Dieses Weichen-Stellpult ist zum Steuern des Märklin
Start up-Weichenantriebes 74492.
2. Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie unbedingt die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise vor
dem ersten Einsatz eines Märklin-Produktes.
•
ACHTUNG! Nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 3 Jahren.
Erstickungsgefahr wegen abbrech- und verschluckbarer
Kleinteile. Missbrauch des Netzteils kann zu einem elektri-
schen Schlag führen.
• DasProduktdarfnuringeschlossenenRäumenverwen-
det werden.
• LagernSiedasProduktnichtunterdirekterSonnenein-
strahlung, starken Temperaturschwankungen oder hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit.
• ÜberprüfenSieoptischinregelmäßigenAbständen(je
nach Häufigkeit des Spielbetriebes) wenigstens 1 x pro
Woche das Schaltnetzteil und seine Anschlussleitung im
vom Haushaltsstromnetz getrennten Zustand auf Beschä-
digung. Beim geringsten Verdacht einer Beschädigung
darf das Schaltnetzteil erst nach der Reparatur durch den
Märklin-Reparatur-Service weiter verwendet werden.

Produktes mitgegeben werden.

5. Aufbau und Anschluss
Der Aufbau darf nur unter Aufsicht Erwachsener erfolgen.
Um Beschädigungen während des Aufbaus zu vermeiden,
das Schaltnetzteil vom Haushaltsstromnetz trennen. Erst
nach Fertigstellung aller Verkabelungen das Schaltnetzteil
wieder in die Steckdose stecken.
• DasbeiliegendeKabelindie4-poligeBuchse(linksoder
rechts)einstecken(siehefolgendeAbb.1).
• DanachdenanderenSteckerindie4-poligeBuchseder
Basisstation des Anschlussgleises 253391 einstecken
(siehefolgendeAbb.1).
!Das beiliegende Kabel darf nicht verändert werden.
Zur Verlängerung des Anschlusskabels muss das Verbin-
dungskabel71054verwendetwerden(gehörtnichtzum
Lieferumfang).

Es ist möglich, das Stellpult an die freie 4-polige Buchse
eines vorhandenen Schaltpultes 72751 oder Stellpultes 72752
anzuschließen(sieheAbb.2).

6. Weichen anschließen
Den3-poligenSteckerdesWeichenantriebes(74492)
in die 3-polige Buchse an der Rückseite des Stellpultes
einstecken.
Die Leuchtdiode ist nur an den Tastern aktiviert, welche mit
einer Weiche verbunden sind.
7. Weichen schalten
Durch Drücken der Taste wird die Weiche entsprechend
geschaltet. Brennt die rote Leuchtdiode an der Taste des
Stellpultes, steht die Weiche auf „Abzweig“.
Brennt an der Taste am Stellpult die grüne Leuchtdiode,
steht die Weiche auf „Gerade“.
Sind alle Funktionen in Ordnung, kann das Stellpult mit
beiliegendem Etikett beklebt und anschließend

beschriftet werden.
Das Stellpult kann bei stationärem Aufbau mit den Schrau-
benE786130(gehörtnichtzumLieferumfang)befestigt
werden.
8. Funktionsstörungen
Schaltet die Weiche nicht, prüfen Sie bitte:
• IstdasNetzgerätindieSteckdoseundindieBasisstation
eingesteckt? Gegebenenfalls einstecken.
• SindalleVerbindungskabelrichtigeingesteckt?Gegebe-
nenfalls die Stecker fest drücken.
• IsteinVerbindungskabelbeschädigt?Beschädigtes
Kabel austauschen.
9. Entsorgung
Hinweise zum Umweltschutz: Produkte, die mit
dem durchgestrichenen Mülleimer gekenn-

1. Using the Product as Intended
This turnout control box is for controlling the Märklin Start up
74492 turnout mechanism.
2. Safety Notes
Make sure you read the following safety notes before using
this Märklin product for the first time.
•
IMPORTANT! Not suitable for children under 3 years. Danger
of choking due to detachable small parts that may be swallo-
wed. Misuse of the switched mode power pack can cause an
electrical shock.
• Thisproductmayonlybeusedindoors.
• Donotstorethisproductindirectsunlightorareaswith
extreme swings in temperature or high humidity.
• Visuallyexaminetheswitchedmodepowerpackandits
powercordatregularintervals(dependingonthefrequen-
cy with which you use it to run the trains), at least once a
week, to make sure it is not damaged. Do this examination
with the power pack unplugged from the household
current. If you have the least suspicion of damage, do not
use the power pack again until it has been repaired by the
Märklin Repair Department.

You can connect this control box to the free 4-pin socket of
anexisting72751or72752controlbox(seeFig.2).
5. Setup and Connections
Setup may be done only under the supervision of adults.
Unplug the switched mode power pack from the household
current in order to prevent damage during setup. Do not plug
the switched mode power pack in the wall outlet again until
you are finished with all of the wiring.

6. Connections for Turnouts
Plugthe3-pinplugontheturnoutmechanism(74492)into
the 3-pin socket on the backside of the control box.
The LED is activated on the buttons only when they are
connected with a turnout.
7. Operating Turnouts
Pressing on the button will set the turnout accordingly. If the
red LED comes on at the button,
on the control box, the turnout is set for “branch“.
If the green LED comes on at the button on the control box,
the turnout is set for “straight”.
If everything is working properly, the label included with the
control box can be affixed to the latter and can then

be lettered.
On a stationary setup, the control box can be mounted in place
withtheE786130screws(notincludedwiththecontrolbox).
8. Trouble Running
If the turnout does not work, check the following:
• Istheswitchedmodepowerpackpluggedintothewall
outlet and the Base Station? If not, plug it in.
• Arealloftheconnectingcablesproperlypluggedinto
their connections? If not, press on the plugs to make sure
they are all the way in the connections.
• Isaconnectingcabledamaged?Replaceanydamaged
cables.
9. Disposing
Products marked with a trash container with a

for the recycling of electrical and electronic

2. Remarques sur la sécurité
Avant la première utilisation d’un produit Märklin, lisez impé-

5. Installation et raccordement
L’installation doit se faire impérativement sous la surveil-
lance d’un adulte. Afin d’éviter toute détérioration durant
l’installation, débranchez le convertisseur du secteur. Ne
branchez le convertisseur qu’une fois le câblage terminé.

6. Raccordement des aiguilles
Enfichez le connecteur à 3 pôles du moteur d’aiguille
(74492)danslapriseà3pôlessituéeaudosdupupitrede
commande.
La diode luminescente est activée uniquement sur les
boutons-poussoirs reliés à une aiguille.
7. Commutation des aiguilles
Pour commuter l’aiguille, appuyez sur la touche correspon-
dante. La diode luminescente rouge de la touche du pupitre de
commande indique que l’aiguille se trouve en position déviée.
La diode luminescente verte de la touche du pupitre de
commande indique que l’aiguille se trouve en position «voie
directe».

1. Verantwoord gebruiken
Deze wisselregeltafel is bedoeld voor het besturen van de
Märklin Start up wisselmotor 74492.
2. Veiligheidsvoorschriften
Lees zeker de volgende veiligheidsvoorschriften voordat
u een Märklinproduct voor het eerst gebruikt.
• OPGELET! Niet geschikt voor kinderen jonger dan 3
jaar. Gevaar op verstikking door kleine delen die kunnen
afbreken of worden ingeslikt. Oneigenlijk gebruik van de
netadapter kan tot een elektrische schok leiden.
• Hetproductmaguitsluitendingeslotenruimtesworden
gebruikt.
• Bewaarhetproductnietopeenplaatsmetrechtstreeks
zonlicht, sterke temperatuurschommelingen of hoge
luchtvochtigheid.
• Controleerdeschakelvoedingenzijnaansluitsnoerop
regelmatige momenten en ten minste 1 x per week visueel
op beschadigingen, in een toestand waarin ze losgekop-
peld zijn van het huishoudelijke stroomcircuit. Bij de min-
ste verdenking op beschadiging mag de schakelvoeding
pas na reparatie door de Märklin- reparatiedienst verder
worden gebruikt.

Het is mogelijk de regeltafel op de vrije 4-polige contactdoos
van een aanwezige schakeltafel 72751 of regeltafel 72752
aantesluiten(zieafb.2).

5. Montage en aansluiting
De montage mag uitsluitend gebeuren onder toezicht van
een volwassene. Om beschadigingen tijdens de montage te
vermijden moet u de schakelvoeding loskoppelen van het
huishoudelijk circuit. Steek pas nadat alle kabels in orde zijn
de schakelvoeding opnieuw in het stopcontact.

!De bijgevoegde kabel mag niet worden veranderd.
Om de aansluitkabel te verlengen, moet de verbindingskabel

6. Wissels aansluiten
Steekde3-poligestekkervandewisselmotor(74492)inde
3-polige contactdoos aan de achterkant van de regeltafel.
De lichtdiode is alleen aan de knoppen die met een wissel
verbonden zijn geactiveerd.
7. Wissels schakelen
Door op de knop te drukken wordt de wissel overeenkomstig
geschakeld. Als de rode lichtdiode op de knop van de regel-
tafel brandt, dan staat de wissel op “aftakking“.
Als de groene lichtdiode op de knop van de regeltafel
brandt, dan staat de wissel op “rechtdoor“.
Als alle functies in orde zijn, dan kan het bijgevoegde
etiket op de regeltafel worden gekleefd en onmiddellijk

worden beschreven.
De regeltafel kan bij een stationaire montage bevestigd
wordenmetdeschroevenE786130(zitnietbijdelevering).
8. Storingen
Als de wissel niet schakelt, controleer dan:
• Isdevoedingingestokeninhetstopcontacteninhet
basisstation? Indien nodig insteken.
• Zijnalleverbindingskabelscorrectingestoken?
Indien nodig de stekkers steviger aandrukken.
• Isereenverbindingskabelbeschadigd?
Beschadigde kabel vervangen.
9. Afdanken
Aanwijzing voor de bescherming van het milieu:
Producten die voorzien zijn van een merkteken
met een doorgekruiste afvalcontainer, mogen
aan het eind van hun levensduur niet met het
normale huisafval afgevoerd worden. Deze
moeten op een inzamelpunt voor het recyclen
van elektrische- en elektronische apparaten
ingeleverd worden. Het symbool op het
product, de verpakking of de gebruiksaanwijzing wijst
daarop. De grondstoffen zijn vanwege hun kwaliteiten
opnieuw te gebruiken. Met het hergebruik, recyclen van
grondstoffen of andere vormen voor het benutten van oude
apparaten levert u een belangrijke bijdrage aan de

1. Uso correcto
Este pupitre de mando de desvío sirve para controlar el
accionamiento de desvío Start up 74492 de Märklin.
2. Aviso de seguridad
Antes de utilizar por primera vez un producto de Märklin,
siempre lea las siguientes advertencias de seguridad.
• ¡ATENCIÓN! No es adecuado para niños menores de 3
años. Peligro de asfixia a causa de piezas pequeñas que
pueden romperse y tragarse. El uso indebido de una fuen-
te de alimentación puede provocar una electrocución.
• Estápermitidoutilizarelproductoúnicamenteenrecintos
cerrados.
• Noalmaceneelproductobajolaradiaciónsolardirecta,
en lugares con fuertes oscilaciones de temperatura o con
una elevada humedad del aire.
• Inspeccionevisualmenteconregularidad(enfunciónde
la frecuencia de juego), si bien al menos 1 vez por sema-
na, la fuente de alimentación y su cable de conexión, con

para detectar posibles daños. Ante la mínima sospecha
