INTRODUCTION
The DF100 mobile autopsy cart is used in conjunction with Mopec’s wall
mounted autopsy sinks and is designed with a built in sloping top. The cart tops
are removable and easily transported with either a motorized or manual fork type
lift. The cart utilizes the Total Lock caster system.
Specially designed grid plates, designed for flush fit with cart edge, lock into
place allowing the body to be level with the leading edge of the top. This style
grid plate eliminates the strenuous task of lifting a body over an edge of the tray.
Four independent grid plates are perforated and removable.
All Mopec carts feature Total Lock caster system with non corrosive, 8" heavy-
duty wheels. Caster wheel center is fabricated using state-of-the-art polyimide
plastic with polyurethane treads for years of lasting service. Locking and braking
are accomplished through effortless pedal motion.

UNPACKING
1.) Carefully inspect the exterior of the shipping container before
opening. If the crate is damaged and the product has sustained
damage then immediately contact Mopec and the freight carrier.
Never discard the shipping container even if it is damaged
beyond recognition.
2.) The Shipping and Receiving clerk should note any suspected
damage on the bill of lading and sign it. Mopec will help assist in
filing a claim for product repair and/or replacement.
3.) Carefully open the containers and inspect the goods for concealed
damage. If concealed damage is noticed (i.e. Broken welds,
dented stainless, scratches, etc.) Follow through as noted above,
and again do not discard the shipping material, they are important
in settling claims.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DISINFECTING AND MAINTAINING STAINLESS STEEL SURFACES
All stainless steel surfaces can be cleaned with soap and water, which will
remove debris.
The stainless steel surfaces can be disinfected with a non caustic disinfectant.
We suggest using BE045 Path Cloud or BE047 Bench Wipe for cleaning
purposes.
We recommend you DO NOT USE a bleach solution to clean your unit, bleach
will eventually erode stainless steel if not thoroughly rinsed. The use of chlorine
bleach will VOID THE STAINLESS STEEL WARRANTY
During the cleaning we suggest wiping the surface in the same direction as the
satin finish which will help elevate dirt from the grain finish.
Scratches can be removed simply by utilizing a "non-metallic" abrasive pad and
rubbing in the same direction as the satin finish.
Since most abrasive pads vary from one supply to another, we suggest rubbing
the entire surface to blend the scratch and blend the balance of the surface.

STANDARD FEATURES
Cart Top: Fabricated of 14 gauge stainless steel with #4 satin finish. The top is
32" W x 80-1/2" L with a 2" depth profile, and a 2" ledge around the full perimeter.
The top is recessed the full 2" with heavy creases toward the drain hole for
complete sanitary drainage. A drain plug is provided with chain to prevent loss.
All exposed welds are ground smooth and grained to match a #4 satin finish.
Frame: Material on the cart frame is 1-1/2" heavy gauge wall stainless steel
tubing. All welding is continuous with an approximate 1/8" radius bead. All
welds are clean and free of burrs and discoloration.
Wheels/Casters: Heavy-duty 8" diameter non corrosive polyimide wheels
feature the Lock caster and a steer caster for better control while pushing the
cart.
Welding: All welding is TIG type welding utilizing only stainless steel as a filler
media. All weld fillets are approximately 1/4" diameter and are brushed clean
removing any weld burrs and/or burrs.
Grid Plates: Grid plates designed for flush fit with cart edge. Four independent
grid plates are perforated and removable.

THE DF100 CART AND ALL PARTS THEREOF, MANUFACTURED BY MOPEC
IS WARRANTED TO OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN
MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION WHEN SUBJECTED TO NORMAL USE
AND SERVICE. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY EQUIPMENT
OR PART THEREOF, WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ALTERATIONS,
ACCIDENT, MISUSE, OR WHICH HAS BEEN USED MORE THAN ITS
PUBLISHED CAPACITY.
MOPEC’S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO
REPAIRING OR REPLACING, WITHOUT CHARGE ANY PART OR PARTS OF
SAID EQUIPMENT WHICH PROVE DEFECTIVE AND WHICH OUR
EXAMINATION SHALL DISCLOSE TO OUR SATISFACTION TO BE THUS
DEFECTIVE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE RESULTING FROM SUCH DEFECTIVE PARTS.
THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY ON MOPEC EQUIPMENT IS AS FOLLOWS:
ALL EQUIPMENT: EQUIPMENT IS WARRANTED IN ITS ENTIRETY
FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SALE. THIS
WARRANTY INCLUDES PARTS AND LABOR FOR COVERED
REPAIRS.
MOPEC WILL ACCEPT INCOMING DEFECTIVE PARTS, ONLY WHEN
SHIPMENT IS PREPAID. THIS WARRANTY CONTRACT IS IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, AND RELEASES MOPEC OF ALL OTHER
OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES. IT NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES
ANY PERSON OR PERSONS TO ASSUME ANY OBLIGATION OTHER THAN
THAT COVERED IN THIS WARRANTY.
