Treated properly it should be a faithful servant for years - and we hope you get the same amount of pleasure from it. Before you dolplease take a few minutes to read these instructionslwe suggest you carefully unpack everything, lay it out on a clean, flat floor and identify everything on the parts list in these instructions. Do not throw away any packaging until you are sure you have all the parts. If you have any problems assembling the product please call our customer services on 01985 300588 and we will try and help. If for any reason you wish to return the product, you must disassemble the product and pack in the original packaging. Taking care of your product Your furniture should require no more than a regular dust off with a soft cloth. If the furniture is not painted then a superior wood polish can be used - but never use polishes containing silicone. If necessary it can be cleaned with a damp cloth with a mild detergent solution - and then dried with a lint-free cloth. Never clean with abrasives or chemical cleaners. Direct sunlight or heat from a radiator can stain, discolour warp or crack furniture. We know furniture can be heavy but try not to drag furniture across the floor as this can damage it. Mattress heightFit mattress base.Final checkPlease position any storage furniture neatly under the upper bed as not to create ledges or foot holds that might be used for access to the bed. Any furniture that is not used under the bed should be individually fastened using the wall straps provided as to prevent toppling (see their instruction leaflet). Attaching runners to the

Note spacing of holes
in relation to edges.
Position the runner so
that the second hole
from the front of the
runner lines up with the
pre-drilled hole nearest
to the edge of the
panel. Use screws
to secure the runner.
Note: the front of the
runner has four holes
close together.
Slide the runner forward,
revealing the back of the
runner. The second hole
to the back of the runner
will now line up with the
second pre-drilled hole.

push the metal dowels
into the cams.
Make sure you look at the
position of the runners
and groove in the panel
to check whether you
have the correct panel.
Using a screwdriver, turn
the cams clockwise 180°
to lock the dowels in
place.

Fitting the back rail to the
left end panel.
Put some cardboard
packaging on the ground
to protect the surface.
Place the top panel
on the floor. Lift the
assembly of end panels
and back rail over the
top and align with the
metal and wooden
dowels.
Push into place and use
a screwdriver to turn the
cams clockwise 180° to
lock the metal dowels in
place.

Fitting the back onto the
assembly.
Place the bottom panel
on top the current
assembly, making sure
the groove aligns with the
back panel . This
will also line up with the
metal and wooden
dowels.
Push into place and use
a screwdriver to turn the
cams clockwise 180°
to lock the dowels in
place.

Fitting the bottom panel to
the end panels.

Fitting the castors to the
bottom panel.
Gently lift and turn unit
to sit on its face.
Use some cardboard
packaging on the ground
to protect the surface.

Put unit onto its face.
Push the leavers at the
back of the castors. This
will stop the unit moving
whilst assembling the
rest of the unit.

Ensure a tape
measure is used
to square unit up.
Before securing the back
it is necessary to square
up the unit.
You can do this by
measuring between
XX - XX and YY - YY
ensuring these are the
same (DIAG 1).
If they are not (DIAG 2)
Apply slight pressure as
indicated (DIAG 3) until
they are the same.
Loosen the screws in the
panel holders.
Push the panel holders
into the positions
shown.
