
1. SAFETY WARNINGS
The pressure cooker can be used for gas and electric cooking.
ො While cooking, as soon as you see the pressure liming valve constantly releasing
steam, you must lower the heat to prevent the liquid from being expelled through the

should be used with a parcular cooker model. Never let the valve clog.
ොUse the handles. Do not touch the hot metal surface directly with your hands.
ො Children or people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilies, or lack of experi-
ence and knowledge should not use the pressure cooker. Keep children away from the
pressure cooker when it is in use.
ොThe pressure cooker is suitable for steaming and braising, but not for frying or sautéing.
Do not use the pressure cooker for other than its intended purpose.
ො The boom of the pot is suitable for heang. The burner should not be larger than the
diameter of the base.
ොDo not put the pressure cooker in the oven.
ොYou must be very careful when moving the pressure cooker, especially under pressure.
Hold the pot horizontally and lower it gently. Do not shock or pull.
ොClean the pot without fail, especially keep the pressure control valve and overpressure
plug clean and unobstructed. Check its condions before using.
ො Keep an eye on the pressure cooker when in use. Observe its operang condion at all
mes and do not let the inside of the pot dry out.
ොDo not heat it for cooking if the lid is not completely closed. Never try to force open the
pressure cooker if the lid lock won’t go down.
ො Do not ll more than 2/3 of the body volume. When cooking volume-expanding foods,
ll no more than 1/2 the volume.
ොIf possible, do not use it to cook foods that expand or foam easily. For example, apple
juice, food made with corn, pasta, etc. When you cook these foods, you need to be
extra careful.
ො Do not leave food in the pot for a long me, especially acidic, alkaline or sugary foods.
