In 2006 the European Union introduced regulations (WEEE) for the collection and recycling of all waste electrical and electronic equipment. It is
no longer allowable to simply throw away electrical and electronic equipment. Instead, these products must enter the recycling process.
Each individual EU member state has implemented the WEEE regulations into national law in slightly different ways. Please follow your national
law when you want to dispose of any electrical or electronic products. More details can be obtained from your national WEEE recycling agency.

Die Europäische Union hat mit der WEEE Direktive Regelungen für die Verschrottung und das Recycling von Elektro- und Elektronikprodukten
geschaffen. Das Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz – ElektroG verbietet das Entsorgen von entsprechenden, auch alten, Elektro- und
Elektronikgeräten über die Hausmülltonne! Diese Geräte müssen den lokalen Sammelsystemen bzw. örtlichen Sammelstellen zugeführt werden!
Dort werden sie kostenlos entgegen genommen. Die Kosten für den weiteren Recyclingprozess übernimmt die Gesamtheit der Gerätehersteller.

Installation
Steps for a single stage installation:
1. Use a high quality HD15 Male/Female video extension cable to connect the PC’s video port to the ‘VGA In’
port of the video splitter.
2. Use high quality HD15 Male/Male video cables to connect the ‘VGA Out’ ports of the video splitter to the
monitors; unless your monitors have got mounted video cables on them in which case you would need video
extension cables.
3. Plug the USB power cable into an available USB port.
4. Power up the video splitter, power up the monitors and power up the PC in that order.
Cascading: To provide video display for more than 2 monitors we suggest to use a 4, 8 or 16 port video splitter from
the LINDY product range instead.
Note: All monitors must be able to support the highest resolution that the DDC monitor on port 1 provides

Installation
1. Verwenden Sie ein hochwertiges VGA Kabel Stecker/Schraub-Kupplung um die VGA Signalquelle mit dem
Eingangsport (VGA IN) des Splitters zu verbinden.
2. Verwenden Sie ein hochwertiges VGA Kabel Stecker/Stecker um die Monitore an die Ausgangsport (VGA
OUT) des Splitters anzuschließen.
3. Verbinden Sie das USB Stromversorgungskabel mit einem freien USB Port oder einem USB Netzteil.
4. Schalten Sie alles von den Monitoren bis zur Signalquelle ein.
Kaskadierung: Falls das Signal auf mehr als 2 Monitore verteilt werdfen soll empfehlen wir die Verwendung der 4,
8 oder 16 Port Splitter aus dem LINDY Produktportfolio.
Hinweis: Alle Monitore müssen mindestens die Auflöung des DDC Monitors an Port 1 unterstützen.

Installation
1. Utilisez un câble VGA de haute qualité mâle/femelle (rallonge) pour raccorder la source VGA avec le port
d’entrée (VGA IN) du splitter.
2. Utilisez des câbles VGAmâle/mâle de haute qualité pour raccorder les moniteurs aux ports de sorties (VGA
OUTPUT 1 et 2) du splitter.
3. Reliez le câble d’alimentation USB avec un port USB disponible ou encore avec une alimentation USB.
4. Démarrez tous les appareils en commençant par les moniteurs, la source en dernier.
Cascade: si le signal doit être distribué sur plus de deux écrans, nous recommandons l’utilisation des splitters 4, 8
ou 16 ports disponibles dans la gamme de produits LINDY.
Note: les moniteurs doivent à minima prendre en charge la résolution du moniteurs DDC du port 1.

Installazione
Procedura per un’installazione singola:
1. Connettete la porta “VGA In” del video splitter a quella VGA del PC utilizzando cavi prolunga VGA HD15
Maschio/Femmina di alta qualità.
2. Collegate i monitor alle porte “VGA Out” dello splitter utilizzando cavi VGA HD15 Maschio/Maschio di alta
qualità. Nel caso i monitor siano già provvisti di cavi VGA non sostituibili potrebbe essere necessario
utilizzare delle prolunghe VGA.
3. Collegate il cavo di alimentazione USB ad una porta USB disponibile del PC o di un alimentatore USB (non
incluso)
4. Accendete il video splitter, i monitors ed infine il PC rispettando rigorosamente quest’ordine.
Configurazioni in Cascata: Per distribuire l’immagine in uscita dal PC su più di due monitor vi suggeriamo di
utilizzare video splitter a 4, 8 e 16 porte presenti nel catalogo LINDY.
Nota: Tutti i monitor devono supportare la massima risoluzione disponibile sul monitor connesso alla porta 1.
