1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing our product. We are deeply convinced that it will meet
your expectations. Please read this document before rst use. This manual
is passed in order to provide the necessary information for the safe use of
the device. The correct application of the recommendations will contribute
signicantly to extend the durability and aesthetics of the product. We want to
emphasise that constantly we are trying to improve the quality of our products,
which may result in minor changes that are not included in the manual.

3. INDICATIONS
Strolling wheelchair designed for children with cerebral palsy, spina bida, muscular
diseases, lower limbs injuries. Reclining backrest and a small table improve comfort
of a user and caregiver. Construction of a wheelchair enables easy driving, driving
through the high obstacles or kerbs.
4. CONTRAINDICATIONS
Contraindications to a sitting position.
• foldable, aluminium frame of cross construction,
• detachable, easy to wash nylon upholstery,
• detachable seat and backrest,
• reclining backrest (together with seat),
• height and tilt adjustable headrest,

5. USAGE
ASSEMBLING THE WHEELCHAIR
Necessary tools: screwdriver, open ended spanner no 10, 13, 15, 17
• take the wheelchair out of the box;
• attach the headrest (element no 21) – insert the headrest into the lashing of the
backrest’s frame, block it with the use of screw which is placed on the side;
• hold the armrests, expand the frame; in order to assemble the frame, grasp the
armrests and lift the wheelchair;
• attach the footrests (element no 8) to the front part of frame using the screwdriver and
clamping rings; unfold the footrest platform (element no 9) till the moment of locking.
The footrest platforms can be unblocked by pulling the latch (element no 7) and leaning
the platforms towards the wheelchair’s side.
• the height of footrest can be regulated by unscrewing the blocking screw placed on
the side. Having chosen an appropriate height, tighten the blocking screw.
• backrest can be reclined by pushing the reclining lever (element no 6) and then
leaning the backrest to the back. The wheelchair comes back to its standard position
by lifting the reclining lever (element no 6) and pulling it forward.
• wheelchairs quick disassembly system – push the blockade mechanism and insert/
move out the wheel.
• anti-ip wheels assembly – insert the wheels from downwards into the frame till the
moment of locking. In order to move out the anti-ip wheels, release the blockades
placed on the rear part of the frame.
• attaching the small table - inserting the table’s handles into the slideways placed on
the on the outside of the armrests. Then, block it with a screw (element no 17).

6. SAFETY OF USE
a) Before using the stroller, refer to this manual and keep it for future reference.
b) Your child’s safety may be in danger in case of non-compliance of rules contained in this
manual.
c) Never leave the child unattended. Always watch the child when he/she is in the stroller.
Responsible for the safety of the child are caretakers.
d) The seat is not suitable for children under 6 months.
e) Always use the seat belts to avoid serious injuries caused by the child falling out or
slipping out of the stroller.
f) It is important to fasten seat belt properly and its adjustment to the user.
g) The seat and belts do not replace proper supervision of caretaker.
h) While adjusting the parameters of the stroller, the child should not be in a stroller.
i) All repairs must be carried out by qualied personnel. And during the warranty period
only by the manufacturer’s service.
j) The stroller is not suitable for running or iceskating and rollerskating.
k) The stroller is designed for transporting only one child.
l) It is unacceptable to use the stroller, if you found visible or palpable damage, or worn out
parts and stroller parts indicates a potential risk of an accident (eg. wheels Consumption
wheels, upholstery, cracks, etc.).
m) Always check before use if the stroller is properly unfolded. Ensure that all locks are
blocked before use.
n) To avoid injury to make sure that the child is away when the product is being folded and
unfolded.
o) When moving the stroller through doors and other passages, make sure that on both
sides there is enough space to avoid injury of hands or damage the stroller.
p) Do not allow your child to play with this product.
q) Do not allow your child to stand on the stroller or footrest. The stroller might fall over
and hurt the child.
r) When in motion, always hold the handle of the stroller.
s) Be especially careful while using the wheelchair near to steps and stairs.
t) The stroller is not intended for use on stairs and escalators.
u) Do not to move the stroller if a child is sitting in it.
v) Do not to move the stroller by holding the front guard. If there is a need to move your
stroller, you should hold xed elements of the frame.
w) In order to avoid accidental rolling down the stroller, always put on the brakes and turn
on the lock of driving direction when the stroller is stopped, when patient get in, get o󰀨,
changing the position.
x) Do not let the child stand on the footrest. Never leave the stroller unattended on sloping
ground, even if the brakes are on.
y) The stroller is designed for children up to 30 kg.
z) Stroller should always be easy to fold out. In case of problems with folding, You should
re-read the user’s manual or contact the manufacturer.

aa) Keep extreme caution while passing an obstacles. Extreme use of the stroller can cause
damage or destroy it.
bb) Never use the stroller as a seat for the transportation of people in cars, buses or any motor
vehicles.
cc) During transport (eg. In the trunk), do not burden stroller, it may weaken or damage its
structure.
dd) Do not leave the stroller with the user close to open sources of re
ee) Be aware that the temperature of the upholstery and the frame parts may be increased
after exposure to the sun or other heat source. Furthermore, with low temperatures there is a
danger of overcooling metal parts of stroller. It may cause burns or frostbite parts of the body.
󰀨) Keep caution while moving on sloping surfaces. The maximum allowable slope angle up and
down is 5%.
gg) With the stroller you can only use on surfaces where all four wheels touching the ground
are to use all of four wheels.
hh) Stroller is designed for use indoors and outdoors only on paved and even surfaces.
ii) Use of the product i.e. the icy, wet, greasy, strongly gritty surfaces is unacceptable - it
creates a risk of falling.
jj) It is extremely important to keep all strollers components clean in order to maintain the
product parameters.
kk) Do not add additional loads (bags, etc.) on the stroller handles.
ll) Storing the stroller in areas with very high humidity (baths, laundry, etc.) or in the open
air, also the lack of hygiene causes rapid loss of operating parameters and aesthetic of the
product.
mm) Accessories, which were not approved by the manufacturer are not included in this
manual can not to be used.
nn) Do not leave the child in the stroller for longer, because persons with neurological
a󰀨ections who stay in unchanged positions may experience problems with skin nourishment
and develop bedsores.
oo) When the footrests will not be removed before folding the stroller , it can cause damage.
pp) Keep extreme caution while unfolding/folding the stroller, lack of attention may result in
nger trap.
qq) The pressure in wheel musn’t exeed the maximum value specied on the tire.
rr) Every time after assembling the wheels, you should check the blockade of the axis–you
should hear the characteristic ‘click’ of the latch while assembling the wheels. After assembling,
you should also pull the wheel without pushing the blockade mechanism to check the blockade.
ss) Strength of breaks may be reduced after long exploitation of the wheelchair. You are
allowed to adjust breaks yourself. In order to do that you must loosen the screws locking the
position of the break, move the mechanism of the break towards the wheel so that the wheel
didn’t rotate when the break is switched on again (try the adjustment with the user sitting on the
wheelchair). After nal adjustment secure the mechanism back with the screws.
tt) In case of complicated architectural barriers (sheer or long ramps, high steps, stairs) other
person’s help is necessary.

7. EVERYDAY USE AND MAINTENANCE
Rear and front wheels are placed on mobile axis which gives possibility of changing the
wheel base (changing the centre of gravity).At the back part of the wheelchair frame,
there are holes to attach the rear wheel axis. In order to change the wheel base, you
should take o󰀨 the rear wheels and using the open ended spanner no 19, unscrew the
nipples which attach the left and right axis, move them out and change position of the
axis. Then block the axis by screwing the nipples. Both wheel axis should be placed
symmetrically and the nipples well screwed. In order to change the front wheel axis,
unscrew the wheels (open ended spanner no 19), move them up or down at the desired
height and screw tightly.
The pressure in the rear wheels should be adjusted to the user’s weight. The parking
brakes should be checked when a patient is sitting in the wheelchair (placed on the slope
angle 5% the wheelchair cannot go downhill ). While checking the parking brakes, the
assistance of a caretaker is necessary
IN ORDER TO PLACE A PATIENT IN THE WHEELCHAIR
• Place the wheelchair in a position which facilitates transport of a patient (next to the
bed/ armchair),
• Block the brakes, fold or remove the footrest,
• Depending on the method of transporting, lift or remove the armrest,
• Attach the armrest,
• Attach and unfold the footrests, place patient’s feet on the footrests,
• Place the patient in a sitting position (knees should be bowed at 90 degree).
DRIVING THE WHEELCHAIR
• Before using the wheelchair, a caregiver should make sure that any part of patient’s
body or his/her clothes is close to the mobile parts of the wheelchair,
• If a patient cannot be in a sitting position on his own, the wheelchair should be
equipped with additional stabilizing straps,
• The wheelchair should be pushed by two hands, if there is a need of lifting the front
wheels, one should push the rear part of the frame with one leg and pull the handles,
• All activities such as getting in/getting out of the wheelchair, changing the patient’s
position should be ALWAYS performed after blocking the brakes,
• A wheelchair with a patient should be never left (even with the brakes set on) on
ramps, antresol, rally etc.

• While moving on slopes, use caution and reduce your speed.
• Do not move on too high slopes. The maximum allowable slope angle up
and down is 5%.
MOVING ON SLOPES
ENTRANCE TO THE THRESHOLD OF CURBS
• To enter stroller to the threshold or curb, it must be set so that the front
wheels were set on straight ahead threshold or curb, and near to it.
• Then place a foot on the lock back of stroller, press lightly and push the
handle down .
• The front wheels of stroller will lift slightly upwards, what allows to overcome
the obstacles. Once the front wheels are on the obstacle, raise the rear
wheels by tilting the stroller frontward.

Schrader valve
• Before pumping the tires, identify the type of valve which is located on the tire. This may
be one of the two valves.
• Presta valve also has an additional small top, which must be loosened before pumping.
• After identifying the valve, prepare the pump designed to valve type.
• Most of the new pumps are equipped to service both Presta valve and Schrader. Many
of them let to reverse the tip. Smaller hole is Presta valve, Schrader valve greater. If the
pump does not support Presta, you will need to buy uourself with the „adapter Presta”,
which is available at any bike store.
• At this point, if the wheel is provided with a valve Presta, it will be necessary to unscrew
the top located on the vent. It is a small top, which can be unscrewed with ngers. When
doing this, the top should move upwards. Then valve is considered open.
• Then remove the plastic top from the valve and set it aside in a safe place. It is important
to not lose it, because the valves will get dirt, leading to di󰀩culties in pumping and rapid
air loss.
• Place the nozzle of the pump to the valve and check if it stick properly. If it is needed,
push the pump to the valve to make sure that the air does not escape to the sides.
• If the pump has a lever with clamp at the nozzle, tighten it. If the nozzle of the pump and
valve have a threaded tip, screw them together. As a result, air will be streamed directly to
the inner tube and the nozzle can not detach from the valve.
• At the beggining of pumping the pressure in tyres should be checked at some points.
Check tire pressure with your thumbs at the end of the tread. If it is possible, make only
a millimeter indentation. It means that the tire has enough air. If necessary continue
pumping.
• After pumping, remove or unscrew the nozzle from the valve outlet while compressing it’s
ends by thumb. It is recomended to do this quick enough in order to not loose too much
air.
• For Presta valve, tighten previously loosened additional small top.
• Screw the plastic top on the valve.

TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Technical survey needs to be done regularly, at least once in three months. The inspection
should be preceeded by a careful cleaning of the wheelchair (to reveal any possible
damages). During technical survey one needs to:
• Check the condition of brakes,
• Check the safety of screw threads joints,
• Check the state of wheels, judge the wheel’s bearings (lift the wheelchair so that the wheel
were above the ground, roll the wheels),
• Check the state of bayonet and soldering connections (frame material bursts in soldering
surfaces and bayonet connections).

• In case of reparation, please contact the producer.
Customer service:
• If you have any questions or need help, contact the producer.
EVERYDAY USE AND CONSERVATION
• Clean the upholstery and frame with a moist cloth,
• Use gentle detergents, di󰀨erent for the upholstery and di󰀨erent for the varnish coat
(please, always check the detergent’s indications given by the manufacturer),
• Remove contaminations like threads, hair o󰀨 the movable parts of the wheelchair (wheels,
footrests).
• Using the breaks while driving causes serious risk of accident.
• Always check the breaks e󰀨ect after any adjusting.
• Breaks e󰀩ciency may be reduced after any tires contamination.
In order to maintain the useful parameters of the stroller it is crucial to
keep all its elements clean and to store it properly. Storage of the stroller in spaces with high
humidity (baths, laundries, etc.), or in the open air, combined with the lack of hygiene, will
cause quick loss of useful and aesthetic parameters of the stroller.
It is inadmissible to use the stroller if there are any defects detected visually or otherwise, or
the degree of wear of any part of the stroller indicates to the potential risk of an accident (e.g.
wear of the motion wheel, upholstery cracks, etc.). Any repairs should be commissioned to
qualied sta󰀨; during the guaranty period solely to the manufacturer’s service department.

Wózek inwalidzki służy do indywidualnego transportu dzieci niepełnosprawnych po
urazie OUN, z porażeniem mózgowym, dystroą mięśniową, przepukliną oponowo
rdzeniową oraz z różnymi uszkodzeniami kończyn dolnych.
Możliwość łatwego pochylenia oparcia, zamontowania stolika znacznie zwiększa

5. UŻYTKOWANIE
ROZKŁADANIE WÓZKA
Potrzebne narzędzia: Wkrętak krzyżowy, klucz płaski nr 10, 13, 15, 17
• wyjąć wózek z opakowania i umieścić oparciem od siebie,
• zamontować wspornik głowy(element nr 21), wsuwając go w mocowanie jarzmowe
ramy oparcia wózka a następnie blokować go śrubą zaciskową znajdującą się na bocznej
powierzchni mocowania wspornika.
• chwycić za podłokietniki i rozsunąć ramę wózka, aby złożyć ramę należy chwycić za
podłokietniki unieść wózek do góry,
• zamocować podnóżki (element nr 8) na przedniej części ramy wózka używając do tego
skręcanych obejm i wkrętaka krzyżakowego, rozłożyć platformy podnóżków (element nr 9)
do momentu zatrzaśnięcia się, platformy podnóżka można odblokować przez odciągnięcie
dźwigni zatrzasku(element nr 7), i odchylenie platformy w kierunku boku wózka.
• wysokość podnóżka regulować przez odkręcenie śruby blokującej (boczna powierzchnia
elementu mocującego), po ustaleniu właściwej wysokości dokręcić śrubę blokady
wysokości,
• pochylenie oparcia następuje poprzez naciśnięcie uchwyt dźwigni pochylenia oparcia
(element nr 6), szybkiego zwolnienia blokady, trzymając uchwyty dźwigni oraz rączki
oparcia podnosimy lub opuszczamy oparcie, szybkiego celu zablokowania oparcia
szybkiego dogodnym położeniu puszczamy dźwignię pochylenia (element nr 6),
• system szybkiego demontażu kół tylnych, aby zamontować lub zdemontować koła tylne
należy wcisnąć mechanizm blokady osi złącznej koła i wysunąć lub wsunąć koło jezdne.
• antywywrotne kółka montujemy w ramie wózka wsuwając je od dołu w mocowania ramy

6. BEZPIECZEŃSWO UŻYTKOWANIA
a) Przed rozpoczęciem użytkowania wózka należy zapoznać się z niniejsza instrukcją
obsługi i zachować ją na przyszłość.
b) Bezpieczeństwo Twojego dziecka może zostać zagrożone w przypadku nieprzestrzegania
zasad zawartych w niniejszej instrukcji.
c) Nigdy nie zostawiaj dziecka bez opieki. Zawsze obserwuj dziecko, gdy jest w wózku. Za
bezpieczeństwo wózka odpowiada opiekun.
d) Siedzisko nie jest odpowiednie dla dzieci poniżej 6 miesięcy.
e) Zawsze używaj pasów bezpieczeństwa, aby uniknąć poważnych obrażeń związanych z
wypadnięciem lub wyślizgnięciem się dziecka z wózka.
f) Bardzo ważne jest prawidłowe zapięcie pasów oraz ich odpowiednie dopasowanie do
użytkownika.
g) System siedziska oraz pasy nie zastępują właściwego nadzoru opiekuna.
