Unwrap and remove all parts from the box. Keep the box and packing material until the product is assembled. In case of
return or exchange, failure to return product in similar condition as received could result in limited reimbursement. Please

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Assemble the plastic base. Connect the two Plastic Sides (B) to the Plastic Bottom (A). Each side piece has L-
shaped tabs that align with the holes in the lip of the Plastic Bottom. Once inserted, slide the entire side piece
until it clicks into place.

Lay out the Wire Top with Door (D) so the door is on the floor. When positioned correctly, the loop will
be UNDER the horizontal wires and the prongs of the door latches will protrude UP toward
the ceiling. Bring the front, back, and sides together. Secure with two
Corner Stabilizers (F) in the back, as shown.
Attach the two Plastic Ends (C). They have V-shaped notches that slide onto the ends of the Plastic Sides (B).
The Plastic Ends also have three tabs on the bottom that will connect with the holes in Plastic Bottom (A).
Push downward until the ends click into place.

4. Attach the Side Panels/Doors (E) to the Wire Top. Place a Corner
Cap (G) on each corner of the panels as shown.
Place the eight Clips (H) around the outside
of the Wire Top as shown. The hooks of each
clip will hang on the third horizontal wire from
the bottom. We recommend two clips in the
back, one on each side, and two on each
white door panel. Each clip should straddle a
vertical wire so they do not shift side-to-side.
When fully assembled, the clips will be used
to secure the Wire Top to the Plastic Bottom.
Connect the two pieces of the Elevated
Feeding Platform (K). Place the Bowl (L)
over the stabilizing ring on the platform.

7. Place the Elevated Feeding Platform and Wire Top
on the Plastic Bottom. The Corner Stabilizers (F)
will click into the corners of the base, while the
Clips (H) will secure the Wire Top to the Plastic
Bottom on all sides.
8. Attach the Hay Feeder (J) on the outside of the
home in the desired location. The Water Bottle (I)
can be mounted from the outside or the inside of
the home according to your preference. Furnish
with bedding, toys, and accessories as desired.

1. For one (1) year from the date of original purchase, IDWEST Homes For Pets (“ IDWEST”) warrants to the purchaser of this pet
home that, should it prove defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, IDWEST will repair or replace, at its option,
any defective part of the pet home, without charge for the part or for shipping. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the
original period.
2. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER defects in the home caused by any animal, any physical abuse to or misuse of the pet home, any
damage caused by the original purchaser or any third party, or any defects arising or discovered more than one (1) year from the
original retail purchase date.
3. STEPS TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:
A. The purchaser must call IDWEST’s HELPLINE, 800-428-8560, to report the alleged defect to a customer service representative or
obtain missing parts.
B. The customer service representative will determine if the defect is covered by this warranty and, if it is, will authorize and instruct the
purchaser in how to obtain corrective action.
C. IDWEST may require the purchaser to present the sales receipt or other proof of purchase prior to authorizing any return or
replacement. No returns or replacements will be permitted without proper authorization. If a return or replacement is authorized, you
may be requested to return the item to IDWEST or to make the item available for pick-up by IDWEST.
4. ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY DOCU ENT, AND ANY RE EDY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT THAT,
BUT FOR THIS PROVISION, IGHT ARISE BY I PLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAI ED. THE
I PLIED WARRANTIES OF ERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LI ITED TO A
TER OF ONE (1) YEAR. SO E STATES DO NOT ALLOW LI ITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN I PLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE
