YOUR STEPS TO CUSTOMISED SKIN CARE
Step One—Take Your First Step Toward Customisation
Congratulations on purchasing your ageLOC Me® Skin Care System and taking
your first step towards customisation. In this package, you will find your Reference
Set, your initial set of ageLOC Me® products. Use these products for two weeks
to experience how they feel and benefit your skin. Then, use them as a reference
when you take your ageLOC Me® Skin Assessment to further customise your
regimen.
Step Two—Personalise Your Skin Care Regimen
Together with your Reference Set experience, the ageLOC Me® Skin Assessment
helps you determine your skin care needs through a series of questions concerning
you (environment, region,...), your skin (individual skin attributes, personal ageing
concerns,...), and preferences. You can choose if you want fragrance in your
moisturisers or not, you can include or omit sun protection in your Day moisturiser.
And you can dial in targeted benefits with the serums to best fit your skin.
Step Three—Experience Your Customised Skin Care Regimen
Order your ageLOC Me® Custom Set with the personal skin care code, which
you will receive after taking the Skin Assessment. You told us about you, your
skin, and your preferences and, using our expertise in anti-ageing science
innovation, we put together a monthly regimen that is just for you. As soon as
your Reference Set cartridges are empty, you can start using your Custom
Set right away. Like the Reference Set, your customised set contains a
one-month supply of three serums and a Day and Night moisturisers.
Step Four—Keep It or Fine-Tune
Retake the ageLOC Me® Skin Assessment as many times as you like and adapt
your skin care regimen depending on the season, location or ageing signs concerns.
There is no limit to how many times you can take the ageLOC Me® Skin Assessment.

Need help? On the ageLOC® Me Skin Assessment web page or mobile app you
will find tutorial videos that can help you with the basic usage and set up of your
ageLOC® Me device. These videos are located under the “support” section.

NOTE: The default language is English. You may
change your language selection at any time from

NOTE: It is important that you set your current
time to enable the ageLOC Me® device to deliver
the proper day or night regimen.

ASSEMBLING YOUR CARTRIDGES
Your ageLOC Me® Reference Set includes 5 product cartridges: a Day moisturiser,
a Night moisturiser, and three serums. Make sure to remove the clear protective
covers from each product and then follow the steps below to assemble the cartridges.
Take the serum cartridge holder and hold
it with the three holes at the bottom.

1Open the device lid and insert the
light blue Day moisturiser cartridge into
the top left position. It will click in.
Do not remove the plastic cap with the rubber-like
valve from the moisturiser.
Insert the dark blue Night
moisturiser cartridge into the
top right position. It will click in.

4Attach the three serum cartridges
to the serum cartridge holder in
any order.
• Remove the clear protective cover
from each serum cartridge.
• Insert each serum cartridge into the
holder BOTTOM FIRST, then snap
the raised corner of the coloured cap
under the top ring until it clicks.
• Slight wiggling may be necessary for
correct fit.
The serum order in the holder doesn’t
matter.

Insert the top of the device
connector (white side) into the
bottom of the serum cartridge
holder until it clicks.
Make sure the device connector
is attached to the serum cartridge
holder to complete your serum
cartridge set before proceeding to
Step 6.
Insert thes serum cartridge set into
your device.
• Insert the completed set from Step into
the front centre position of the device.
• The grey bottom of the device
connector goes down into the device.
• You will hear a click when the serum
cartridge set is inserted properly.
• Close the lid.
If you already installed the batteries, the
ageLOC Me® device will ask you to confirm that the
Day, Night and serum cartridges you inserted are
new. Use the arrow buttons ()to select YES for
each product, then press in the Select button ( ).
