① 제품의 정격전압과 단자 배열을 확인한 후 정확하게 배선하여 주십시오

■ 데이터 백업시간
1) 슈퍼 커패시터에 의한 데이터 백업 시간은 상온(25℃)에서 10일이상입니다 단, 전원을
On 한상태로 30분이상 유지하여 슈퍼 커패시터를 충분히 충전하여 주십시오
2) 데이터 백업시간은 사용 온도 조건 등에 따라 변동될 수있습니다.
■제품상자 안에 구성품을 확인하여 주십시오.
1) 전원케이블 : 24V접속을 위한 전원케이블
■제품 사용 시필요한 주변기기를 확인하여 주십시오. (별도구매)
1) PMC-310S : RS-232C 접속(다운로드) 케이블
2) R40HH-□□PH-□: 기본유닛 접속케이블 (XBM-DN16/32S 용)
3) XTB-40H : 인터페이스 단자대 (XBM-DN16/32S 용)

■ 제품 설치 시아래 순서에 따라 설치하여 주시기 바랍니다.
1) 제품의장착
①접속하려는 제품 우측하단의 증설
커버를 제거합니다
②접속용 돌기 부분과 네모서리의
위치고정용 돌기 부분이 맞도록 서로
밀어서 접속합니다.
③접속이 끝난 후모듈고정용 후크를
아래쪽으로 내려 확실히 고정합니다.
2) 제품의 분리
①고정용 후크를 위쪽으로
올려 분리합니다.
②양손으로 제품을 잡고 분리합니다.
(무리한 힘을 가하지 말아 주십시오)

This installation guide provides simple function information ofPLC control.Please carefully read
this data sheet and manuals before using products. Especially read safety precautions and
handle the products properly.
■ Meaning of warning and caution inscription
WARNING
WARNING indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury
CAUTION
CAUTION indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if notavoided, may result in minor or moderate injury.
It may also be used to alert against unsafe practices
WARNING
①
Do not contact the terminals while the power is applied.
②Protect the product from being gone into by foreign metallic matter.
③Do not manipulate the battery (Charge, disassemble, hitting, short, soldering)
CAUTION

Be sure to check the rated voltage and terminal arrangement before wiring
②When wiring, tighten the screw of terminal block with the specified torque range
③Do not install the flammable things on surroundings
④Do not use the PLC in the environment of direct vibration
⑤Except expert service staff, Do not disassemble or fix or modify the product
⑥Use the PLC in an environment that meets the general specifications contained
in this datasheet.
⑦Be sure that external load does not exceed the rating of output product.

■ Data Back-up Time
1) When using standard ambient temperature(25℃), data back-up time is over 10days by
super capacitor. It takes about 30 minutes to charge super capacitor
2) The back-up time depends on the ambient temperature.
■ Check the component in package.
1) Power cable : Power cable for connecting 24V.
■Check the accessory. (Order the cable if need)
2) PMC-310S : RS-232 connecting (download) cable.
3) R40HH-□□PH-□: For main unit connection(For XBM-DN16/32S)

Installing / Removing Modules
■ Here describes the method to install and remove each product.
1) Installing module
①Eliminate the Extension Cover at
the product.
②Push the product and connect it in
alignment with Hook for Fixation of
four edges and Hook for
Connection at the bottom.
③After connection, push down the
Hook for Fixation and fix it
completely.
2) Removing module
①Push up the Hook for disconnection, and then remove the product with two hands.
(Do not remove the product by force)
