1. General information
Dear custo er,
This user anual contains a description of the edical device and i portant guidances to ensure a
correct and safe usage of the product. It is i portant prior to use to read this anual carefully. It is
especially i portant to read the safety require ents and follow these.
We continuously develop our products and we reserve the right without further notice to change the
specifications and functions of products.
Intended use of the device
The Mobilex Product is edical device which is intended to be used only as a walking assistant by
patients that because of invalidity are unable to stand, walk or sit independently and who require
additional stable support during walking. It gives for such persons possibility to fulfil ost of their
regular, daily activities without the assistance of a helper.

2. Safety requirements
●Only use the product in flawless condition.
●If defects or errors are detected you ust i ediately contact the dealer.
●Follow the infor ation on the product label.
●Only use the product for the described purpose.
●Avoid aking constructive changes on the device, unless you have the anufacturer’s written
acceptance for such odifications.
●During different adjust ents which are possible on the device the user ust take care not to
squeeze the fingers or other body parts between two oving ele ents of the device
●The device ust only be used on a stable surface.
●All wheels MUST be in contact with the floor at ALL TIMES during use. This will ensure the
rollator is properly balanced and should avoid accidents.
●When using the rollator in a stationary position, the hand brakes MUST be locked.
●The device ust not be loaded with ore than ax load value described in Technical Data
and on product's label.
●The device’s bag has load li itation of 12 kg.
●The device is dedicated to be used indoor or outdoor on flat surfaces.
●The device is not intended to be self-propelled while seated
●The brakes MUST be in the locked position BEFORE using the seat.
3. Description
Product description
It offers great anoeuvrability, stability and it is height adjustable for a user fit. Equipped with
co fortable seat and back support, the device allows the user to rest. The basket and tray eli inate
the need to hand carry ite s.
Rollators are supplied in cartons, detached in to few ele ents for easier transportation:

Assembly description
•Check with the list fro above if nothing is issing. If you’d discover at that stage that so e
part is issing or da aged, do not continue asse bly process. Contact your supplier of the
product right away.
•Press plastic seat downwards until it will touch horizontal tube on the top of the ain fra e.
See the OPEN status in the figure above.
•Always ensure the fra e is stable and fixed when the rollator is opened.
•Insert the push handles in to handle tubes as it is shown on picture above.
•Make sure that all the fixing knobs (6 pieces) are securely locked so that the rollator is stable
and parts can not ove when forced.
•Attach the basket as it is shown on the picture above
•Place the tray on the top of the seat (if needed)
•Always test to see that the rollator and attach ents are properly and safely locked in place
BEFORE using.
•Failure to follow these warnings can result in personal injury.
•To fold the rollator take away the tray and basket first. Then lift up the seat by pulling the
grip located in front of the seat to fold the rollator.
Function description
•Adjust the seat height (not avilable on s all and ax version) by releasing the 4 fixing knobs
located over 4 wheels and by pulling the out of their holes. Then set seat to your desired
height by adjusting all 4 supporting tubes to the sa e length. Lock the tubes in position by
applying fixing knobs back in to their spots and tie the . Always ake sure that the knob
goes through the hole to ensure the fra e is securely fixed.
•Adjust the height of the push handles so that when the user’s ar is down along the body,
the handgrips are at wrist height. This will ensure the ar s are at an approxi ate 20°-30°
angle when using the rollator. Adjust the height by releasing the fixing knob located on
handle tube and pulling the knob out of it's place. Then adjust handle to your desired height,
then have the wing nut go through the hole and tie it securely. Repeat the steps for the other
push handle, so both are at the sa e height.
•Care should be taken to ensure that ALL handle and seat height adjust ents are secured
and that casters and oving parts are in good working order before using.
•To stop the rollator si ply pull the brake handles up towards hand grips and hold brake
handles in the ”UP” position to re ain in position. TO MOVE release the brake handles.

•To lock the brakes in ”engaged” position push the brake handles down until you can hear the
”click” sound. To unlock the brakes pull the brake handles up until you can feel the loose.
•While using the rollator in a stationary position, the hand brakes MUST always be locked. You
should always engage the breaks when you don’t plan to ove the device. Never leave
device without breaks engaged when there is so eone sitting in it! Never leave device on
slopes without breaks engaged!
Transport recommendations
The rollator is an easily foldable product convenient for transportation. If it is necessary to transport
it, we reco end to fold it as it is written in description above. Rollator should be transported in the
way that it is stable and there is no risk of sudden and dangerous ove ents of the transported
device.

5. Maintenance & Cleaning
Regularly clean the device and keep it clean. Nor al dirt on etal and plastic parts can be re oved
with wet cloth and standard, non-corroding, ild washing cleaning agents. Check the specific
product infor ation and use only co ercial cleaning products which are suitable for cleaning and
disinfection (Do not use solvents, harsh abrasives or bleach based cleaners). Dry parts with soft
cloth.
Lubricate wheels' axles with 3-in-1 oil periodically or if wheels begin to squeak. Ensure that every
part of the rollator is secure at ALL ti es. Check all screws for tightness. If not. Tighten if necessary.
Replace any broken, da aged or worn ite s i ediately.
Despite the solid construction and the use of resistant aterials the product is subject to wear. It is
therefore reco ended to let check the product at regular intervals by a professional
6. Most common problems and solutions

7. Disposal of the product
The product can not be disposed of with household waste but ust be brought to the local recycling
centre.
8. Guarantee terms
Mobilex A/S offers 2 years of guarantee for da ages caused by errors in production. The guarantee is
not valid by not-intended use of the product. Parts subject to nor al wear are not covered by the
guarantee, unless wear is caused by a anufacturing fault. In the event of da age, please notify
your dealer. The guarantee does not cover transport cost. The guarantee does not cover injury or
other da ages eventually related to a alfunction of this product.
