1. INTENDED USE
The SPA Grab Rail range provides a stable support
to assist users to raise and lower themselves,
and provides stability when overcoming everyday
obstacles.

2. SAFETY
Warning: Do not exceed the Safe Working
Load.
• The person that installs this product must be
suitably qualied and competent.
• Use only as a support to assist movement. Do
not apply full weight to the rail.
• Never drill through pre-stressed concrete to
install a support rail.
• Always check for concealed electrical cables
and water pipes when installing.
• Check your legal requirements relating to earth
bonding of metal parts.
• Inspect product (to ensure the rail is unbroken,
rigid, stable, and that the xings & screws are
tted into place) at regular intervals. See section
5.2.
3. UNPACKING
Remove the packaging and check all parts
carefully. Contact your supplier immediately if
parts are missing or damaged and do not try and
assemble.

4. ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION
4.1 General
• Install the rail in an area where the mounting
surface and substrate are structurally sound.
• Check the type of substrate you intend to x the
rail to. For example; brick, timber or concrete.
• Only use xings suitable for the substrate.
• Note: As we do not know the substrate, we
cannot recommend any particular xings. If in
any doubt, ask a reputable xings supplier for
advice.
4.2 Installation
1. Hold the rail against the xing surface and mark
the hole positions.
2. Drill holes suitable for the xings and screws
you are to use. See Section 4.
3. Hold the rail against the wall and secure using
your chosen xings.
Test the installation and make sure the rail is
rigid, stable and t for purpose.
4. Conceal the xings by pushing the cover plates
over the wall brackets.
5. MAINTENANCE
Regularly check the product is securely xed to the
wall and t for purpose.
Check all xings are tightened and in good
condition.
If you see damage, or suspect a fault, do not use.
Contact your supplier.
6. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Check the suitability of the cleaning products before
use.
Clean regularly. Wipe down with a soft cloth and a
mild detergent/disinfectant solution.
DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or cloths as
these could permanently damage the surface and
invalidate any warranty.
7. PRODUCT DISPOSAL
This product is manufactured from stainless
steel can be disposed of through Local Authority
Household Waste and Recycling Centres or
through Local Trade Waste Collectors.
8. PRODUCT GUARANTEE
NRS Healthcare guarantee this product for a period
of 12 months, from the date of purchase, against
faulty materials and workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover; fair wear & tear,
abuse, misuse, interference or tampering with any
part of the product.
Any guarantee issued by NRS Healthcare does not
a󰀨ect your statutory rights.
