Note:
By disabling the Wi-Fi connectivity you will immediately lose the connection between your
device and the Lexus Link 4G box. Once disabled, the Wi-Fi of your Lexus Link 4G box can be
enabled only by pressing the Wi-Fi On/Off button.
You can change the basic settings of your Lexus Link 4G box Wi-Fi network as:
Network name (SSID): Enter a string of maximum 32 characters as the name for your
wireless local area network (Wi-Fi). Upper case, lower case, numbers, standard and
enhanced punctuation are allowed.
Security mode: There are four security modes for you to select: OPEN, WEP, WPA2
(AES)-PSK and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK. For OPEN mode, there is no need to set
password. For WEP, WPA2 (AES)-PSK and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK mode, you need to
set password for the security.
Password: Change the password related to the selected security mode. 8, 32 or 63
characters (upper case, lower case, and numbers) can be used for WPA2 (AES)-PSK and
WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK while 5 or 13 characters (upper case, lower case and numbers)
can be used for WEP.
Maximum Station Number: Set the maximum numbers of other devices connecting to
your Lexus Link 4G box.
Bluetooth connection and settings
Note:
Radly Internet radio service via Bluetooth is not available on all Lexus models. Please refer to
the compatibility list available in the Frequently Asked Questions section of Lexus Linkoyota
website (http://my.Lexus.eu).
Bluetooth connection with the car audio system might have been already completed during the
installation of the product in the car. In this case, you can directly select the Lexus Link 4G box in
the paired Bluetooth devices list in the audio system menu.
By selecting the Lexus Link 4G box as Bluetooth audio source you will enjoy Radly Internet Radio.
The Bluetooth name of your Lexus Link 4G box is reported on the label present on the front side
of the device (next to the reset button) and on the front page of the owner’s manual.
If your Lexus Link 4G box Bluetooth is not yet paired with your in-car multimedia system, refer to
the multimedia system owner’s manual to complete the pairing.
Note:
The pairing must be started within 2 minutes after the vehicle ACC power is turned ON,
otherwise the Bluetooth of your Lexus Link 4G box will not be visible.
To make it visible again after 2 minutes, restart the Lexus Link 4G box by restarting the vehicle,
or go to the Bluetooth menu of the Lexus Link 4G box, and select “Enable” in the section “The
device can be detected by all Bluetooth devices nearby”.
