ITI Concord - Quick Guide
The ITI Concord may have either a LED or LCD keypad. When user instructions differ between the keypads,
the relevant procedure is noted. Please note that the ITI Concord may also use a Touchscreen keypad.

Arm:
To arm all sensors in AWAY mode when you are leaving the premises, press [3] + [security code].
To arm in STAY mode when you are not leaving the premises, press [2] + [security code].

To disarm, enter your press [1] + [security code].

Battery
The ITI Concord operates on a UB 1270 battery.
Loss of AC power and use of backup battery power is indicated by NO AC.
A low battery condition is indicated by BAT.

Bypass Protected Areas
Bypassing a zone allows you to arm your system with certain protected areas intentionally unarmed or to
access a protected area when the system is armed.
To bypass a zone, press [BYPASS] + enter your [security code] + [sensor number to be bypassed].
On the touchpad, “BYPASSED ZONES” or “SENSOR BYPASSED” will display.
On the LED keypad, the BYPASS LED light will light up.
To unbypass a zone, arm and disarm your system.

Change Date and Time
To change the time and date setting on a LCD keypad: press [9] + enter your [Master security
code] + [B] until the keypad displays “TIME AND DATE”.
Press [#] and enter the time in 24 hour format, i..e, 1645 for 4:45pm.
Press [#] and enter the date in mm/dd/yy format.
Press [#] + [*] + [7]
Press [#] to exit.
To change the time and date settings on a LED keypad: press [9] + enter your Master security
code].
Press [*] + [1] + [0] and enter the time in 24 hour format, i.e., 1645 + [#].
Press [*] + [1] + [1] and enter the date in the mm/dd/yy format + [#].
Press [*] + [7].
Press [#] to exit.

Chimes and Beeps

When your system is in chime mode, a chime alert will sound three tones whenever a protected
door/window is opened.
To turn chime mode on and off, press [7] + [1].
Toggle between On, to turn on the chime feature and Off, to turn off the chime feature.
Reset
To clear the display after an alarm event, disarm your system by pressing [1] + [security code] + [*] + [*].
Security Codes
Your system allows up to 60 different security codes for use by other users, however user codes and
attributes can only be programmed by the Master user or Partition programmer.
To add a user code using a LCD keypad, press [9] + [Master code].
Press [B] and hold until they keypad displays “USER CODES” + [#].
Press [B] and hold until the keypad displays “REGULAR USER CODES” + [#].
Press [B] until the desired user number displays + [#].
Enter the [new user code] + [#].
Press [B] to enter another new user code, otherwise press [*] + [4] + [#] to exit.
To add a user code using a LED keypad, press [9] + [Master code] + [*].
Enter the [user number] + [new user code] + [#] + [*] + [7] + [#] to exit.
To delete a user code using a LCD keypad, press [9] + [Master code].
Press [B] and hold until they keypad displays “USER CODES” + [#].
Press [B] and hold until the keypad displays “REGULAR USER CODES” + [#].
Press [B] until the desired user number displays + [Master security code].
Press [#] + [*] + [4] + [#] to exit
To delete a user code using a LED keypad, press [9] + [Master code] + [*].
Enter the [user number] + [Master security code + [#] + [*] + [7] + [#] to exit.

Trouble Conditions
Trouble conditions are issues that require your attention and are indicated on your panel’s display by and
beeping from the touchpad.
To silence Trouble Conditions beeping, check that the zone’s protected areas are closed and
secure. For wireless sensors, check that no environmental changes have blocked the wireless

Volume
To adjust the volume of the status beeps, press [*] + [4] + [3].
Enter a number between [0] and [7], [0] being the lowest level and [7] the highest.
Press [#] to exit.
