Congratulations
on the purchase of your new Luvele Fresh Vacuum Canister Set
The included Portable Hand Pump is intended to be exclusively used with Luvele glass
canisters to create an eective vacuum seal for long-lasting food storage. It may only be
used with the accessories supplied or approved by Luvele. Any other use is considered
improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. The Hand Pump is
intended for domestic use only. It is not intended for commercial use. Do not use the
appliance on yourself, other persons or animals.
• Remove all packaging material before using your canister set for the first time.
• Do not place your canister set near the edge of a bench or table during operation.
Ensure the surface is level, free of liquids or other substances.
• Use only the provided aachments to vacuum seal the glass canisters.
• Improper handling of the Hand Pump causes the risk of fire. Only charge the baery
using the included connecting cable. Do not disassemble the baery.
• Make sure that the connecting cable is not knoed or pinched and make sure that the
connecting cable and the Hand Pump do not come in contact with sources of
heat (e.g. hobs, gas flames).
• Always unplug the power adapter from the socket, do not pull the connecting cable.
• In the event of danger or a defect, unplug the power adapter connected to the
connecting cable from the socket immediately.
• Unplug the Hand Pump from the connecting cable prior to cleaning or maintenance .
IMPORTANT: As long as the power adapter is plugged in, there is a voltage inside the
appliance, even if the Hand Pump is switched o.
• Never remove the connecting cable with wet hands, lay the cable on a hot
surface, or let the cable come into contact with oil.
• Never dismantle the Hand Pump and do not make any technical modifications.
• Never use a faulty appliance or faulty accessories.
• Do not try and perform any maintenance, other than cleaning. For any maintenance issues

• Do not operate outdoors.
• Do not microwave canisters with the lid on.
• Use a fire blanket only to extinguish fires on appliance.
• The appliance is not designed for commercial or industrial use, it is for household use only.

Safety Introduction
The Hand Pump (available for separate purchase) is intended to be used in household
and similar applications such as:
- Sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments
This appliance is not intended for use by persons ( including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children 8 years and above can use this appliance, however, they should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Children
should not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are
older than 8 years old and supervised.
Keep the appliance and its connecting cable out of reach of children less than 8 years.

The Luvele Fresh Vacuum Canister Set lets you enjoy the convenience and benefits of
storing pre-made meals, preserving leftovers, controlling portion sizes and simplifying
reheating in a vacuum sealed, plastic free environment, allowing food to last up to 3-5
times longer.
They are great for storing foods or other items in the refrigerator, freezer or in the
pantry.
The glass canisters are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe
(without lids). Use the glass canisters to cook meals in the oven (without lid),
or reheat your left over in the microwave (without lid).

Air Release Valve
Press down fully when vacuum sealing. To release the vacuum pressure,
place your finger on the Air Release Valve and pull back slowly.
WARNING:
Do not wash lid in a dishwasher. Do not place in a microwave.

Vacuum Sealing Canisters with the Portable Hand Pump
!IMPORTANT:
Charge the Hand Pump fully before the first use.
Follow instruction on page 11.
Press the On/O buon on the Hand Pump and press down lightly for 2 seconds until
it grips. The white LED power light will turn on.

Remove your hand and allow the Hand Pump to vacuum seal the canister.

The vacuum sealing will stop automatically when the vacuum pressure reaches the
optimal level. The white LED light will turn o.

Remove the Hand Pump and store canister.

NOTE:
The vacuum sealing process can be manually stopped at any time by pressing the
On/O buon.
NOTE:
The duration of the vacuum sealing process depends on the size of the canister
and it’s content. For example, if a canister is smaller or more full, the vacuum
sealing process is faster.

Charging the Portable Hand Pump
!IMPORTANT:
Charge the Hand Pump
fully before the first use.
!
NOTE:
To maintain optimal
baery function, charge
the Hand Pump at least
once every 3 to 6 months.
The red LED power light will begin to flash slowly.

Disconnect the Connecting Cable and the Hand Pump is ready for use.

point or plug, and the charging port on the side of the Hand Pump.

Preparing a Canister for Vacuum Sealing
!IMPORTANT:
Make sure the food inside the canister does not come in contact with the Air Release
Valve on the inside of the lid. We reccomend a 2cm gap between the boom of the
Air Release Valve on the inside of the lid and the food in the canister.
When placing food or liquids into a glass canister be sure not to overload the canister.
Check the Silicon Seal and Air Release Valve are clean from any food or liquid debris.

Press the lid down firmly onto the glass canister, then make sure the air release valve
is pressed down completely flat.

Follow the instructions on page 10, to vacuum seal the canister.

To release the vacuum
pressure, place your finger on

will be released; it is now
ready to remove the lid.

!IMPORTANT:
Do not vacuum seal soft cheese, mushrooms, onions or garlic.
Make sure there are no crumbs or food debris on the canister lid or Air Release Valve, as gaps or
an improper seal will prevent air from being removed.
Do not overfill the canister with food or liquid.
Easily cook food in an oven or microwave in your glass canister, simply remove the lid and place
the glass canister in your oven or microwave.
Some deformation of the canister lid may occur during vacuuming. This is normal and does not
aect performance.
The Luvele Fresh Vacuum Canisters can be used in the freezer.
Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and brussels sprouts give o gases
when they are stored. Vegetables should be blanched before vacuum sealing in bags or canis-
ters. This process stops the enzyme action that could lead to loss of flavour, colour and texture.
Store the vacuum sealed canister in an upright position.
!IMPORTANT:
Vacuum sealing food is not a substitute for refrigeration or freezing. Any perishable
foods that require refrigeration must still be refrigerated after vacuum sealing.
!IMPORTANT:
Do not vacuum seal soft cheese, mushrooms, onions or garlic.
Cleaning the Hand Pump
Cleaning the Glass Canisters
The glass canisters can be safely washed in the
top rack of the dishwasher. You can also wash
them in warm soapy water, then rinse well and
dry thoroughly.
!IMPORTANT:
Do not wash the stainless steel lids
in a dishwasher.
To clean the Silicone Seal, remove it from the body of the Hand Pump by gently
pulling downwards and clean it with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before
placing it back into position.

Only use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean the body of the Hand Pump.

Wash the stainless steel lids in warm, soapy water, rinse well and dry thoroughly.

Luvele Fresh Vacuum Canisters are backed by our 1 Year Total Cover Warranty. Our warranty
will cover any manufacturing fault with the product and will also cover damage caused during
transit.
Your warranty starts from the purchase date of your Luvele product. Please visit luvele.eu to
register your warranty. Further instructions can be found on your warranty card.

Warranty Process
We want to make any warranty claim as simple as possible for you. All you need to do is contact
us at [email protected] and provide us information about the problem you are having with
your item. Firstly, we will suggest some troubleshooting ideas to establish whether or not the
issue can be fixed without a return. Photos and videos of the fault may be requested if and
where appropriate, and if it will ensure a faster resolution.
Generally, if you have an issue with your item within 30 days of receiving it, we will email you
a prepaid return label that can be printed out and used to send the item back with. We will
then generally send you a brand new item. The new item will be shipped within 48 hours
of receiving the faulty item back. A confirmation email will be sent when your faulty item is
received back.
If you have an issue after the 30 day period we will consider repairing your item if suitable. If
it cannot be repaired it will be replaced with a brand new item. Refunds will only be oered
within the 30 day money back guarantee, if you choose this option over a new replacement.
Outside of this 30 day period, your item will be repaired or replaced.

Die tragbare Handpumpe (separat erhältlich) ist ausschließlich für die Verwendung mit Luvele-Glasbehältern
bestimmt, um eine eektive Vakuumversiegelung für eine lange Aufbewahrung von Lebensmieln zu erreichen.
Sie darf nur mit dem mitgelieferten oder von Luvele zugelassenen Zubehör verwendet werden. Jede andere
Verwendung gilt als unsachgemäß und kann zu Personen- oder Sachschäden führen. Die Handpumpe ist nur
für den Hausgebrauch bestimmt und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch geeignet. Verwenden Sie das Gerät
nicht an sich selbst, anderen Personen oder Tieren.
• Entfernen Sie das gesamte Verpackungsmaterial, bevor Sie Ihr Behälterset das erste Mal verwenden.
• Stellen Sie die Behälter während der Nutzung nicht zu nah an die Kante der Arbeitsfläche oder des Tisches.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Oberfläche eben und frei von Flüssigkeiten und anderen Substanzen ist.
• Verwenden Sie zum Vakuumieren der Glasbehälter nur die mitgelieferten Aufsätze.
• Bei unsachgemäßer Verwendung der Handpumpe besteht Brandgefahr. Laden Sie den Akku nur mit dem
mitgelieferten Ladekabel auf. Nehmen Sie den Akku nicht auseinander.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel nicht verknotet oder eingeklemmt ist und dass Kabel und Handpumpe
nicht mit Wärmequellen (z. B. Herdplaen, Gasflammen) in Kontakt kommen.
• Ziehen Sie immer das Netzteil aus der Steckdose und ziehen Sie nie am Kabel.
• Ziehen Sie bei Gefahr oder einem Defekt sofort das mit dem Ladekabel verbundene Netzteil aus der
Steckdose.
• Entfernen Sie vor der Reinigung oder Wartung der Handpumpe das Ladekabel.
WICHTIG: Solange das Netzteil eingesteckt ist, steht das Gerät unter Spannung – auch wenn die
Handpumpe ausgeschaltet ist.
• Entfernen Sie das Ladekabel niemals mit nassen Händen, legen Sie das Kabel niemals auf eine heiße
Oberfläche und lassen Sie das Kabel nicht in Kontakt mit Öl kommen.
• Zerlegen Sie die Handpumpe nicht und nehmen Sie keine technischen Veränderungen vor.
• Verwenden Sie niemals ein defektes Gerät oder defektes Zubehör.
• Versuchen Sie nicht, selbstständig Wartungsarbeiten durchzuführen (außer Reinigung). Bei Problemen
kontaktieren Sie bie Luvele Europe unter [e-mail].
• Nicht im Freien verwenden.
• Stellen Sie die Behälter nicht mit geschlossenem Deckel in die Mikrowelle.
• Ein brennender Behälter darf nur mit einer Feuerlöschdecke gelöscht werden.
• Die Behälter sind nicht für die kommerzielle oder industrielle Nutzung vorgesehen, sondern nur für den
Gebrauch im Haushalt.

Das Luvele Fresh Vakuumbehälter-Set ermöglicht es Ihnen, fertige Mahlzeiten und
Reste aufzubewahren, Gerichte in Portionen aufzuteilen und Speisen in vakuumierten,
plastikfreien Behältern aufzuwärmen, wodurch Lebensmiel 3-5-mal länger haltbar
sind.
Sie eignen sich auch hervorragend zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmieln oder an-
deren Dingen im Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank oder in der Speisekammer.
Die Glasbehälter sind spülmaschinen-, backofen- und mikrowellenfest (ohne Deckel).
Verwenden Sie die Glasbehälter zum Garen von Speisen im Backofen (ohne Deckel)
oder zum Aufwärmen von Resten in der Mikrowelle (ohne Deckel).

Entlüftungsventil
Beim Vakuumieren ganz nach unten drücken. Um den Vakuumdruck
abzulassen, legen Sie Ihren Finger auf das Entlüftungsventil und
ziehen Sie es langsam zurück.
ACHTUNG:
Der Deckel darf nicht in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden und ist nicht für
die Mikrowelle und den Backofen geeignet.

Behälter mit der tragbaren Handpumpe luftdicht verschließen
!WICHTIG:
Laden Sie die Handpumpe vor der ersten Benutzung vollständig auf.
Befolgen Sie dazu die Anleitung auf Seite 11.
Betätigen Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste an der Handpumpe und drücken Sie die Pumpe zwei
Sekunden lang leicht nach unten, bis sie einrastet. Die weiße LED-Anzeige leuchtet auf.

Lassen Sie die Pumpe los und warten Sie, bis der Behälter luftdicht verschlossen ist.

Der Vakuumiervorgang endet automatisch, sobald der Vakuumdruck den optimalen

Die Dauer des Vakuumiervorgangs hängt von der Größe des Behälters und seinem
Inhalt ab. Kleinere oder vollere Behälter werden schneller luftdicht verschlossen.

Aufladen der tragbaren Handpumpe

Vorbereitung eines Behälters zur Vakuumversiegelung
!WICHTIG:
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Lebensmiel im Behälter nicht das Entlüftungsventil
an der Innenseite des Deckels berühren. Wir empfehlen einen Abstand von 2 cm
zwischen der Unterseite des Entlüftungsventils an der Innenseite des Deckels und
den Lebensmieln im Behälter.
Achten Sie beim Einfüllen der Lebensmiel oder Flüssigkeiten darauf, den
Glasbehälter nicht zu überladen. Prüfen Sie, ob die Silikondichtung und das
Entlüftungsventil frei von Lebensmiel- und Flüssigkeitsresten sind.

das Entlüftungsventil vollkommen flach ist.

!WICHTIG:
Weichkäse, Champignons, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch dürfen nicht
vakuumiert werden.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich keine Krümel oder Essensreste auf dem Deckel oder dem
Entlüftungsventil befinden, da Lücken oder eine undichte Dichtung verhindern, dass dem
Behälter Luft entzogen werden kann.
Geben Sie nicht zu viel Essen oder Flüssigkeiten in den Behälter.
Garen Sie die Speisen im Glasbehälter ganz einfach im Backofen oder in der Mikrowelle, achten
Sie aber darauf, den Deckel abzunehmen.
Beim Vakuumiervorgang kann sich der Deckel etwas verformen. Dies ist normal und
beeinträchtigt das Ergebnis nicht
Die Luvele Fresh Vakuumbehälter können im Gefrierschrank aufbewahrt werden. Kohlgemüse
wie Brokkoli, Blumenkohl, Kohl und Rosenkohl gibt bei der Lagerung Gase ab. Gemüse sollte
blanchiert werden, bevor es in Beuteln oder Behältern vakuumiert wird. Dadurch wird die
Enzymaktivität gestoppt, welche Geschmack, Farbe und Konsistenz beeinträchtigen kann.
Lagern Sie die vakuumversiegelten Behälter aufrecht.
!WICHTIG:
Das Vakuumieren von Lebensmitteln ersetzt das Kühlen oder Einfrieren nicht.
Verderbliche Lebensmittel, die gekühlt werden müssen, müssen auch nach dem
Vakuumieren gekühlt werden.

Die Glasbehälter können im oberen Fach der
Spülmaschine gereinigt werden. Sie können sie
aber auch mit warmem Seifenwasser waschen,
gut abspülen und gründlich abtrocknen.
!WICHTIG:
Reinigen Sie die Edelstahldeckel
nicht in der Spülmaschine.
Um die Silikondichtung zu reinigen, entfernen Sie sie vom Gehäuse der Handpumpe,
indem Sie sie vorsichtig nach unten ziehen. Reinigen Sie sie mit warmem
Seifenwasser und trocknen Sie sie gründlich ab, bevor Sie sie wieder einsetzen.

La bomba de mano portátil (disponible para su compra por separado) con este producto debe ser usada

• Antes de utilizar el set de recipientes por primera vez, retire todo el material de embalaje.
• No coloque los recipientes cerca del borde de mesas o mesadas mientras los utiliza. Asegúrese de que la

• Utilice solo los accesorios suministrados para sellar al vacío los recipientes de vidrio.

El set de recipientes al vacío Luvele Fresh le permitirá disfrutar de la comodidad y
las ventajas de almacenar comidas preparadas, conservar sobras, controlar el tamaño
de las porciones y simplificar el recalentamiento en un envase sin plástico y sellado al
