Before you begin:
Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out the parts on a non-abrasive surface such
as carpet or blanket. You will need the tools identified below:
1. Phillips Head Screw Driver
2. Flat Head Screw Driver
3. Rubber Mallet (recommended)
4. Hammer

Step 1
Place the Top Panel (B) on a non-abrasive
surface with the holes facing up. Using a
Phillips Screwdriver insert 4 each Cam
Screws (H) in each of the holes provided.
Place the Bottom Shelf down on a non-
abrasive surface with the holes facing up.
Insert 4 each Cam Locks (I) into the hole
positions as shown on the drawing. When
inserting the cam lock, make sure that the
arrow is facing the cam screw entry.
Step 2
Place the Left and Right Side Panels (A)
down on a non-abrasive surface with the
holes facing up. Using a Phillips
Screwdriver, insert 2 each Cam Screws
(H) into the positions shown on each of
the panels.
Insert 2 each Cam Locks (I) into the
positions shown on the Left and Right
Side Panels (A). When inserting the cam
lock, make sure that the arrow is facing
the cam screw entry.
Insert 4 each Wooden Dowels (K) into the
positions shown on the Left and Right
Side Panels (A).

Step 3
Place the Fixed Shelf (C) into the position shown on the Left Side Panel (A) on the drawing ensuring that the
Cam Screws (H) engage with the Cam Locks (I). Make sure that the finish edge of the Fixed Shelf is facing the
front of the bookcase. Using a Phillips Screwdriver rotate the Cam Locks (I) 1/2 turn clockwise until snug.
Insert the Kickplate (E) into the position shown. Tap into secure position with a Rubber Mallet.
Insert the Trim Panel (G) into the position shown. Tap into secure position with a Rubber Mallet.
Making sure that the finish edge is facing consistently, place the Right Side Panel (A) onto the Fixed Shelf (C),
Kickplate (E), and Trim Panel (G) making sure that the Cam Screws (H) and Wooden Dowels (K) engage with
the Cam Locks (I) and holes shown. It may be necessary to tap into secure position with Rubber Mallet. Once
properly seated, use a Phillips Screwdriver and rotate the Cam Locks (I) 1/2 clockwise turn until snug. (DO
NOT OVER TIGHTEN)

Step 4
Stand unit upright and place the Top Panel
(B) into position so that the Cam Screws
(H) engage with the Cam Locks (I). Using
a Phillips Screwdriver rotate the Cam
Locks (I) 1/2 turn clockwise until snug.
Using the 4 each Cam Caps (J) cover the
Cam Locks that hold the Top Panel (B)
and the Middle Fixed Shelf (C).
Step 5
Lay bookcase down with front of
bookcase facing the floor. Attach the Back
Panel (F) using the Nail (M). Be careful
that you apply the nails vertically and not
at an angle as this will cause the nail to
break through the side panels. It is
recommended that you use the following
number of nails:
48” High Bookcase - 30
42” High Bookcase - 25
Step 6
Stand bookcase in upright vertical
position. Using the Shelf Supports (L)
inserted in the Left and Right Side Panels
(A), position the Adjustable Shelves (D)
according to your desired location.
You are now ready to utilize the
bookcase! Thank you for your
purchase!

Étape 1
Déposez le panneau supérieur (B) sur une
surface non-abrasive avec les trous dirigés
vers le haut. Insérez 4 vis à came (H), soit
une dans chacun des trous prévus, à l’aide
d’un tournevis Phillips.
Déposez la tablette inférieure sur une
surface non-abrasive avec les trous dirigés
vers le haut. Insérez 4 verrous à came (I),
soit un dans chacune des positions des
trous prévus, comme montré dans le
dessin. Assurez-vous que la flèche est
dirigée vers l’ouverture de la vis à came
lorsque vous insérez les verrous à came.
Étape 2
Déposez les panneaux de gauche et de
droite (A) sur une surface non-abrasive
avec les trous dirigés vers le haut. Insérez
2 vis à came (H), soit une dans chacune
des positions indiquées sur chacun des
panneaux, à l’aide d’un tournevis Phillips.
Insérez 2 verrous à came (I), soit un dans
chacune des positions montrées sur les
panneaux latéraux de gauche et de droite
(A). Assurez-vous que la flèche est dirigée
vers l’ouverture de la vis à came lorsque
vous insérez les verrous à came.
Insérez 4 chevilles de bois (K), soit une
dans chacune des positions montrées sur
les panneaux latéraux de gauche et de
droite (A).

Étape 3
Placez la tablette fixe (C) dans la position montrée dans le dessin sur le panneau latéral de gauche (A), en vous
assurant que les vis à came (H) s’engagent dans les verrous à came (I). Assurez-vous que l’extrémité apprêtée
de la tablette fixe est dirigée vers l’avant de la bibliothèque. À l’aide d’un tournevis Phillips, tournez les verrous
à came (I) 1/2 tour dans le sens horaire jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient bien serrés.
Insérez le garde-pieds (E) dans la position montrée. Tapez celui-ci solidement en place à l’aide d’un maillet
de caoutchouc.
Insérez le panneau enjoliveur (G) dans la position indiquée. Tapez solidement en position à l'aide du maillet
de caoutchouc.
Tout en respectant la bonne direction des l’extrémités apprêtées, placez le panneau latéral de gauche (A) sur la
tablette fixe (C) et sur le garde-pieds (E) et panneau enjoliveur (G), en vous assurant que les vis à came (H) et
que les chevilles de bois (K) s’engagent dans les verrous à came (I) et dans les trous montrés. Il peut être
nécessaire de devoir taper les pièces solidement en place à l’aide du maillet de caoutchouc. À l’aide d’un
tournevis Phillips, tournez les verrous à came (I) 1/2 tour dans le sens horaire jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient bien
serrés, lorsque les pièces sont solidement appuyées. (NE SERREZ PAS TROP FORT)
