Warranty
1) The warranty peri d f the main b dy f the pr duct is 3 years (basic c ntract) after the day f
purchase while designated equipment 1 year. Only if failure r damage is caused by
inadequacies f design r manufacture f the equipment supplied by us during the warranty
peri d alth ugh it is used n rmally, we will repair r replace the relevant part(s).
2) The wear parts (extensi n st pper rubber, rubber pads, etc.) supplied with ALLUX
TM
are n t
c vered by the warranty.
3) The warranty c vers nly defective items. We will n t c mpensate f r vari us expenses
caused by the pr duct failure r ther damages.
4) In the f ll wing cases, the repair will be at the cust mer’s expense even within the warranty
peri d.

Repair pr cedures
1) If the knee j int must be inspected r repaired after the warranty peri d has expired, the
warranty peri d nly f r the repaired part will be extended f r 1 year.
2) If the cause f defect is unclear, the measures will be determined thr ugh c nsultati n
between the cust mer and ur c mpany.
Peri dic inspecti n and maintenance
1) The pr duct shall underg peri dic inspecti n nce a year. The wear parts will be replaced
with new nes, and the pr duct will be maintained.
Warranty after repair
1) Repair f external painting will be perf rmed at the user’s expense. Ask us f r estimati n.

which has been used f r 8 years after purchase may be unrepairable.
