Zum Anlegen der Schiene öffnen Sie alle Klettverschlüsse und klappen Sie die Manschette
komplett auf. Die Seitenteile sind individuell justierbar. Stellen Sie sie so ein, dass die Man-
schette das Bein beim Anlegen vollständig umschließt.

Bitte beachten Sie beim Anlegen, dass die Manschette nach unten hin schmaler wird. Legen
Sie die Schiene von hinten an das Bein an. Verschließen Sie zunächst den Klettverschluss
direkt unterhalb des Knies, indem Sie das Band durch die vorgesehene Öse ziehen und fest-
kletten. Danach schließen Sie den Klettverschluss oberhalb des Knies. Die Schiene ist richtig
positioniert, wenn die Kniescheibe in der dafür vorgesehenen Öffnung liegt.

Verschließen Sie nun nacheinander alle Klettbänder. Zum Schluss können Sie, wenn nötig,
die Klettverschlüsse nachjustieren, bis die Schiene optimal sitzt. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass
das Produkt fest, aber nicht zu eng anliegt, um Abschnürungen zu vermeiden.

Anlegen des Produktes muss

lassen sich kalt anformen.
– Soll das Produkt in Kombination

bitte vorher mit Ihrem Arzt.
– Sollten während des Tragens
ein unangenehmes Gefühl,
stärkere Schmerzen oder andere

Pfl egehinweise
– Das Produkt sollte vor dem ers-
ten Gebrauch gewaschen
werden.
– Waschen Sie das Produkt bei
maximal 30° C von Hand. Ver-
wenden Sie dazu Feinwaschmit-
tel ohne Weichmacher (z. B. Ofa
Clean Spezialwaschmittel) und
spülen Sie das Produkt gut aus.
Drücken Sie das Wasser vorsichtig
aus, ohne das Produkt zu wringen.
– Bringen Sie das Produkt in
Form und lassen Sie es an der
Luft trocknen. Trocknen Sie das
Produkt nicht im Trockner, auf
der Heizung oder in direktem
Sonnenlicht und bügeln Sie es
niemals.
– Um die Qualität Ihres Produktes
zu erhalten, verwenden Sie bitte
keine chemischen Reinigungs-
mittel, Bleichmittel, Benzin oder
Weichspüler. Tragen Sie im An-
wendungsbereich keine fett- oder
säurehaltigen Mittel, Salben oder
Lotionen auf die Haut auf. Diese
Substanzen können das Material
angreifen.
– Lagern Sie das Produkt trocken
und geschützt vor Sonne und
Hitze möglichst in der Original-

The Dynamics knee immobilisation
splint
provides optimum immobilisation of
the knee joint in the straight (0° version) or
bent position (20° version) The skin-friendly
terry cloth material on the inside guaran-
tees enhanced wearing comfort. The open
design facilitates putting on and taking off
the splint, thus simplifying personal hygiene
and wound treatment.

Fitting instructions
The fi tting instructions in pictures can be found on the fold-over page at the be-
ginning of the brochure.

In order to put on the splint, open all Velcro fasteners and open up the cuff completely.
The lateral parts are individually adjustable. Adjust them so that the cuff encloses the
leg completely.

When putting the cuff on, please note that it becomes narrower at the lower end. Put the
splint against the back of your leg. First close the Velcro fastener directly below the knee
by pulling the tape through the corresponding eyelet and fastening it down. Then close the
Velcro fastener above the knee. The splint is positioned correctly when the kneecap is in the
corresponding opening of the cuff.

Now close all Velcro fasteners one after the other. The Velcro fasteners can then, if necessary,
be adjusted until the splint is correctly positioned. Please ensure that the product is secure
but not too tight in order to prevent pinching.

Contraindications
In the following cases you should
consult your doctor before using
this product:
– skin conditions or injuries in the
area of application, particularly
where signs of infl ammation are
present, such as redness, tempera-
ture increase or swelling
– feeling of numbness and circulato-
ry problems in the area of applica-
tion
– problems with lymphatic drainage
as well as unexplained swelling

There are currently no known side
effects for any part of the body
if this product is used correctly.
However, if the product is too
tight, this can cause local pressure
points or constrict blood vessels
and nerves.
Please note
– The initial adjustment and strap-
ping on of the product must be
carried out by qualifi ed specialist
staff. The aluminium splint can
be moulded when cold.
– If the product has to be worn
in combination with other pro-
ducts, then please discuss this in
advance with your doctor.
– If you experience an unpleasant
sensation, intense pain or any
other problem when wearing the
product, then contact your doc-
tor or specialist supplier imme-
diately.
– We use a comprehensive qual-
ity management system to
check our products. However,
should there still be reasons for
complaint, please contact your
specialist supplier.
Care instructions
– The product should be washed
before being used for the first
time.
– Wash the product by hand at a
maximum temperature of 30° C.
Use a mild detergent without
softener (e. g. Ofa Clean special
detergent) and rinse the product
out well. Carefully squeeze the
water out without wringing out
the product.
– Mould the product into the right
shape and air-dry it. Do not dry
the product in the dryer, on a
radiator or in direct sunlight and
do not iron.
– In order to maintain the quality
of your product please do not use
any chemical cleaning products,
bleaches, petrol or fabric softener.
Do not apply any fatty or acidic
creams, ointments or lotions to
the skin in the usage area. These
substances can irritate the mater-
ial of the product.
– Store the product in a cool dry
place away from sunlight and
heat and preferably in the orig-
inal packaging.

Conseils de mise en place

Pour poser l’attelle, ouvrez toutes les fermetures velcro et le manchon. Les parties la-
térales sont réglables individuellement. Réglez-les de sorte que le manchon enveloppe
totalement la jambe lors de la mise en place.

Lors de la mise en place, notez que le manchon est de plus en plus étroit vers le bas. Placez
l’attelle sur la jambe par l’arrière. Fermer d’abord la bande velcro juste sous le genou en
la tirant à travers l’anneau prévu à cet effet et en la fixant. Puis fermez la fermeture velcro
au-dessus du genou. L’attelle est correctement positionnée si la rotule se trouve dans l’ou-
verture prévue à cet effet.

Fermez ensuite toutes les fermetures velcro les unes après les autres. Enfin vous pouvez si
nécessaire ajuster les fermetures velcro jusqu’à obtenir une position optimale de l’attelle.
Veillez à ce que le produit soit bien fixé, mais pas trop serré, afin d’éviter de couper la cir-
culation sanguine.

vous portez le produit, contactez
immédiatement votre médecin

malgré cela, vous avez des récla-
mations, veuillez vous adresser à
votre vendeur spécialisé.
Conseils d’entretien
– Il faut laver le produit avant de
l’utiliser pour la première fois.
– Lavez le produit à la main à
30° C au maximum. Utilisez,
pour cela, une lessive pour linge
délicat sans adoucissant (p. ex.
Lessive spéciale Ofa Clean) et
rincez bien le produit. Exprimez

pas sécher le produit dans un

– Pour conserver la qualité de
votre produit, n’employez jamais
de détersifs chimiques, d’agents
blanchissants, de white spirit ou
d’adoucissants. N’enduisez pas
la peau de produits gras ou aci-
des, de pommades ou de lotions
dans la zone d’application du
produit. Ces substances pour-
raient attaquer le matériau.
– Conservez le produit à l’abri
de l’humidité, du soleil et de la
chaleur, si possible dans son em-
ballage d’origine.

Om de kniespalk aan te leggen, opent u alle klittenbanden en klapt u de manchette vol-
ledig open. De zijdelen zijn individueel aanpasbaar. Stel deze zo in, dat de manchette het
been bij het aanleggen volledig omsluit.

Denk er bij het aantrekken aan dat de manchette naar onderen toe smaller wordt. Leg de
spalk aan de achterkant van het been aan. Sluit eerst het klittenband direct onder de knie
door de band door de daarvoor bedoelde lus te trekken en vast te zetten. Sluit dan de klit-
tenband boven de knie. De spalk zit op de goede plaats als de knieschijf in de uitsparing
ligt.

Sluit nu alle klittenbanden. Tenslotte kunt u, indien nodig, de klittenbanden aanpassen tot-
dat de spalk optimaal past. Let erop dat het product stevig, maar niet te strak moet zitten
om afknelling te voorkomen.

Contra-indicaties
In volgende gevallen dient u vóór
toepassing van het product uw arts
te raadplegen:
– huidaandoeningen of -verwon-
dingen in het toepassingsgebied,
in het bijzonder bij ontstekings-
verschijnselen zoals roodkleuring,
verwarming of zwelling
– gevoels- en doorbloedingsstoor-
nissen in het toepassingsgebied
– lymfeafvoerstoornissen evenals
niet volkomen duidelijke
zwellingen

– knie in rustpositie houden na
verwondingen en operaties
Bijwerkingen
Bij een oordeelkundige toepassing
zijn tot nu toe geen bijwerkin-
gen op het hele lichaam bekend.
Indien het product echter te nauw
aansluit, kan het plaatselijke druk-
verschijnselen veroorzaken of blo-
edvaten en zenuwen beknellen.
Gelieve in acht te nemen
– Het product moet de eerste keer
door geschoold vakpersoneel
aangepast en aangedaan wor-
den. De aluminiumspalk kan
koud in vorm gebracht worden.
– Indien het product in combinatie
met andere producten gedragen
dient te worden, verzoeken wij
u, dit vooraf met uw arts te be-
spreken.
– Indien er zich tijdens het dragen
een onaangenaam gevoel, fellere
pijnen of andere klachten voor-
doen verzoeken wij u, onmiddel-
lijk contact op te nemen met uw
arts of dealer.
– Wij controleren onze producten
in het kader van een algeheel
kwaliteitsmanagement. Gelieve
u tot uw dealer te richten indien
u desondanks klachten hebt.
Onderhoudsinstructies
– Het product dient voor gebruik
gewassen te worden.
– Was het product bij maximaal
30° C handwas. Gebruik daar-
voor fijnwasmiddel zonder
wasverzachter (bijvoorbeeld Ofa
Clean speciaal wasmiddel) en
spoel het product goed uit. Druk
het water voorzichtig uit, zonder
het product te wringen.
– Breng het product in de juiste
vorm en laat het aan de lucht
drogen. Droog het product niet
in de droogautomaat, op de ver-
warming of in direct zonlicht en
strijk het nooit.
– Gelieve geen chemische reini-
gingsmiddelen, bleekmiddelen,
benzine of wasverzachter te
gebruiken om de kwaliteit van
uw product te handhaven. Breng
in het toepassingsgebied geen
vet- of zuurhoudende middelen,
zalven of lotions op de huid aan.
Deze substanties kunnen het
materiaal aantasten.
– Bewaar het product droog en
beschermd tegen zon en hitte
zoveel mogelijk in de originele
verpakking.

Istruzioni per l’applicazione

Per applicare lo stabilizzatore aprire tutte le chiusure in velcro e aprire completamente
la fascetta. La regolazione degli elementi laterali può essere personalizzata. Regolarli in
modo tale che la fascetta, in fase di applicazione, avvolga completamente la gamba.

In fase di applicazione tenere presente che, verso il basso, la fascetta diventa più stretta. Ap-
plicare lo stabilizzatore da dietro sulla gamba. Chiudere prima di tutto il velcro direttamene
sotto il ginocchio tirando e fissando la fascia attraverso l’apposito occhiello. Poi chiudere il
velcro al di sopra del ginocchio. Lo stabilizzatore è posizionato correttamente se la rotula
poggia sull’apposita apertura.

Chiudere ora una dopo l’altra tutte le fasce in velcro. Infine, se necessario, è possibile re-
golare le chiusure in velcro fino a quando lo stabilizzatore raggiunge la posizione ottimale.
Assicurarsi che il prodotto aderisca bene ma non troppo stretto per evitare difficoltà di
circolazione.

Controindicazioni
Nei seguenti casi è consigliabile
consultare il medico prima dell‘u-
tilizzo:
– patologie o ferite cutanee nell‘area
di applicazione, soprattutto in
presenza di segni d‘infi ammazione
quali arrossamenti, aumento della
temperatura o gonfi ore
– disturbi della sensibilità o della
circolazione nell‘area di applicazione
– disfunzioni del drenaggio linfatico
così come gonfi ori dalle cause non
accertate

Indicazioni

Effetti collaterali
Se l‘utilizzo del prodotto è corretto
finora non sono stati riscontrati ef-
fetti collaterali sull‘intero corpo. Se
il prodotto dovesse tuttavia aderire
troppo fermamente, potrebbe pro-
vocare pressioni locali o restringere
i vasi sanguigni e i nervi.

– Il primo inserimento e adatta-
mento del prodotto deve essere
eseguito da personale specializ-
zato. Il binario in alluminio può
essere modellato a freddo.
– In caso che il prodotto venga uti-
lizzato in concomitanza con altri
prodotti, consultare preceden-
temente un medico.
– Se il prodotto dovesse risultare
scomodo, provocare dolori in-
tensi o altri disturbi, toglierlo e
consultare immediatamente il
medico o il rivenditore specializ-
zato.
– I nostri prodotti vengono testati
nell‘ambito di controlli di qualità
completi. Se dovessero tuttavia
presentarsi motivi di reclamo, La

Istruzioni per la cura
– Lavare il prodotto prima del pri-
mo utilizzo.
– Lavare il prodotto a mano ad
una temperatura non superiore
a 30° C. Per il lavaggio utilizza-
re un detersivo delicato senza
ammorbidenti (es.: Detergente
speciale Ofa Clean) e sciacqua-
re il prodotto accuratamente.
Eliminare l’acqua in eccesso
delicatamente, senza strizzare il
prodotto.
– Dare forma al prodotto e farlo
asciugare all’aria. Non asciugare
il prodotto in asciugatrice, sul
termosifone o alla luce diretta del
sole. Non stirare mai il prodotto.
– Al fine di mantenere intatta la
qualità del prodotto, non utiliz-
zare detergenti chimici, candeg-
gina, benzina o ammorbidente.
Non usare lozioni, unguenti o
prodotti grassi o acidi nell’area
di applicazione del prodotto.Tali
sostanze possono danneggiare il
materiale.
– Riporre il prodotto, possibilmente
nella confezione originale, in un
luogo asciutto e al riparo dalla
luce del sole e dal calore.

proporciona una óptima inmovilización

Instrucciones de aplicación

Para colocar la rodillera, abra completamente todos los cierres de velcro, así como el
manguito. Las piezas laterales son individualmente ajustables. Ajústelas de manera que
el manguito envuelva la pierna en todo su perímetro.

Observe que el manguito se va estrechando hacia abajo. Coloque la rodillera por la parte
trasera de la pierna. Cierre primero el velcro situado directamente debajo de la rodilla, intro-
duciendo la cinta a través de la hebilla prevista y sujetándola con el velcro. Después, cierre
el velcro situado encima de la rodilla. La rodillera se encuentra correctamente posicionada,
cuando la rótula está colocada en la abertura prevista a este fin.

Vaya cerrando ahora todas las cintas de velcro. Para terminar, y si fuera necesario, podrá
reajustar los cierres de velcro hasta que la rodillera adopte su posición óptima. Procure
que el producto quede bien ajustado, pero sin apretar en exceso, para evitar el efecto de
torniquete.

Instrucciones de cuidado

déjelo secar al aire. No seque

directo, y no lo planche nunca.
– Para conservar la calidad de su
producto, no utilice detergentes
químicos, blanqueantes, bencina
de uso doméstico ni suavizantes.

sustancias, pomadas o lociones
grasas o ácidas, ya que podrían
