1. What happens if I get my adjustable bed base home and I'm not satisfied with
it?
A. Return policies are set by individual retailers. Be sure to ask your salesperson
about the store's policies.
2. Do I have to set up or assemble my adjustable bed base?
A. In most cases, the people who deliver your adjustable bed base will put it
together and set it up for you. Be sure to ask your salesperson about the store's
policies.
3. Where can I find the serial number for my adjustable bed base?
A. The serial number should begin with a C, G, L, or W, followed by six digits. It is
located:
1) on the front of the owner's manual
2) on the back of the remote control
3) on the underside of the base.
Split King bases will have two serial numbers.
4. What do I do if I lose the remote control?
A. You can purchase a replacement remote control directly from us. Be sure to
have your adjustable bed base's serial number handy so we can help you find the
right remote control for your model.

Troubleshooting
1. The remote control illuminates and appears to be operable, but will not
activate the adjustable bed base.
A. Verify power cord is plugged into a working, grounded electrical outlet. A
grounded, electrical surge protection device is recommended. Test outlet by
plugging in another working appliance.
2. No features of the adjustable base will activate.
A. Try the following troubleshooting steps
●Program the remote control. Instructions for programming procedures are
in your remote control manual.
●Unplug power cord, wait 30 seconds, and plug in to reset electronic
components.
●Electrical circuit breaker may be tripped. Check electrical service breaker
box to verify.
●Defective surge protection device or electrical outlet. Test outlet by
plugging in another working appliance.
3. Adjustable bed base will not function after power outage.
A. Unplug power cord, wait 30 seconds, and plug back in.
4. Remote control will not illuminate.
A. Replace batteries in the remote control.
5. Head or foot section will elevate, but will not return to horizontal (flat)
position.
A. Base mechanism may be obstructed. Elevate base and check for obstruction.
Remove obstruction.
●Head section may be too close to the wall.

●Headboard may be too close to the edge of the mattress. Verify a 1.5"
(38.1mm) to 2" (50.8mm) distance between headboard brackets and
mattress. Adjust if required.
●Elevate the head or foot section a short distance (with the remote control)
to realign the lift/lower mechanisms with the base support platform.
6. In case of Excessive motor noise
●Verify that base is not positioned against a wall, nightstand, or other object
that may cause vibration or noise.
●Verify headboard brackets were removed during installation. Remove
headboard brackets if still attached to the underside of base.
●If base is located on hard surface flooring, place carpet pieces or rubber
caster cups under each leg or caster of the base. (See accessory sheet for
rubber caster cup order information.)
●If adjustable base is installed over a bed frame, verify massage motors are
not causing bed frame (or bed frame components) to vibrate.
●Verify that headboard attachment hardware is tightened firmly (if used).
●Verify leg extensions are tightened firmly (if used).
●Verify there is nothing under the base that could cause noise during
adjustable base operation.
●If air mattress is being used, check to see if the pump is the source of the
noise.
7. Remote control operation is being interfered with by other wireless control
sources in home.
A. Unplug base from electrical power source and remove batteries from remote
control. Reinstall batteries and press any button on the remote control to
re-establish communication.
8. Adjustable bed base will not function after motor replacement.
A. If base is on its side, turn right-side-up. Safety switch may be engaged,
preventing base from functioning.

9. Adjustable bed base does not raise smoothly.
●Base mechanism may be obstructed. Elevate base and check for
obstruction. Remove obstruction.
●If using the GW02 remote control and clock appears dim, replace batteries
in remote control.
10. Bed is not level.
●Caster or leg may be damaged. Replace caster or leg.
●Verify all legs on same surface.
