2.1ReadandSaveTheseInstructions
•Whenusingthisequipment,basicprecautionsshouldalwaysbefollowed,includingthefollowing:

readallinstructionsbeforeoperating.
•Usetheproductforitsintendedpurposeasdescribedinthismanual.Donotuseattachmentsthat

•Donotusetheproductoutdoors,nearswimmingpoolsorinareasofhighhumidity.
•Donotoperatewhereaerosol(spray)productsarebeingusedorwhenoxygenisbeing
administered.
•Donotremovethecovers.Serviceshouldonlybedonebyanauthorizedservicetechnician.
•Closesupervisionisnecessarywhenusednearchildren,invalidsordisabledpeople.
•Whentheproductisinuse,youngchildrenandpetsshouldbekeptatleastthreemeters/tenfeet
away.
•Keepchildrenundertheageof14awayfromthisequipment.Teenagersmustbesupervisedatall
timeswhileusingthisequipment.
•Assembleandoperatetheunitonasolid,levelsurface.Placetheunitatleastonemeter/three
feetofclearancefromanyobstructions,includingwallsandfurniture.
•Donotwearanyclothingthatmightcatchonanymovingpartsofthisproduct.
•PerformpropermaintenanceasdescribedintheMaintenancesectionofthismanual.
•CAUTION:

3.1CareandMaintenanceInstruction
1)Anyandallpartremovalorreplacementmustbeperformedbyaqualifiedservicetechnician.
2)DONOTuseanyequipmentthatisdamagedandorhaswornorbrokenparts.
Useonlyreplacementpartssuppliedbyyourcountry’slocalMATRIXdealer.
3)MAINTAINLABELSANDNAMEPLATES:Donotremovelabelsforanyreason.Theycontain
importantinformation.Ifunreadableormissing,contactyourMATRIXdealerforareplacement.
4)MAINTAINALLEQUIPMENT:Preventativemaintenanceisthekeytosmoothoperatingequipment
aswellaskeepingyourliabilitytoaminimum.Equipmentneedstobeinspectedatregular
intervals.
5)Ensurethatanyperson(s)makingadjustmentsorperformingmaintenanceorrepairofanykindis
qualifiedtodoso.MATRIXdealerswillprovideserviceandmaintenancetrainingatourcorporate
facilityuponrequest.
3.2LubricatingtheMagnets
1)Useacointoturnthereleasescrew90˚clockwise.
2)Removeplasticcover.
3)Spraythemagnetareasasshown.Sprayeachareaforabout0.5second(oraround0.25ccofoil
quantity).Matrixrecommendschaingreaseforlubrication.
4)Replaceplasticcoverandturnreleasescrew90˚counter‐clockwisetosecureplasticcover.
