YOUR STEPS TO CUSTOMISED SKIN CARE
Step One—Take Your First Step Toward Customisation
Congratulations on purchasing your ageLOC Me® Skin Care System and taking
your first step towards customisation. In this package, you will find your Reference
Set, your initial set of ageLOC Me® products. Use these products for two weeks
to experience how they feel and benefit your skin. Then, use them as a reference
when you take your ageLOC Me® Skin Assessment to further customise your
regimen.
Step Two—Personalise Your Skin Care Regimen
Together with your Reference Set experience, the ageLOC Me® Skin Assessment
helps you determine your skin care needs through a series of questions concerning
you (environment, region,...), your skin (individual skin attributes, personal ageing
concerns,...), and preferences. You can choose if you want fragrance in your
moisturisers or not, you can include or omit sun protection in your Day moisturiser.
And you can dial in targeted benefits with the serums to best fit your skin.
Step Three—Experience Your Customised Skin Care Regimen
Order your ageLOC Me® Custom Set with the personal skin care code, which
you will receive after taking the Skin Assessment. You told us about you, your
skin, and your preferences and, using our expertise in anti-ageing science
innovation, we put together a monthly regimen that is just for you. As soon as
your Reference Set cartridges are empty, you can start using your Custom
Set right away. Like the Reference Set, your customised set contains a
one-month supply of three serums and a Day and Night moisturisers.
Step Four—Keep It or Fine-Tune
Retake the ageLOC Me® Skin Assessment as many times as you like and adapt
your skin care regimen depending on the season, location or ageing signs concerns.
There is no limit to how many times you can take the ageLOC Me® Skin Assessment.
Online Tutorial Videos
Need help? On the ageLOC® Me Skin Assessment web page or mobile app you
will find tutorial videos that can help you with the basic usage and set up of your
ageLOC® Me device. These videos are located under the “support” section.

ASSEMBLING YOUR CARTRIDGES
Your ageLOC Me® Reference Set includes 5 product cartridges: a Day moisturiser,
a Night moisturiser, and three serums. Make sure to remove the clear protective
covers from each product and then follow the steps below to assemble the cartridges.
Take the serum cartridge holder and hold
it with the three holes at the bottom.

1Open the device lid and insert the
light blue Day moisturiser cartridge into
the top left position. It will click in.
Do not remove the plastic cap with the rubber-like
valve from the moisturiser.
Insert the dark blue Night
moisturiser cartridge into the
top right position. It will click in.

4Attach the three serum cartridges
to the serum cartridge holder in
any order.
• Remove the clear protective cover
from each serum cartridge.
• Insert each serum cartridge into the
holder BOTTOM FIRST, then snap
the raised corner of the coloured cap
under the top ring until it clicks.
• Slight wiggling may be necessary for
correct fit.
The serum order in the holder doesn’t
matter.

Insert the top of the device
connector (white side) into the
bottom of the serum cartridge
holder until it clicks.
Make sure the device connector
is attached to the serum cartridge
holder to complete your serum
cartridge set before proceeding to
Step 6.
Insert thes serum cartridge set into
your device.
• Insert the completed set from Step into
the front centre position of the device.
• The grey bottom of the device
connector goes down into the device.
• You will hear a click when the serum
cartridge set is inserted properly.
• Close the lid.
If you already installed the batteries, the
ageLOC Me® device will ask you to confirm that the
Day, Night and serum cartridges you inserted are
new. Use the arrow buttons ()to select YES for
each product, then press in the Select button ( ).

NEW CARTRIDGE PRIMING
Any time you insert new cartridges, the device will ask you if the cartridges are
new or not. This is to enable it to properly track the doses remaining in each
cartridge. The device automatically primes new cartridges with extra pump strokes
the first time they are dispensed to get the product flowing. Therefore, it is critical
that you make the correct selection when the device asks if the cartridges are new
or not, to prevent excess product from being delivered.
After you insert new cartridges, the device will prime your products. You will
hear the device pump a few times before it dispenses each product. Make sure
to keep your fingertips in the archway during the whole priming process. The
device will deliver the product you primed onto your fingertips.
You may receive a slightly dierent dose of your product than usual during this
process, but each subsequent delivery will provide an accurate dose for your
month supply.
If the cartridges are new, YES will be the default value.
Press the Select button () to confirm.
If you insert cartridges but have not reached the end of a 30-day
cycle, NO will be the default value.
Press the Select button () to confirm.

HINTS:
• The first time you load your cartridges, the device will prime your products. You
may receive more or less of your product than usual during this process, but each
subsequent delivery will provide an accurate dose for your month supply.
(See Priming section for more information.)
• If you skip a step in your regimen (ex. you apply your serum, but walk away before
the device delivers your moisturiser), the device will remain ready to deliver your
moisturiser for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you will need to use the Single Dose
Delivery Method to obtain your moisturiser.

AUTOMATIC DELIVERY MODE
As you become more familiar with the ageLOC Me® device, you can
choose the fully Automatic Delivery Mode, which eliminates the Ready
Question screen and delivers product as soon as you place your finger-
tips in the archway, see page 24 to learn how to do so. You can turn on
Automatic Delivery Mode in the Settings Menu.

ageLOC Me® SKIN CARE SYSTEM
One of the key components of the ageLOC Me® Skin Care System is the
assessment. This online evaluation tool is your pathway towards a person-
alised skin care regimen with about 2,000 product combinations, based on
you, your skin concerns and your preferences.
DOWNLOADING THE ASSESSMENT
Access the assessment from your market’s
Nu Skin® website or through the ageLOC Me®
app. You can download the app from the App
store or the Google Play store.
ASSESSMENT REMINDERS
After you use your Reference Set products for two
weeks, your ageLOC Me® device will remind you
to take the ageLOC Me® Skin Assessment. You
will receive the reminder on days 12, 14, and 16
before your day regimen. Make sure to take your
assessment after two weeks to avoid a delay in
receiving your Custom Set cartridges.
TAKING THE ASSESSMENT
Using its sophisticated algorithm, the ageLOC Me®
assessment helps determine the best regimen for your
skin. First, it asks questions about you, such as name,
age, and your exposure to chemicals and sun.
Then it asks questions about your skin, such as your
skin’s appearance and texture, as well as any noticeable
visible sign of skin ageing.
Finally, it asks questions regarding your preferences
– whether or not you would like fragrance in your
moisturisers and if you would prefer lighter or
heavier moisturisation.
At the end of the assessment, you will receive your
unique personal skin care code. The assessment
generates this code from about 2,000 possible
combinations based on your specific answers – and
we’ll use it to put together a regimen just for you.

After you take your assessment, you can save your
assessment profile and order your Custom Set.
MANAGING MULTIPLE ASSESSMENTS
Each time you retake the assessment, you will
generate a new skin care code. You can view your
previous assessment(s) and reorder a previous
Custom Set whenever needed.
AUTOMATIC DELIVERY
Nu Skin® oers the option to have your Custom
Set automatically delivered to you each month
through the Nu Skin® Automatic Delivery Rewards
(ADR) programme. Please contact your local
Customer Service for more information.

ONDEMAND DAY AND NIGHT REGIMEN DELIVERY
Use the On-Demand Regimen Delivery function to get your entire day and/or
night regimen at any time when you need it. This feature is ideal if you would
like to reapply an entire day or night regimen within the same day (ex. if you
need to reapply your regimen after exercising).

NOTE: The device will deliver the product according to the Delivery Method you
have selected. If you are using the Semi-Automatic Delivery Method, you will need
to push the Confirm button for the device to deliver your product. If you are using
the Automatic Delivery Method, the device will automatically deliver the product
when you put your fingertips in the archway.

TR AVEL MODE
Your ageLOC Me® comes with a convenient stackable Travel Container, which
makes it easy to take your ageLOC Me® products with you when you travel.
The container has three separate containers – one for serum, one for Day
moisturiser, and one for Night moisturiser. Each Travel Container has a capacity
of up to 7 days and 7 nights of product. The serum container holds 11 ml of
product and the Day and Night moisturiser containers each hold 9 ml of
product.
If you plan to be gone for longer than one week, you can purchase additional
Travel Containers or take your ageLOC Me® with you using the locking option
(see page 25 of this manual).
• The containers snap together for simple and convenient transporting.
• Each container lid ips open. Flip the lids open before lling with product.
Select Travel mode for Travel Container
• Tap the Menu button ( ) to access
the menu.
• Select the Travel option by tapping the
arrow buttons ( ) until the airplane
icon appears.
• Tap the Select button ( ) to confirm
