1. The Company warrants the product during normal resident use.
It does not apply in the event of product damages caused by
accident, transportation, misuse, abuse, installation error, or has
been modied in a manner inconsistent with the products as
shipped by the Company. The warranty excludes damage due to
aggressive air or water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners
and/or materials.Improper care and cleaning will void is warranty.
2. If a defect is found in normal resident use, within the warranty
period, the Company will, at its election, repair, replace or make
appropriate adjustment. The Company is not responsible for labor
charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs.
In no event shall the liability of the Company exceed the purchase
price of the product.
3. In the case that the product is not covered by this warranty, the
Company will inform the customer of the service charge and other
cost that may occurred. The Company will proceed further service
only upon receive the customer consent.
4. Proof of purchase: original sales receipt or other documents, if
any, from consumer must be made available to the Company with
all warranty claims.
Remarks:
•Please carefully review the installation instruction manual before you
install the product.
•The Company reserves the right to make changes of this Warranty at
any time without prior notice.
Warranty period:
1. Faucets
•Faucet body 1 year from the date of purchase
•Cartridge (leak and drip during normal use) - Lifetime
2. Other products (not include those Vitreous china, Vitreous china
-related and bathtub products) – 1 year from the date of purchase

CARE AND CLEANING
For best results, keep the following in mind when caring
for your product:
•Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous
area before applying to the entire surface.
•Wipe surfaces clean and rinse completely with water
immediately after applying cleaner. Rinse and dry
any overspray that lands on nearby surfaces.
•Do not allow cleaners to soak on surfaces.
•Use a soft, dampened sponge or cloth. Never use
an abrasive material such as a brush or scouring pad
to clean surfaces.
•The ideal cleaning technique is to rinse thoroughly
and blot dry any water from the surface after each use.
