1. General
Carefully read the instructions in this manual as they contain important information re-
garding proper, efficient and safe installation, use and maintenance of the appliance.
Keep this manual in a safe place for eventual use by other operators of the appliance.
1.1 Symbols used in the manual
This symbol informs about a situation where a safety risk might be at hand. Given instruc-
tions are mandatory in order to prevent injury.
This symbol on a part informs about electrical terminals behind the part.
This symbol informs about the right way to perform in order to prevent bad results, appli-
ance damage or hazardous situations.
This symbol informs about recommendations and hints that help to get the best perform-
ance out of the appliance.
This symbol informs about a function that has to be taken into account in self-control.

This symbol on a part informs about electrical terminals behind the part. The removal of

1.2.1 Machine marking
The machine has two rating plates, of which one is placed at the bottom of one side. The
other is placed in the switch cabinet. The technical information on the plates is also in-
cluded in the wiring diagram. The different items show:
1. Machine type

3. Year of manufacture
4. Enclosure class
5. Volatge
6. Number of phases with or without zero
7. Frequency
8. Main fuse
9. Motor output
10. Electrical heating output

1.3 Checking the relationship of the appliance and the manual
The rating plate of the appliance indicates the serial number of the appliance. If the man-
uals are missing, it is possible to order new ones from the manufacturer or the local rep-
resentative. When ordering new manuals it is essential to quote the serial number shown
on the rating plate.

2. Safety
2.1 General
The machine is CE marked, which implies that the machine complies with the require-
ments in the EU's machinery directive concerning product safety. Product safety implies
that the machine is designed to prevent personal injury or damage to materials.
Modification to the equipment without the approval of the manufacturer invalidates the
manufacturer's product liability.
To further improve safety during installation, commissioning and operation, the operator
and personnel responsible for installation and service of the machine should read through
the safety instructions carefully.
Switch off the appliance in case of failure or malfunction. The periodical function checks
requested in the manual must be carried out according to the instructions. Have the appli-
ance serviced by a technically qualified person authorized by the manufacturer and using
original spare parts. Nit complying with the above may put the safety of the appliance in
danger.
Before using the machine make sure that personnel are given the requisite information
concerning handling and maintenance.
2.2 Transport
Handle the machine with care during unloading and transport to avoid tipping. Never lift
or move the machine without the wooden packaging supporting the stand.
2.3 Installation
Electrical cabinet must be opened only by a component authorised personnel.
Waterconnections must be carried out by authorized personnel only.
Water connection must be carried out in a manner that complies with the regulations of
the local water supply authority. Check the tightness at the connections for water before
starting up.
Make sure that the mains voltage is the same as that indicated on the data plate of the ap-
pliance. The machine should be connected to a lockable main switch.

2.4 Detergent and rinse aid
Only detergent and rinse aid which are ment for dishwashing machines are allowed. The
wash goods must not be soaked or pre-washed with hand detergent. Contact your dish-
washing detergent supplier for the choise of a suitable detergent and rinse aid.
Protective gloves and goggles should be used when handling machine dishwashing deter-
gent. Read the warning text on the detergent and rinse aid container.
2.5 Operation
2.5.1 Crush risk
The reciprocating action of the feeding cradle might cause injuries at the in- and out feed-
ing ends of the machine and also in the scullery equipment such as corner feeding, driven
straight parts and conveyor bends connected to the machine.
2.6 Safety instructions in case of malfunction
Check the following:
• Has the appliance been used according to instructions?
• Are all possibly removable parts refitted?
• Is the main switch in the ON position?
• Are the circuit breakers (fuses) of the appliance in the electrical supply central in
working order? Ask an authorized person to check the circuit breakers.
If this does not help, contact an authorized service person.
2.7 Cleaning
The temperature of the dishwater in the tank is approx. 60° C and mixed with detergent.
Be careful when emptying and cleaning the machine. Use protective gloves.
2.7.1 High pressure cleaning of the dishwasher
High pressure washing must not be used for washing the machine. If high-pressure wash-
ing are directed towards the electric cabinets, water will enter and damage the electrical
equipment, affecting safety. .
In order to satisfy official requirements concerning the safety standards of dishwashers,
electrical components of approved sealing classes are used. There is no sealing class ca-
pable of withstanding high pressure.

2.7.2 Cleaning floors
When rinsing floors, water can splash up under the machine and damage the electrical
components. These have not been designed to withstand rinsing with water. Do not spray
the floor closer than 1 meter from the dishwasher. Special protecting covers are available
for high pressure washers to prevent splash. NOTE! Splashing from underneath can also
arise when using ordinary water hoses.
2.8 Disposal of the appliance
The disposal of the appliance when its economical lifetime has been reached must be car-
ried out in accordance with local rules and regulations. Contact professional personell
specializing in recycling.

3.1.2 The application of the machine
The machine is intended to be used for the washing of such items used for the preparation
and serving of food, including various types of items for the storage of food. Washing
shall therefore be carried out with machine dishwashing detergent intended for this pur-
pose.
3.1.3 Preparations before filling
Check:
• check that the machine has been cleaned and that the stop cocks for the water are
open.
• check that the main switch and the automatic circuitbreakersare set in position 1.
• check that the level pipe sealings (20) are undamaged.
• check the quantity of detergent and drying agent.
NOTE! Hand detergent must not be used in the machine or for soaking purposes as it
builds froth and gives poorer wash results.
Assemble:
• Level pipe (23) and outlet sealings (19). Check that they are closed. Hook them
firmly in position in the lift shaft (21).
• Strainer (18,22) and curtains (11).
3.1.4 Filling the machine
• Close the doors.
• Set the knob (9) to position 1 and push at button 1 or 2. Machine will now start to
filling and heating up. When the temperatures are displayed with a steady light on
display (1) the dishmachine will start and operates a few seconds to mix the deter-
gent. Now the machine is ready to wash.
The time for filling and heating up varies between 5 and 30 minutes, and is dependent on
the temperature of the incoming water.
3.1.5 Utensil positions in basket
Remove large food particles. Place the articles to be washed in the baskets. Plates and
trays should be placed longitudinally in the dishwasher. Canteens and large articles should
always be upended in the special canteen rack.

3.2 Use
3.2.1 Washing
Selection of washtime / contact time
START FEEDER will appear on the display.
1. Select washtime 1 or 2 on the panel. Longer washtime for heavily soiled wash
items. Shorter washtime for lightly and normally soiled wash items.
2. Start the feeding by pressing the button (4). READY will appear on the display.
Push the basket carefully towards the input aperture until the feed device hooks the
basket in place.
When the feed device begins to pull the basket into the machine, the basket must not be
pushed manually. The wash cycle can be disturbed, resulting in impaired wash results.
Automatic basket outfeed
If a new basket is not fed in, the machine will stop. The baskets will be emptied automat-
ically from the machine after a few minutes.
Manuel basket outfeed
Diode lamp next to selected program is highligted, push twice at the button (2,3) there the
diode lamp is highligted. The baskets will be fed out of the machine.
3.2.2 Stop by the machine during wash
If the machine needs to be stoped during wash, stop it on the control panels button, turn
the knob (9) to position 0 for turn off the power.
Restart: Turn the knob (9) to position 1 and push on the control panels button.

3.2.3 Changing water
For a good result it is important to change water often, allways if problem with foam in
tanks.
3.3 After use - Cleaning
HACCP is a preventive inspection system to ensure hygiene requirements during the
washing process and cleaning of the machine. Through its design, the machine fulfils a
high level of hygiene requirements. From a hygiene point of view, regular and thorough
cleaning is also important. A well-cleaned machine will contribute to a good washing re-
sult and reduce the risk of dirt accumulating inside the machine.
3.3.1 Daily cleaning
• Turn the knob (9) to position 0.
• Empty the tanks by pulling the lever (16).
• Clean the strainers (22) and curtains (11). Check washarms (12) nozzles (13), if
necessary take away and clean. Rinse out all of the machine’s inside surfaces, and
clean the tanks. Finally clean the strainer (18) in the final rinse. Dry the rubber
moulding of the doors. The rubber moulding is mounted in the upper edge of the
back of the doors. Leave the doors open.
• Clean the exterior of the machine.
NB! The following applies when cleaning the machine:
• Do NOT use steel wool as it will give rise to corrosion in the machine.
• High-pressure jetting can damage the machine and must NOT be used for cleaning.
Never use high-pressure jets on the floor closer than 1 metre to the machine with-
out applying special protection against splashing. The supplier will not be respon-
sible for any faults caused by the use of high-pressure jets on the machine and such
action will void the guarantee.
Steel wool and high-pressure jets must not be used for cleaning.
There is a risk of splashing even if the floor is only hosed down.
If detergent is used, it must not contain abrasives. Detergents containing abrasives will
damage the stainless-steel panels.
The machine must not be hosed down externally. Water can enter the control panel and
damage electric equipment.

3.3.2 Weekly cleaning (or as necessary)
• Wash arms (12): Brush the interior. Also clean the wash arm nozzles.
• Rinse nozzles (13) cleaning
• Filter (17): The filter should be cleaned at least 2-3 times a week, or more frequent-
ly, depending on the extent to which the machine is used. The filter is placed be-
hind the lower door at the output end. The final-rinse tank should be empty during
cleaning. Unscrew the filter cover and clean the strainer. Refit the strainer and cov-
er.
• Doors (15): Dismount the doors during cleaning. Open the door. Depress the catch
(14) and lift the door vertically.
• Decalcification the machine when need.
3.3.3 Malfunctions
Troubleshooting
The display (1) shows different fault messages, at the same time the diode lamp (7) flash-
es.
3.3.4 Troubleshooting
ALARM CAUSE ACTION
TANK DOOR OPEN At least one door is open. Close the door and push at button
(4).
STRAINER STOPPED Strainer in final rinse is to dirty. Clean the strainer (18).Push at but-
ton (8).
FEEDER LIMIT SWITCH ACTI-
VATED
A basket could have stoped so the
limit switch has been activated.
Take away the basket and the ma-
chine will restart automatically.
EMERGENCY FEEDER
EMERGENCY FEEDER Anything has fallen down and st-
oped the feeding.
Take away the thing and push at but-
ton (4).
EMERGENCY STOP Someone has pushed the EMER-
GENCY button.
If machine has been Emergency st-
oped, reset the emergency (10) dur-
ing turn the knob in direction of
arrow. Push at button (4).
LOW TEMP TANK 2, 3 TANK 02 Wash- or rinsetemperature is to low. Washing even can be done. Cotact
service.
CLEAN PHOTOCELL The photocell has been dirty. Clean booth photocells (24) on in-
feedings side.The alarm stops after
cleaning.
PROBLEM CAUSE ACTION
No indication on control panel dis-
play when control knob turned to po-
sition 1.
Main switch off. Turn on main switch.
Machine not filling with water. Shut-off cock for incoming water is
closed.
Open cock.

When you contact the service personnel give the following information for the unit in
question:
• type and model of the unit
• serial number of the unit and installation date
• short description of the fault
• what happened / was done immediately before the fault occured
Filling does not stop in tanks. Level pipe not in place. Fit level pipe.
Level pipe rubber sleeve not sealing
to bottom plate.
Check that level pipe is closed.
Change damaged rubber sleeve.
Machine will not start washing. Doors not closed. Close doors.
Out feed conveyor limit switch is
activated.
Take away the basket from the limit

Light utensils washing. Use a ned grid to fix the utensils.
Washed utensils don't dry. Rinse is defect. Check rinse temp and flow.
Rinse nozzles clogged. Check and clean nozzles.
Incorrect drying agent dose. Check and adjust dosage equipment.

4. Installation
4.1 General
The machine must be installed by authorised personnel only.
Read these instructions thoroughly as they contain important information that ensure cor-
rect installation.
The instructions should be used together with the machine's wiring diagram and flow di-
agrams for water and steam.
4.2 Demands on installation site
4.2.1 Lighting
In order to ensure the best possible working conditions during the operation of the ma-
chine, and during service and maintenance, make sure that the machine is placed in a well-
lit room.
4.2.2 Ventilation
The machine generates heat and steam when in operation. For a good working environ-
ment, a certain air change rate is required in the room. The necessary ventilation require-
ments can be found in TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. In addition, the ventilation
requirements in the room are calculated to applicable standards.
4.2.3 Drain
There must be a floor drain for the machine's waste water and discharge water from clean-
ing. The drain is located under the machine's loading bench. The floor drain capacity can
be found in TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
4.2.4 Service space
A 1-metre free space should be allowed in front of the machine for service purposes. The
space above the machine must be free from installations that can prevent assembly, serv-
ice and replacement of parts.

4.3 Transport and storage
Always transport the machine upright.
Take care during transport, there is a risk of tipping.
NB! The machine must not be transported without a pallet or other support. There must
be some form of support beams used along the sides of the machine during all transport.
The machine may otherwise be damaged. When transporting without the ordinary wood-
en pallet, always make sure that none of the machine components can be damaged.
If the machine is not being installed straight away, it must be stored frost-free in premises
with dry air.
4.4 Unpacking
Remove the packing material. Inspect the machine for any transport damage.
Check that all units have been delivered by comparing with the delivery slip.
4.5 Recycling the packaging
Packaging must be sent for destruction or recycling in accordance with local regulations.
