use, unplug nd dism ntle.

to use the masher (if supplied)

●Don’t m sh h rd or uncooked foods

1Cook the veget bles nd dr in.
2 Fit the m sher coll r to the m sher
foot by turning in clockwise
drection .
3 Turn the m sher upside down nd fit
the p ddle over the centr l hub nd
turn nti clockwise to loc te .(If
the collar isn’t fitted then the
paddle doesn’t secure in
place).
4 Fit the power h ndle to the m sher
ssembly - push to lock.
5 Plug in.
6 Pl ce the m sher in the s ucep n or
bowl etc., nd select speed 1 on the
v ri ble control nd then press the
on button. Move the m sher in n
up nd down movement throughout
the mix until the desired result is
chieved.
7 After use rele se the on button nd
unplug.
8
Press the blender sh ft rele se buttons
to rele se the m sher ssembly.
9 Remove the p ddle from the m sher
by turning clockwise.
10 Unscrew the coll r from the m sher
foot.
important
●Never use the m sher in s ucep n
over direct he t. Alw ys remove the

cool slightly.
●Do not t p the m sher on the side of
the cooking vessel during or fter
m shing. Use sp tul to scr pe
excess food w y.
●For best results when m shing never
