IMPORTANTI ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
1. Il tritatutto non funzionerà a meno che non sia assemblato correttamente.
2. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per scopi diversi da quelli descritti nelle presenti istruzioni.
3. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio quando vuoto o sovraccaricato.
4. Si raccomanda di non utilizzare l’apparecchio per macinare a secco alimenti duri come semi di
soia, riso crudo, carne congelata, e così via, ed evitare inoltre alimenti liquidi.
5. Si prega di non toccare la lama o il motore mentre l’apparecchio è in funzione, per evitare gravi
lesioni personali nonché danneggiare l’apparecchio.
6. Non far funzionare l’apparecchio per più di 15 secondi in modo continuo. Dopo 15 secondi,
lasciare rareddare per 2 minuti prima di riutilizzarlo.
7. Se l’apparecchio smette di funzionare durante il normale funzionamento, è possibile che si sia
spento in seguito alla funzione automatica di protezione della temperatura del motore. Si prega di
spegnere l’apparecchio e di scollegarlo dalla rete elettrica, quindi lasciarlo rareddare per
circa 20-30 minuti prima di riutilizzarlo.
8. La ciotola del tritatutto e il coperchio dell’unità lama possono sopportare acqua calda a 100ºC per
la pulizia e la sterilizzazione.
9. Non introdurre mai l’unità motore in acqua o altri liquidi né lavarla con acqua o altri liquidi.
10. Si prega di NON utilizzare spugnette in lana d’acciaio o altri articoli di
pulizia abrasivi per evitare di graiare l’apparecchio.
11. NON lavare l’apparecchio in lavastoviglie.

ISTRUZIONI D’UTILIZZO DEL TRITATUTTO
• Inserire la lama sul perno centrale.
• Inserire la carne (tagliata in pezzi di piccole dimensioni con uno spessore di 10 mm, senza ossa
né muscolo) o le verdure (tagliate in piccoli cubetti di 20-30 mm di spessore) nel recipiente del
tritatutto (il volume totale del cibo non deve superare i 2/3 della capacità del recipiente) poi
posizionare il coperchio.
• Posizionare correttamente il blocco motore sul coperchio del contenitore e sulla lama.

• Collegare il cavo alla corrente e premere l’interruttore on/o. Ripetere più volte l’operazione fino a
quando non si raggiunge la tritatura desiderata.
• Quando il cibo avrà raggiunto le dimensioni desiderate, allontanare le mani, aspettare che la lama
si fermi del tutto, poi scollegare la presa dalla corrente. Rimuovere il blocco motore ed il coperchio,
rimuovere con attenzione la lama ed infine tirare fuori il cibo tritato.
Sistema di sicurezza: il motore è provvisto di un sistema di sicurezza grazie al quale
l’apparecchio si arresterà automaticamente in caso di surriscaldamento e riprenderà il
funzionamento una volta rareddato.

MANUTENZIONE
* Evitare che l’apparecchio subisca forti colpi in quanto potrebbe deformarsi o rompersi.
* Dopo l’utilizzo, lavare l’apparecchio ed asciugare le parti con un panno asciutto. Conservare il
tritatutto in un luogo asciutto e areato.
* Utilizzare questo apparecchio esclusivamente con gli accessori forniti. Questo apparecchio dovrà
essere destinato solo all’uso per il quale è stato espressamente concepito. Non utilizzare
l’apparecchio e gli accessori per scopi diversi da quelli descritti in questo manuale.
* Prestare particolare attenzione quando si maneggiano le lame ai liate, quando si vuota il
recipiente e durante la pulizia. Non utilizzare la lama o gli accessori per usi diversi da quelli a cui
sono destinati al fi ne di prevenire ogni rischio. Qualunque altro utilizzo o il montaggio incorretto
della lama o degli accessori costituisce un pericolo.


CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
La presente garanzia si intende prestata al consumatore, intendendo per consumatore colui che
utilizza il bene per scopi estranei all’attività imprenditoriale o professionale eventualmente svolta, e,
pertanto, per uso domestico/privato. Inoltre non pregiudica in alcun modo i diritti del consumatore
stabiliti dal DLGS 206/05. Questo certificato va conservato assieme alla ricevuta fiscale o altro
documento reso fiscalmente obbligatorio.
1. La Galileo SpA garantisce l’apparecchio per un periodo di 2 anni dalla data di acquisto (12 mesi se
acquistato con fattura e non con scontrino fiscale).
2. La garanzia è valida esclusivamente sul territorio italiano compresa la Repubblica di San Marino e la
Città del Vaticano, e deve essere comprovata da scontrino fiscale o qualunque altra prova d’acquisto,
che riporti il nominativo del Punto Vendita, la data di acquisto dell’apparecchio nonché gli estremi
identificativi dello stesso (tipo, modello).
3. Per garanzia, s’intende la sostituzione o riparazione gratuita delle parti componenti l’apparecchio che
sono risultate difettose all’origine per vizi di fabbricazione.
4. Entro un anno di vita del prodotto si ritiene il difetto esistente all’origine, successivamente deve esserne
provata l‘esistenza.
5. Manopole, lampade, parti in vetro e in plastica, tubazioni e accessori così come tutte le parti asportabili
e tutte le parti estetiche non sono coperte da garanzia, eventuali difetti estetici vanno riscontrati e
denunciati con immediatezza dopo l’acquisto.
6. Tutti i materiali soggetti ad usura (guarnizioni in gomma/plastica, cinghie ecc.) non sono coperti da
garanzia a meno che venga dimostrata la difettosità risalente a vizio di fabbricazione delle stesse.
7. La Galileo S.p.A. declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni che possano derivare, direttamente o
indirettamente a persone e cose, come conseguenza del mancato rispetto delle istruzioni tutte, incluse
nell’apposito manuale per l’uso dell’apparecchio allegato a ciascuno apparecchio, da parte dell’utente ed
in particolar modo per quanto concerne le avvertenze relative alla installazione, all’uso e manutenzione
dell’apparecchio stesso.
LA GARANZIA NON DIVENTA OPERANTE NEI SEGUENTI CASI:
a. Danni dovuti al trasporto o alla movimentazione delle merci
b. Interventi errati di installazione e montaggio, così come l’errata connessione o errata erogazione
dalle reti di alimentazione elettrica, mancanza di allacciamento alla presa di terra, e tutte le eventuali
regolazioni errate
c. Installazione errata, imperfetta o incompleta per incapacità d’uso da parte dell’Utente o dell’installatore,
se non vengono rispettate le indicazioni di conservazione e utilizzo degli stessi previste nei manuali,
eccessive condizioni climatiche ambientali etc.
d. La garanzia non opera per problemi legati esclusivamente al mancato rispetto delle aspettative
soggettive del cliente
e. Danni causati da agenti atmosferici (fulmini, terremoti, incendi, alluvioni, ecc.)
f. Riparazioni, modifiche o manomissioni eettuate da personale non idoneo. Per guasti dovuti a
mancanza di regolare manutenzione (pulizia batterie condensanti, fori di drenaggio acqua di condensa,
filtri scarico ed entrata acqua, eliminazione corpi estranei, calcare ecc.)
g. Assenza di prova d’acquisto
h. L’uso improprio dell’apparecchio, non di tipo domestico o diverso da quanto stabilito dal produttore
i. Per tutte le circostanze esterne che non siano riconducibili a difetti di fabbricazione.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. The chopper will not work unless it’s properly assembled.
2. Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than those described in these instructions.
3. Do not use the appliance empty or overloaded.
4. Please do not use the appliance for dry grinding hard food like soybeans, uncooked rice, frozen
meat etc, and avoid succulent liquid foods.
5. Please do not touch the blade unit or motor while the appliance is running, to avoid serious
personal injury and damage the appliance.
6. Do not run the appliance for more than 15 seconds continuously. After 15 seconds, let it cool for 2
minutes before using it again.
7. If the appliance stops running during normal operation, it is possible that the motor switched
o because of the motor temperature protection. Please turn o the unit and disconnect from the
mains, then let it cool for about 20-30 minutes before using again.
8. The chopper bowl and blade unit lid can withstand 100ºC hot water for cleaning and sterilizing.
9. Do not put the motor unit in water or other liquids or wash it with water or the other liquids.
10. Please DO NOT use steel wool or the other abrasive cleaning tools to avoid scratching the
appliance.
11. Do not use the dishwasher to clean the appliance.




INSTRUCTION FOR OPERATING THE CHOPPER
• Put the chop blade in the cup onto the driving connector.
• Put the meat (cut into small pieces with 10mm thickness, without bone and muscle) or vegetable
(cut into small cubes with 20-30mm) into the chop cup (the volume of food should not be more
than 2/3 capacity) and then put the cup cover on.
• Connect the motor unit at the right position to the glass cup cover and blade.
• Then plug the unit and press the on/o button. Repeat the operation multiple times until the
desired mincing has been achieved.
• When the food has been cut into desired pieces, keep your hands away from the on/o button,,
after the blade stops running, unplug the plug, remove the motor unit and the cup cover, take out
the blade carefully. Finally take out the food.
Safety protection: The motor is equipped with a protective setting, which will turn o the
unit automatically in case of overheating and re-operate it after cooling.

MAINTENANCE
*Avoid any bumping of the appliance, otherwise it will be deformed or broken.
*After usage, please clean the appliance and wipe the parts with a dry cloth and store it in a dry
and ventilated place.
*Only use this appliance and the provided accessories. Use the appliance for its intended purposes
only. Do not use the appliance and the accessories for other purpose than described in this user
instruction manual.
*Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the container and during
cleaning. Do not try to use the cutting blade or accessory other than the correct purpose to
prevent dangers. Misuse or incorrect assembling of the cutting blade or accessory will cause
dangers.

 
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This guarantee is intended to be delivered to the consumer, meaning by consumer the one who uses
the good for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out, and, therefore,
for domestic / private use only. Furthermore, it does not in any way aect the consumer’s rights
established by Legislative Decree 206/05. This certificate must be kept together with the tax receipt
or other document made fiscally mandatory.
1. Galileo SpA guarantees the appliance for a period of 2 years from the purchase date (12 months if
purchased with an invoice and not with a receipt).
2. The guarantee is valid exclusively on Italian territory including the Republic of San Marino and the
Vatican City, and it must be proven by a receipt or any other proof of purchase, bearing the name of
the Point of Sale, the purchase date of the appliance as well as the identification details of the same
(type, model).
3. The guarantee covers the free replacement or repair of the component parts of the appliance whichwere
found to be defective at the origin due to manufacturing defects.
4. Within a year of life of the product, the defect is considered as existing at the origin, subsequently its
existence must be proven.
5. Knobs, lamps, glass and plastic parts, pipes and accessories, as well as all removable parts and all
aesthetic parts are not covered by the guarantee, any aesthetic defects must be found and reported
immediately after purchase.
6. All materials susceptible to wear (rubber / plastic seals, belts, etc.) are not covered by the guarantee
unless the defect is proven to be dated back to a manufacturing origin.
7. Galileo SpA declines all responsibility for any damages that may arise, directly or indirectly to persons
and things, as a consequence of failure to comply with all the instructions from the user, and especially
as concearning the ones included in the specific manual for the use provided with each appliance, and,
in particular, as regards the warnings relating to installation, use and maintenance of the appliance
itself.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
a. Damage due to transport or handling of goods
b. Incorrect installation and assembly interventions, as well as incorrect connection or incorrect supply
from the electricity supply networks, lack of connection to the earth socket, and any incorrect
adjustments
c. Incorrect, imperfect or incomplete installation due to incapacity of a proper use by the User or by
the installer, if the instructions for conservation and use of the same provided in the manuals are not
respected, excessive environmental climatic conditions, etc.
d. The warranty does not apply to problems exclusively related to failure to meet the customer’s subjective
expectations
e. Damage caused by atmospheric agents (lightning, earthquake, fire, flood, etc.)
f. Repairs, modifications or tampering carried out by unsuitable personnel. For failures due to lack of
regular maintenance (cleaning of condenser coils, condensate water drainage holes, drain filters and
water inlet, elimination of foreign bodies, limestone, etc.)
g. No proof of purchase
h. Improper use of the appliance, not of the domestic type or other than as established by the manufacturer
i. For all external circumstances that are not attributable to manufacturing defects.
