•This device is intended for indoor use only.
•Do not expose this device to water or moisture of any kind. Do not place drinks or other containers with moisture on or near the
device. If moisture does get in or on the device, immediately remove it from its power source and allow it to fully dry before
reapplying power.
•Do not touch the device, the power cord, or any other connected cables with wet hands.
•Do not install this device on an unstable surface where it could fall and cause either personal injury or damage to the device
and/or other equipment.
•Do not expose this device to excessive vibration, extreme force, shock, or fluctuations in temperature or humidity.
•Do not expose this device to excessively high temperatures. Do not place it in, on, or near a heat source, such as a fireplace,
stove, radiator, etc. Do not leave it in direct sunlight.

•Use only in a well-ventilated area. Do not use in close, confined spaces.
•Prior to operation, check the unit and power cord for physical damage. Do not use if physical damage has occurred.
•Before plugging the unit into a power outlet, ensure that the outlet provides the same type and level of power required by the
device.

•This device uses a grounded power cord and requires a ground connection for safe operation. Ensure that the power source has
a proper ground connection. Do not modify the plug or use a "cheater" plug to bypass the ground connection.
•Unplug this device from the power source when not in use.
•Take care to prevent damage to the power cord. Do not allow it to become crimped, pinched, walked on, or become tangled
with other cords. Ensure that the power cord does not present a tripping hazard.
•Never unplug the unit by pulling on the power cord. Always grasp the connector head or adapter body.
•Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or detergents. For stubborn deposits, moisten the cloth
with warm water.
•This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service, or modify this device.
•Take care to avoid touching hot parts, including heat blocks, extruder nozzle, extruded filament, and the heated build plate.
•Do not wear gloves when operating or repairing to avoid entanglement.
•Keep the printer and all accessories out of reach of children.
•Do not reach inside the printer during operation.
•Always allow the printer and extruded filament to cool before reaching inside.
•Ensure that the printer is turned off and unplugged from its power source before making repairs or performing service.

ASSEMBLY
1. Installation of Z-axis Limit Switch Kit and Z-axis Profiles

Step 1: Use 4x M5x45 screws to secure
the Z-axis profiles to the printer base.

2. Install Z-axis Motor Kit and T-shaped Screw Rod
1x T-shaped Screw Rod
1x Z-axis Motor Kit
2x M4x20 Hexagon Socket Step 2: Secure the T-shaped Screw Rod to the Z-axis Motor Kit, then loosely
Countersunk Head Screw attach the Z-axis Motor Kit to the Z-axis Profile (left) using 2x M4x20 Screws.

3. Install Pneumatic Joint and XE-axis Kit
X-axis Profile

1x M6 Pneumatic Joint
Step 3: Use the Open-End Wrench to secure the M6 Pneumatic
Joint to the XE-axis Kit, then secure the XE-axis Kit to the
2x M5x14 Hexagon Socket X-axis Profile using 2x M5x14 Screws. The resulting assembly
Flat Round Head Screw is the X-axis Kit used in the next step.

4. Install Synchronous Belt, Extruder Kit, and Z-axis Passive Block
1x X-axis Kit Step 4a: Place the Synchronous Belt in
the groove and over the wheel on the
X-axis Kit. Insert the Synchronous Belt
through the Extruder Kit, under the V
wheel, then slide the Extruder Kit onto
the middle of the X-axis Kit.

Socket Flat Round Step 4b: Secure the Z-axis Passive Block
Head Screw to the X-axis Kit using 1x M5x14 Screw.

5. Install X-axis Tensioner
1x X-axis Tensioner Step 5a: Disassemble the X-axis Tensioner.
1x X-axis Limit Switch Kit
Step 5b: Insert the Synchronous Belt through the X-axis Tensioner.
2x M5x14 Hexagon Socket
Flat Round Head Screw
2x M4x8 Hexagon Socket
Head Spring Washer Step 5c: Reassemble the X-axis Tensioner, but do not tighten
Combination Screw the nut. Use 2x M5x14 Screws to secure the pully to the X-axis
Tensioner, but do not use too much force.

5. Install X-axis Tensioner (cont.)
Step 5d: Insert the ends of the Synchronous Belt through the sheet
metal slots on the rear of the Extruder Kit, then fully tighten the
X-axis Tensioner.
Step 5e: Secure the X-axis Limit Switch to the back of
the XE-axis Kit using 2x M4x8 Hexagon Socket Head
Spring Washer Combination Screws.

6. Install the Z-axis Moving Kit and Adjust the Tightness of the X-axis and Y-axis Tensioners

7. Install the Gantry Profile and Screen Kit

Step 7a: Secure the Gantry Step 7b: Insert 4x M4x12 Screws into the
4x M5x25 Hexagon Profile to the tops of the right sides of the holes in the screen

Step 7c: Insert the M4 T-nuts on the

then tight the Screws. the Screen Kit onto the Screen Bracket.

8. Install Spool Holder and Gantry Covers
1x Filament Rack
1x Spool Holder and Nut
2x Gantry Cover
2x M4x6 Hexagon Socket
Flat Round Head Screw
Step 8: Unscrew the Nut from the Spool Holder, then insert it through
the hole in the Filament Rack. Tighten the Nut on the Spool Holder to
secure it to the Filament Rack. Insert 2x M4x6 Screws through the two
2x M4 T-Nuts holes on the Filament Rack, then thread 2x M4 T-nuts onto the Screws.
Slide the T-nuts into the groove on the Gantry, then tighten the screws.
Attach 2x Gantry Covers over the ends of the Gantry.
