* Only use the AC adapter included with product. Usingany other adapter will void
your warranty.
* Unplug the power from the outlet when the unit is not in use.
* Attention should be drawn to the environmental aspects ofbattery disposal.
* No naked flame sources, such as lighted canles, should be placed on theapparatus.
* WARNNING: The battery (battery or batteries or batterypack) shall
not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
* WARNNING: Excessive sound pressure from earphones or headphones can cause
hearing loss.
* WARNNING: Only use attachments/accessories specified provided by the
manufacturer, the product is supplied byAC adapter, the AC adapter is used as
disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

Warning: The USBmemory stick should beplug in the unitdirectly.
USB extension cable shouldnot be used toavoid failing of data
transferring and interference caused.
For the electrostatic discharge(ESD) test of EN55020, It was found
that manual operation (byswitch power ON/OFF switch) is need to
resume normal operation as intended after the test.

Connect to theUSB
Press the SOURCE keyon the remote controluntil you switched into
USB work mode.
USB interface
This unit have a USBIN jack to play theMP3 music or and JPEGfiles or
other files. Press the <SOURCE>button to choose USB INmode.
All the function is thesame to play a disc.
Note: The USB INport is compatible with flashmemories, it is not
warranted the compatibility with MP3players using owner software.
NOTE:
When using USB function. Pleasedo not insert in thewrong direction,
or it will be corrupted.

Preparation of the RemoteControl
Place the remotecontrol on an even surface and insert the supplied
button cell into theremote control as follows.
1. Push the buttontowards left.
2. Pull the batteryloader out.
3. Insert thebattery into the receptacle make sure the polarity matches
the marks inside thecomponent.
4. Insert thereceptacle into the remote control.

Service life: approximately 1year (for normal useand room temperature).
Using Of Remote Control
Point the remotecontrol towards the main unit when operating.
The remote controlworks best at a distance less than 5 m and at anangle
of up to30 to the frontof the unit. No obstacles maystand in theway
between remote control andinfrared sensor and donot place the remote
control in directsunlight. If the remote control unit fails to work even
when it is operatednear the player,replace the battery.
Notes on batteries
If the remotecontrol is not usedfor a long periodof time, please remove
the battery from thecompartment.
Do not heat batteriesor dispose of themin fires.
Do not dismantle, deformor modify batteries.

1. A-B REPEAT: First press for the beginning of thechosen scene (setA);
second press atthe end of the chosen scene (set B), The whole
selected scene automaticallyplays. Third presswill disable the Repeat
function.
2. REPEAT/PROG:Short press oncewill go tothe Repeat Chapter,
second short presswill go to the Repeat Title, third shortpress will go
to Repeat OFF. Long press will access theProg to inputwith number
keys the Title & Chapter.
3. 0-9 NUMBER KEYS:Used to select channel numbers or input
numbers in menus.
4. SETUP: Goes to the Setup menu.
5. GOTO: Goes to a specific time index/title/chapter
6. NEXT:Goes to the next chapter or file
7. PREVIOUS: Goes to previous chapter or file
8. FASTFORWARD: Skips forward, consecutive shortpresses to go to
5-level speed(X2->X4->X8->X16 ->PLAY).
9. FASTREWIND: Skips backwards, consecutiveshort presses to go
to 5-level speed(X2->X4->X8->X16 ->PLAY).
10. POWER : will switch on or switch the unit to standbymode.
11. DISPLAY: Displays detailed information ofthe current file ordisc.
12. AUDIO/ANGLE: Short press: Changes the audio mode selection
(if different modesare available),Long press:Changes the viewing
angle (if differentmodes are available).
13. SUBTITLE/TITLE: Short press: Changes subtitle mode (if choices
of subtitles areavailable), Long press: DVD Title menu.
14. MENU /ZOOM: Short press to accessthe Menu; Long pressto use
the Zoom Function.Holding the pressed button will select the Zoom
level: Q1, Q2 Q3,OFF.
15. STOP /SLOW: Short press: toStop; Long press: for Slow motion.
First long pressto go to 1/2 speed; 2nd long press for 1/4 speed;
third long press for1/6 speed; fourth longpress for 1/8 speed;fifth
long press to goback to normal speed,'PLAY'.
16. Direction keys:
, Navigates (Up/Down)the menu screens to select the file.
: Increases thevolume.
: Decreases thevolume.
17. ENTER: Confirms and enters optionsor to play files.
18. PLAY/ PAUSE:Starts or resumesmedia play.
19. SOURCE: Press to switch betweenDisc or USB.
20. MUTE: Disables Audio output.
Note: Press approximately 2 secondsfor functions requiring Longpress.

Normal: Shuffle modeis cancelled.
Shuffle: Shuffle modeenabled. When playback reaches the end of the
current chapter/track, playback jumpsto a random chapter/track.
As the end ofeach chapter/track is reached,another random chapter/
track will beplayed until all tracks/chapters have been played or the
Shuffle mode is cancelled by togglingto a differentMode Option.
Music Intro: In thismode, the media willplay 10 seconds thenskip to
next media EditMode: To enable programmed playback mode.
When you select themode, press LEFTDirection key to directory and
press ENTER to choosethe desired track andpress Add to programto
.
Program view: Display programtrack.
Brower view: Display trackdirectory.
Add to program: Choicethe track press Add to program to add the track
of the program playdirectory.
Clear program: Inthe complete stopstate(press the STOP button twice),
choose the track pressClear program to delete the track of theprogram
play directory.

The image display ratiois related to therecorded disc format. Somedisc
can not displayimages in the aspect ratio you choose.
If you play adisc recorded in 4:3format on a widescreenTV, blackbars
will appear onthe left and right side of the screen.
You mustadjust the screen setting depending onthe type ofthe television
you have.
TV System
This product supportsoutput of various system, including NTSC, PAL.
If your TVset has onlyNTSC or PAL system, the screenwill blink and
become colorless whena wrong systemis selected.
Note: For more informationof output format,refer to the instructions or
your TV set.
Smart picture
Adjust display effectfor video output: Standard:default effect.
Bright: internal setting forbright view effect.
Soft: internal setting forsoft view effect.
Dynamic: user adjust brightness,contrast, color etc.
MENU OPERATION
Press the SETUP button on the remotecontrol, the SETUP MENU(main)will be
displayed. After accessingthe setup menu, pressthe direction buttons forup
and down movement toselect an item desired,then press the ENTER button to
confirm. Press LEFT direction button return tothe menu of upperlevel.
To exitthe setup, press theSETUP button again. In theSETUP MENU, you may
choose any of thefollowing options as youlike.

Selecting a Rating allowsthe user to setthe parental control featureof
the player SelectParental Control, and pressENTER to change the
different mode.
Note: Unlock the password beforesetting Parental Control.
Set Password
Use the 0-9 keysto input four digits(password),then press ENTER to
confirm.
Note: If you forget yourpassword, please use theuniversal password
6666 to unlock.
MISC SETUP
Select MISC in the setup menu,and display the submenu:
* Use Default SettingsReset setup data tofactory default and re-loaddisc.
RATING SETUP
Select Rating in the setupmenu, and displaythe Rating submenu:
Note: Not all DVD supportratings.
Carry out theproblem-solving measures describedin the following
section before contacting CustomerSupport.
Turn offthe DVD playerimmediately as soon as you suspect a malfunction.
Unplug the powerplug and checkwhether the DVD player is unusually
warm or whether smokeis rising from it.
