(1)I had just received my product, I don’t know how to set up everything!
There are a few ways of setting up this product: from multiple satellite
sources to your computer, from one satellite source to your computer.
i. You may have more than 1 satellite dish at home, therefore, you would
have to connect the receiver coaxial cable from your satellite dishes to a
DiSEqC, then you have two choices:
A. Connect the output from DiSEqC to your Setup Box, and then you
may connect its output to the DVB-S TV tuner card.
B. Connect the output from DiSEqC directly to your DVB-S TV tuner
card.

ii. If you have only 1 satellite dish at home, the setup would be much simpler.
From the satellite dish, either connect the coaxial cable to your Setup Box,
then to the DVB-S TV tuner card, or directly to the DVB-S TV tuner card.
(2)If my software installation was not successful, what should I do?
Before you reinstall the software, please follow the steps below:

to close applications and devices such as Norton, Webcam, or Beyond
TV…etc. These are probably shown on the task bar, please make sure
all are shut down before reinstallation.
Please follow the quick guide included in the package to reinstall your
