SAFETY
Read these simple guidelines. Not following them may be dangerous or illegal.
DO NOT RISK
Do not switch the telephone on when mobile phone use is prohibited or if it may cause
interference or danger.
SAFETY WHILE DRIVING
Do not use the device while driving.
RESTRICTED AREAS
Turn off your phone in aircraft as it can interfere with other devices onboard. It may also
interfere with medical equipment in hospitals or health care facilities. Obey all kinds of
prohibitions, regulations and warnings from medical personnel.
SAFETY ON SERVICE STATIONS
Switch off your mobile phone while refueling at a service station. Do not use it in the vicinity
QUALIFIED SERVICE
Only myPhone qualified servicer or authorized service center can repair this product.
Repairing the device by unqualified service or by unauthorized customer service center may
damage the device and void the warranty.
BATTERY AND ACESSORIES
Avoid exposing the battery to very low or very high temperatures (below 0°C / 32°F or above
40°C / 100°F). Extreme temperatures can affect the capacity and lifetime of the battery. Avoid
contact with liquids and metal objects as it may result in total or partial damage to the battery.
Battery should only be used for its intended purpose. Please do not destroy, damage or
dispose of the batteries in a fire - it can be dangerous and cause a fire. Worn or damaged
battery should be placed in a special container. Please do not open the battery. Overcharging
can cause damage. Therefore a single battery charge should not last longer than three days.
Fitting the battery of the wrong type may cause the explosion. Dispose of the battery as
instructed. Disconnect unused charger from the mains. If the charger cable is damaged it
should not be repaired but replaced with a new charger. Use only original myPhone
accessories which are included with the device.
WI-FI (WLAN)
The device is using non-harmonized frequency of wireless communication and is intended for
use in all European countries. In the European Union WLAN can be used without restriction
indoors. In France, the WLAN must not be used outdoors.

CHILDREN
The device is not a toy. The memory card and SIM card are so small that they could be
swallowed by a child. Keep the device and its accessories away from children.
INTERFERENCE
All wireless devices may cause interference that may affect the quality of work of other
equipment.
ATTENTION
To avoid damage to your hearing, do not use the device at high volume over an
extended period of time. Do not put enabled device directly to the ear.
Using the Manual
The device itself and screenshots included in this manual may differ from the actual
product. Accessories supplied myPhone FUN 4 may look different than the illustrations
in this guide.
The manual describes options in Android operating system. These descriptions may vary,
depending on the version of the operating system, hich ill be held by the user.

Most of the applications that can be installed on the device are mobile applications. The
operation of these applications may be different from their counterparts designed for
personal computers.
Applications installed on your device may vary depending on country, region and

Before you start using your phone, make sure all of the follo ing items are included in

Contact your dealer if any of the above items is missing or damaged.
myPhone FUN 4 set has a sticker ith the IMEI number on the package. Therefore it is
recommended to keep the packaging in case of any complaint. Keep the container out of
reach of children. When it is no longer needed dispose of container in accordance ith
local regulations.

1. Before the first start
SIM car installation
myPhone VENUM is a mobile phone ith Dual SIM technology, hich allo s you to use
t o mobile net orks simultaneously. First slot supports SIM or microSIM adapter, hile
the second slot microSIM cards only. To insert the SIM card properly proceed as follo s:
•Turn off the phone, remove the back cover (undermine it ith fingernail using a
slot designed for this purpose. It is located in the lo er right corner of the phone)
and remove the battery.
•Insert the SIM card into the slot according to the dra ings underneath the seat.
Memory car installation
Use only memory cards compatible and approved by myPhone. Incompatible memory
cards may damage the device, the card itself and lead all data loss. Incompatibility of
memory card can be caused by incorrect card format (requires microSD format) or
unsupported card size (over 32GB). To properly insert a memory card proceed:
•Turn off the phone, remove the back cover (undermine it ith fingernail using a slot
designed for this purpose. It is located in the lo er right corner of the phone) and remove
the battery.
• Insert the memory card into the slot according to the dra ings underneath the seat.
Charging the battery
Before you turn on the phone for the first time the battery needs to be charged. Charge
the battery ith charger included in the set. The capacity of battery is 1800 mAh. In case
of problems ith battery - the device should be delivered to myPhone service center.
You should only use chargers and cables approved by myPhone. Unauthorized chargers
or cables can cause the battery explosion and damage your device. When the battery
becomes lo , lo battery indicator appears on display. To continue using the device,
recharge the battery. When the battery is completely discharged the phone can`t be
turned on even hen loading is in progress. To turn it on again the battery needs to be
loaded for fe minutes.
To charge the battery:
1. Connect micro-B USB (trapeze) into the appropriate slot in myPhone VENUM.
Improper connection of charger (USB cable) can damage your phone or AC
adapter. Any damages caused by misuse are not covered by the arranty.
2. Connect the charger to an AC outlet. Once you start charging an animated charging
icon should appear on the phone screen.
The device may heat up hile charging. This is normal and should not affect the
stability or performance.

3. When charging percentage on the display reaches 100, it ill mean that the battery is
full and you should finish loading.
4. Unplug the charger from mains and from the device.
If the device is not being charged properly, you should provide it ith the charger
to myPhone service center.

• Press and hold it for about 2 seconds to see the list of currently opened
applications

• Press the Back key to leave the application currently use / go to previous screen.
Turn on / Turn off / Lo k
• One short press locks / unlocks the touchscreen.
• Press and hold the key for about 2 seconds to:
o Turn on the phone (if it is turned off)
o If the phone is turned on – a Menu appears that enables you to shut do n
or restart your system, enable / disable Airplane Mode or proceed rapid
changes in sound profile.
Volume up/down key
• Press during a voice call to increase or decrease call volume.
• Pressing during an incoming call mutes the ringtone.
• Press on the Main Screen hile there is no active phone call to increase or
decrease the ringtone volume or change the sound profile phone to "silent" or
"only vibrations".

• Pressing the volume key in other applications controls the volume of music,
spoken directions or other sounds.
Turning the phone on/off
To turn on the phone press and hold for about 3 seconds Turn on / off key. To turn it off
press the same key for 3 seconds and select option: [Turn off].
3. Comunication
Making a phone call
To establish connection:
•Touch the „Phone” icon , located on the Main Screen or in Main Menu of
Android System.
•Enter a phone number you ant to call.
•Press the “handset” icon ith the name of SIM card on the bottom of the screen
to establish a voice call.

Text messages
The phone can be used to exchange text and multimedia messages ith other mobile
phones. It uses a "SMS / MMS" application located on the home screen or in the phone's
main menu to manage messages. Incoming and outgoing messages for the same contact
ill be recorded as a single conversation, so you can conveniently atch the entire
message history ith that contact.
4. Safety issues
Troubleshooting
If any problems ith the product occur e advise you to save your data, and then restart
the phone. If the problem persists read the follo ing tips and apply to the simple
suggestions in case of trouble ith a particular section of the unit.Karta pamięci SD -

• USB operation - check if your phone is properly connected to another device.
Check the form of a USB connection in phone settings (available in shortcut
notifications screen). If this doesn`t help, try another USB cable.
• Internet / Wi-Fi - check hether your phone is in Flight Mode (this mode prevents
you from using any ireless functionality). Check net ork coverage. Check
hether the Wi-Fi mode is enabled.
• Bluetooth - check the visibility options of Bluetooth devices you use. Make sure
that both devices are ithin range of the Bluetooth connection and that there are

no obstacles bet een them interfering ith Bluetooth (some LCDs absorb
magnetic aves). Make sure that both devices have enough memory to exchange
files. Check hether the devices are in flight mode (flight mode disables the
Bluetooth).
• Sounds - make sure that the phone is not muted and check other sound settings.
Check if the cord in 3.5mm minijack socket is connected correctly. Some
minijack`s differ from the others, it also can be the reason - try a different cable.
• Photos and screenshots - check if the camera lens is not obscured. Make sure that
the device has enough memory on the SD card. Check the installation of the SD
memory card.
• Although the battery is charging, the battery status is lo - turn off all options,
such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and then reduce the brightness of the screen (these
options consume the most of po er), then enable the Flight Mode. These simple
steps accelerate battery charging. It is recommended to charge the device ith
the charger, not via computer's USB port
If problems persists, contact your dealer.

While using your phone, it is possible to take a snapshot of your screen and save it in the
phone`s memory. To do this, simultaneously hold do n the On / Off and Volume keys.

• Do not remove the memory card, hile the information is being transferred to it
is in use. This may cause data loss or damage the card or your phone.
• Do not touch the golden contacts ith your fingers or metal objects. If the card
gets dirty, ipe it ith a soft cloth.

Comments on the proper battery use

•The battery in this device can be charged via the USB port. But it is not
recommended form of charging the device during operation due to the lo
charging po er offered via the USB port - despite supplying po er the battery
can still be discharged. If you ant to charge the battery this ay, turn off the
device. If the battery is lo , charge it to continue using the device. If you ant to
extend battery life, let it discharge less than 20% of the full battery, then fully
charge it.

•If you are not using a charger, disconnect it from the phone. Overcharging ill
shorten battery life.
•

•The battery temperature affects the quality of charging. Before you start
charging, the battery can be cooled or heated so that its temperature is similar to
the standard conditions inside the place it ill be charged. If the battery
temperature exceeds 40 degrees, it can`t be recharged!

•Don`t use damaged battery!

•The battery life may be shortened if it is exposed to very lo or very high
temperatures. This causes a disruption in operation of the device, even if the
battery is charged properly.
Maintaining your phone
To extend the life of your device:
• Keep the device and its accessories a ay from children.
• Avoid contact ith liquids as it can cause damage to electronic components of the
device.
• Avoid very high temperatures; it may shorten life of electronic components or
melt plastic parts and destroy the battery.
• Do not attempt to disassemble the device. Unprofessional interference can
seriously damage or destroy your phone.
• Clean only ith dry cloth. Do not use a high concentration of acidic or alkaline
cleaners.
• Use only original accessories; violation of this rule may void your arranty.
• Packing materials can be recycled in accordance ith local regulations.

Safety while listening to music/ making a phone calls
This phone is capable of producing loud noises that can cause hearing damage. While
using the phone or speakers it is recommended to keep the device at a safe distance
from your ear and not listen to the sounds of high voice intensity for a long time.
Environment safety
Turn off the device in areas here using it is prohibited or here it may cause
interference or danger. The use of any equipment using radio aves causes interference
ith medical devices (e.g. a stethoscope, or pacemaker), if they are not properly secured
(if in doubt, consult your doctor or medical device manufacturer).

normal household aste, but treated in accordance ith the Directive and local

Do not dispose of batteries and accumulators ith unsorted municipal aste. Users of
