1. INTRODUCTION
Four-wheel walker type is a modern, stable, durable and safe product. It was
created to support the rehabilitation of the patient, allow the patient to move
without help of the others.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

3. INDICATIONS
Rehabilitation supports are an ancillary equipment to facilitate tilting and moving
of patients with dierent types of motor disorders. They can be used as an aid for
patients after surgery (lower limbs) who are unable to use crutches, showing no
coordination disorders, patients with mild dysfunction of the lower limbs or weakness.
They are used in patients with in patients with impaired balance preventing them
from independent vertical position and locomotion, as well as various types of
circulatory dysfunction (e.g. intermittent claudication). Supports can also be used as
an aid for geriatric patients.
4. CONTRAINDICATIONS
Contraindications to the upright position, injuries and dysfunctions of upper limbs
preventing the patient from supporting themselves, impaired coordination and
perception.
5. USAGE
• The product is packed In folded position.
• After unpacking the package, check if it contains all parts in accordance with the list of
elements set out above.
• Ensure that all components have no visible damage. If any doubts, please contact the
manufacturer.
• Do not use the rollator until all parts are properly connected.
• Installation - Please refer to illustration 1.
• Assembling should start by connecting the front wheels with the two main frames.
• In the lower parts of the main frames are holes into which should slide the front
wheels. (Illustration 9.)
• The connected elements must be secured with screws (Illustration 10).
• Unfolding rollator should begin unfolded the frame, then lock the levels hinge of
stretcher.

• In the lower part of the armrest are located eight holes for mounting screws.
• Bearer must be xed in such a way that the knobs are positioned to the outer
side in front of the support.
• Bearer with the armrest must be installed in the main frames.
• Depending on user’s needs, can set a convenient armrest height.
• Tighten the armrest height adjustment knob.

• Before using the rollator, refer to this manual and keep it for future reference.
• At standstill should apply the locking rotation of the wheels both rear wheels.
• Do not stand on rollator.
• Do not sit on the armrest, because there is a danger of falling.
• The rollator should be used on even surfaces at an incline less than 5%
• With the rollator you can only use on surfaces where all four wheels touching the
ground are to use all of four wheels.
• Use of the product on the icy, wet, greasy, strongly gritty surfaces is unacceptable - it
creates a risk of falling.
6. SAFETY OF USE
• In bearer insert the handles and tighten the mounting knob handles.
To unfold the rollator, should follow the opposite to the above manner of conduct.

• The walker has a braking system located on the rear wheels. The braking system is
the locking device. In order to stop the walker and immobilize it press down the lock
located on the rear wheels. To unlock the wheels, pull up the lock.
7. EVERYDAY USE AND MAINTENANCE
BRAKE SYSTEM
• Before each use of this product:
- Perform visual inspection of all structural components of the product,
- Check the operation of the braking system. Squeeze the brake
handles to see if the brake pads are fit properly to wheels and are able to stop
rollator.
- Carefully check the stability and condition of the support frame.
• Do not use the support in the event of any visible or perceptible damage (e.g. cracks
in the frame). It may cause an accident.
•Do not leave the stroller with the user close to open sources of fire.
• Be aware that the surface temperature of the upholstery and the frame parts may be
increased after exposure to the sun or other heat source. Furthermore, with low
temperatures there is a danger of overcooling metal parts of stroller. It may cause
burns or frostbite parts of the body.
•All repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel. And during the warranty period
only by the manufacturer’s service.
•Do not exceed the maximum height of the handles to push, rollator will lose stability.
• Before using, make sure that all screws are tight.
•Due to the possibility of jamming the fingers put extreme caution during assembly
rollator.
• In order to drive the rollator onto the threshold or curb should set the rollator
perpendicularly to the edge of the obstacle. Holding the handle, tilt the rollator in rear
raise the front wheels up.
• Then drive the rear wheels to the edge of the obstacle and holding the rollator handle,
lift slightly up and enter rollator on the obstacle.
OVERCOMING OBSTACLES (THRESHOLD, CURBS)

STAIRS
• When the patient climbs the stairs or down the stairs needs belaying of two people.
One person should assist the patient, the other person should carry walker, because the
patient after reaching the top will again need support. While moving the equipment, it is
recommended to hold it for the frame.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Clean the frame with a damp cloth, clean the seat with damp cloth with mild detergent.
• Remove all soiling from the movable components of the support (wheels, clamping
screws, locks).
• In order to maintain the walker’s parameters, it is very important to keep all elements
clean and stored properly. Storing the walker in damp places (baths, laundry rooms,
etc.) or outdoors, combined with lack of hygiene will quickly degrade the performance
and aesthetic of the wheelchair.
• Do not expose the wheelchair on to extreme weather conditions (rain, snow very
strong sun), because certain parts can change colour.
• If walker has wetted in the rain, it must be dried, use anticorrosive to keep the
components in good condition.
• Regularly check the mobility of the rotating elements, and if its need to apply grease.
• Avoid contact tires of the wheels with the acid to prevent the deterioration of the tire
rubber quality.
You must not use:
• solvents,
• toilet detergents,
• sharp brushes and hard objects,
• detergents that contain chlorine,
• corrosive detergents,
Do not clean the rollator with pressure or steam aggregates!
TECHNICAL REVIEW
The review should be carried out regularly, it should be preceded by thorough cleaning
the rollator (so as to reveal any hidden damage).

NEW USER
The rollator can be passed to a new user after
technical inspection performed by qualied medical personnel. The former user should
provide complete technical documentation which is crucial for safety of using.
