Installation instructions:
The gas installation must be in conformity with
applicable standards.
The detector must not be installed above or below
a sink or cooking appliance.
It must not be installed near a door or window, or
near a fan or a vent.
It must not be installed in a cupboard or behind a
curtain.
It must not be installed in a moist, damp or
dusty place or outside or in a place where the
temperature falls below 0°C or rises above 40 °C.
The life of the detector is 5 years from the date of
installation.

Operation
Switch on The green «power on» indicator light lights up.
The «detection/fault» indicator light flashes yellow/red for a few minutes and then
goes out.(time required for the detector to initialise)
Detection of gas The «detection/fault» red indicator light lights up and remains red,
The integral buzzer sounds intermittently,
The state of the internal relay changes,
An In One scenario command is emitted by powerline carrier (CPL) to the In One
product(s) associated during learning.
TEST mode Pressing the TEST button simulates gas detection until it is released
(the TEST button is accessible only when the cover is removed).
Fault The yellow “detection/fault” indicator light blinks.
The buzzer beeps twice every minute.
- The gas detectors Cat. Nos 7756 78 / 7756 79 are compatible with the scenario controller Cat. No. 7756 19.
- They can be linked to radio products via the PLC/RF modular interface.
Definitions
Learning: the procedure which enables a scenario to be defined and save.
Scenario: a set of controls carried out simultaneously on the various receivers which have been linked to the
transmitter during the learning procedure

Safety instructions
This product should be installed in line with installation rules, preferably by a qualified electrician.
Incorrect installation and use can lead to risk of electric shock or fire.
Before carrying out the installation, read the instructions and take account of the product’s specific mounting
location.
Do not open up, dismantle, alter or modify the device except where specifically required to do so by the
instructions.
All Legrand products must be opened and repaired exclusively by personnel trained and approved by
Legrand.
Any unauthorised opening or repair completely cancels all liabilities and the rights to replacement and
guarantees.
Use only Legrand brand accessories.

Instructions in case of alarm:
Remain calm and do the following:
- Extinguish all open flames, including on all smoking equipment
- Switch off all gas appliances
- Do not switch on or off any electrical appliances, including the gas detector itself
- Close off the gas supply at the main control and/or (in the case of GPL supply) the storage tank
- Open doors and windows to increase ventilation
Do not use the telephone in the building where a gas leak is suspected.
If the alarm continues and if the cause of the leak is not apparent and/or cannot be corrected, evacuate the
premises and IMMEDIATELY CALL the gas supply company and/or the 24/24 gas emergency line.

The learning phase is completed. The gas solenoid valve will be operated and the gas circuit will be closed immediately
when a gas leak is detected.

Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The Learn indicator light comes on for

Installationsvorschriften:
Die Gasinstallation muss den geltenden Normen
entsprechen. Der Gasmelder darf nicht ober- oder
unterhalb eines Spülbeckens oder Kochgerätes
installiert werden. Er darf weder in Tür- oder
Fensternähe noch in der Nähe eines Lüfters oder
einer Abluftöffnung installiert werden.
Er darf weder in einem Schrank noch hinter
einem Vorhang installiert werden. Er darf weder
an einem klammen, feuchten oder staubigen
Ort noch im Außenbereich oder in einem Raum,
dessen Temperatur unter 0°C abfällt oder über
40°C ansteigt, installiert werden. Die Lebensdauer

Funktionsweise
Inbetriebnahme Die Leuchtdiode «Spannungsanzeige» leuchtet grün auf.
Die Leuchtdiode «Erkennung / Fehler»blinkt einige Sekunden lang gelb / rot auf und
erlischt anschließend (für die Initialisierung des Gasmelders notwendige Zeit).
Gaserkennung Die Leuchtdiode «Erkennung / Fehler» leuchtet rot auf.
Der eingebaute Warnsummer gibt einen Intervallton ab.
Das interne Relais ändert den Status.
An das/die beim Einlernen verknüpfte(n) In One Gerät(e) wird per Trägerstrom (PLC) ein In
One Szenariobefehl abgegeben.
TEST-Modus Beim Drücken der TEST-Taste wird bis zum Loslassen der Taste eine Überlauferkennung
simuliert (die TEST-Taste ist nur mit abgenommener Abdeckhaube erreichbar).
Fehler Die Leuchtdiode «Erkennung / Fehler»blinkt gelb auf.
Der Warnsummer gibt jede Minute zwei Pieptöne ab.
- Die Gasmelder Art.-Nr. 7756 78 / 7756 79 sind mit dem Szenariomanager kompatibel. Art.-Nr. 7756 19.
- Sie können über die PLC / Funk-Modulschnittstelle mit funkgesteuerten Geräten verknüpft werden.

Szenario: Alle Befehle, die gleichzeitig an den verschiedenen beim Einlernen mit dem Sender verknüpften Empfängern
