ELECTRIC HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE WORKSTATION ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: Lay the worksurface 1on a protected surface with the pilot holes
facing up. (There are pilot holes for attaching most of the workstation's
components.) Place the left leg assembly 2on the worksurface
aligning the holes in the worksurface support with the pilot holes in the
worksurface.
STEP 2: Insert the longer hex rod on the hex rod assembly 6through the
hex drive on the motor assembly 3and into the hex drive near the top of
the leg assembly 2. You may need to turn the hex rod assembly slightly to
align it with the hex drive.
STEP 3: Insert (2) washers 4onto (2) socket screws 5. Thread these
through the motor bracket and into the worksurface support. See Detail A.
Fully tighten.

STEP 4: Place the right leg assembly 7on the worksurface 1. Insert the end of the hex rod 6into the hex drive on
the right leg assembly. You may need to turn the hex rod slightly to align the hex rod with the hex drive in the leg
assembly. It should take less than 1/6th of a turn to accomplish this. If you turn it more than 1/6th of a turn, the legs
will be at different heights and the worksurface won't be level. Align the holes in the worksurface support with the
pilot holes in the worksurface.
STEP 5: With the help of an assistant, place (4) washers 10 on (4) socket screws 9. Insert these through the holes at
the ends of the cross support 8. Thread them into the t-slot plates in the grooves in the leg assemblies 2and 7. See
Detail A at left. Do not fully tighten. Level the cross support at 4" from the bottom of the worksurface supports. See
Detail B below. Fully tighten.
STEP 6: Insert (2) end caps 11 into the ends of the cross support 8.

STEP 7: Attach the leg assemblies 2and 7to the worksurface 1using (16)
wood screws 14. Align the holes in the U-channel 12 with the pilot holes in the
worksurface. Attach it using (8) or (10) wood screws 14. Trap the switch wire in
the groove near the motor as shown below. Align the holes in the control box 13
with the pilot holes in the worksurface. Attach it with (2) wood screws 14. Align the
holes in the hand switch 18 with the pilot holes near the front of the worksurface.
Attach it with (2) sheet metal screws 15. Insert the switch wire into the cable clamp
19. Attach it with (1) wood screw 14. Attach the wire management J 16 to the
worksurface in the location shown below using (1) wood screw 14. No pilot hole is
provided.
STEP 8: With the help of an assistant, stand the workstation upright in its final
location. Level the workstation if required by turning the leveling glides clockwise
(from the top) on the low corners of the unit.

CAUTION! TO PREVENT PINCHING OR COLLISION, MAKE SURE THAT
YOU, YOUR FINGERS AND OTHER OBJECTS ARE AT LEAST 3/4" FROM
THE TABLE'S EDGES AND TRAVEL PATH.
STARTUP PROCEDURE:
• Plug the power cord from the control box into a standard 110-volt receptacle.
• A power surge protector is recommended.
• Press the down button until the worksurface bottoms out and the control box
beeps (3) times.
• The workstation is now ready for use.

INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL A TRACK ON THE ELECTRIC HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE WORKSTATION:
STEP 1: Place the front of the track 3against the bottom of the worksurface 2and the back of the track against the U-channel 1.
STEP 2: Align the holes in the track 3with one of the sets of pilot holes in the U-channel 1keeping the front of the track 1/8" to 5/8" from the front of
the worksurface 2. Place (2) washers 4on (2) self-drilling screws 5. Drive them through the track and into the U-channel 1.
STEP 3: Attach the front of the track 3to the worksurface 2using (2) wood screws 6. Do not over-tighten the screws. Use a low torque setting on the drill.
STEP 4: Complete the track installation using the instructions that came with the product you are installing.

ASSEMBLAGE POSTE DE TRAVAIL À HAUTEUR RÉGLABLE ÉLECTRIQUE :
ÉTAPE 1 : Posez le poste de travail 1sur une surface protégée, avec les
avant-trous orientés vers le haut. (Des avant-trous ont été percés pour fixer
la plupart des composants du poste de travail.) Placez l'assemblage de pied
gauche 2sur le poste de travail en alignant les trous du support du poste
avec les avant-trous du poste de travail.
ÉTAPE 2 : Insérez la tige hexagonale la plus longue sur l'assemblage
de tige hexagonale 6dans la transmission hexagonale sur l'assemblage
moteur 3et dans la transmission hexagonale à proximité du sommet de
l'assemblage de pied 2. Vous devrez peut-être tourner l'assemblage de tige
hexagonale légèrement pour l'aligner avec la transmission hexagonale.
ÉTAPE 3 : Insérez (2) rondelles 4sur (2) vis à six pans creux 5. Enfilez
ces vis dans le support moteur et dans le support de poste de travail. Voir la
vue Détaillée A. Serrer à fond.
