Die Dynamics Claviculabandage ist zur Sta-
bilisierung und teilweisen Immobilisierung Ihres
Schlüsselbeins vorgesehen. Die Gurte und das auf
dem Rücken anliegende Polster ergeben einen
Rucksackverband, wodurch die Bewegungsfreiheit
Ihrer Schulter eingeschränkt und der Heilungspro-
zess unterstützt wird.

Anziehanleitung
Bilder zur Anziehanleitung nden Sie in der
Innenseite (2) am Anfang der Broschüre.
Die Claviculabandage soll Tag und Nacht getra-
gen werden. Das Ab- und Wiederanlegen muss
durch einen Arzt erfolgen bzw. kann nach vorhe-
riger Absprache mit dem behandelnden Arzt auch
selbst vorgenommen werden. Die Abnahme der
Bandage kann sonst zu Bruchfehlstellungen und
Heilungsstörungen führen.

Z um Anlegen der Bandage sind beide Clipverschlüsse
aufzuklappen und die Gurte zu öffnen. Die Bandage
wird so auf die Schultern gelegt, dass das quadratische
Polster auf dem Rücken liegt und die Verschlüsse nach
unten zeigen.

Die Gurtbänder werden unter den Achseln hindurch
nach hinten geführt. Zuerst ist der Gurt auf der
gesunden Schulterseite zu befestigen, indem das
Band von hinten durch den Clipverschluss gezogen
und dieser geschlossen wird. Danach wird das
Gurtband auf der verletzten Schulterseite auf dieselbe
Weise verschlossen. Um die Gurte anschließend
auf die optimale Zugwirkung einzustellen, sind
beide Clipverschlüsse zu öffnen und die Bänder
wie gewünscht zu justieren. Danach sollten die
Verschlüsse fest verschlossen werden.
ZweckbestimmungEinleitung
Wichtige Hinweise
– Das erstmalige Anpassen und Anlegen des
Produktes sowie die Einweisung in den
sachgemäßen, sicheren Gebrauch muss durch
geschultes, medizinisches/orthopädisches
Fachpersonal erfolgen.
– Das Produkt darf nur für die nebenstehenden
Indikationen eingesetzt werden.
– Achten Sie auf einen korrekten Sitz des Produkts
und überprüfen Sie es vor jedem Gebrauch auf
Funktionstüchtigkeit, Verschleiß und Beschädigungen
(z.B. Brüche, Risse oder Verformungen). Ein
beschädigtes Produkt darf nicht mehr getragen
werden.
– Tragen Sie das Produkt direkt auf der Haut. Es darf
nur auf intakter Haut getragen werden. Soll es in
Kombination mit anderen Produkten getragen
werden, besprechen Sie dies bitte vorher mit Ihrem
Arzt.
– Sollten während des Tragens ein unangenehmes
Gefühl, stärkere Schmerzen oder andere
Beschwerden auftreten, legen Sie das Produkt ab
und kontaktieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Fachhändler.
– Wir prüfen unsere Produkte im Rahmen einer
umfassenden Qualitätssicherung. Sollten Sie
dennoch Beanstandungen haben, wenden Sie sich
bitte an Ihren Fachhändler.

Kontraindikationen
Bei folgenden Fällen sollten Sie vor
Anwendung des Produktes Ihren
Arzt konsultieren:
– Hauterkrankungen oder -verlet-
zungen im Anwendungsbereich,
insbesondere bei Entzündungs-
zeichen wie Rötung, Erwärmung
oder Schwellung
– Empfindungs- und Durchblu-
tungsstörungen im Anwendungs-
bereich
– Lymphabflussstörungen sowie
nicht eindeutige Schwellungen
Meldepicht
Aufgrund gesetzlicher Vorschriften
innerhalb der EU sind Patienten
und Anwender verpichtet, jeden
schwerwiegenden Vorfall bei der
Anwendung eines Medizinprodukts
sowohl dem Hersteller als auch der
zuständigen nationalen Behörde (in
Deutschland BfArM, Bundesinstitut
für Arzneimittel und Medizinpro-
dukte) unverzüglich zu melden.
Indikationen
– posttraumatisch und postope-
rativ bei Schlüsselbeinbrüchen
Nebenwirkungen
Bei sachgemäßer Anwendung sind
bisher keine Nebenwirkungen auf
den gesamten Körper bekannt.
Liegt das Produkt jedoch zu fest
an, kann es örtliche Druckerschei-
nungen verursachen oder Blutge-
fäße und Nerven einengen.
– Das Produkt sollte vor dem ersten
Gebrauch und danach regelmäßig
gereinigt werden.
– Waschen Sie das Produkt bei
maximal 30° C von Hand. Ver-
wenden Sie dazu Feinwaschmittel
ohne Weichmacher (z. B. Ofa
Clean Spezialwaschmittel) und
spülen Sie das Produkt gut aus.
Drücken sie das Wasser vorsich-
tig aus, ohne das Produkt zu
wringen.
– Bringen Sie das Produkt in Form
und lassen Sie es an der Luft
trocknen.
– Um die Qualität Ihres Produktes
zu erhalten, verwenden Sie bitte
keine chemischen Reinigungs-
mittel, Bleichmittel, Benzin oder
Weichspüler. Tragen Sie im An-
wendungsbereich keine fett- oder
säurehaltigen Mittel, Salben oder
Lotionen auf die Haut auf. Diese
Substanzen können das Material
angreifen.
– Lagern Sie das Produkt trocken
und geschützt vor Sonne und
Hitze möglichst in der Original-
verpackung.

stabilise and partially immobilise your clavicle. The
straps and back cushion form a backpack support,
restricting the range of movement of your shoulder
and supporting the healing process.

Fitting instructions
The pictures that go with the tting instructions
can be found on the inside cover (2) at the start
of the brochure.
The clavicle support should be worn day and
night. It must be put on and taken off by a doc-
tor, or you can do it yourself after consulting
your doctor. Without this medical consultation,
removing the support may lead to incorrect
alignment of fractures and impaired healing.

To put on the support, open both clip fasteners and
undo the straps. Place the support on the shoulders
so that the square padding is on your back and the
fasteners are pointing downwards.

Pull the belt straps backwards underneath your arm-
pits. First secure the belt on the side of the non-in-
jured shoulder. Pull the strap through the clip fastener
from behind and close the fastener. Repeat the above
process to secure the strap on the injured shoulder. To
adjust the straps to achieve optimum support, open
both clip fasteners and adjust the straps as required.
Then securely fasten the closures.
Intended useIntroduction
Important Information
– The initial fitting and adjustment of the product
as well as instructions on its proper and safe use
should be provided by trained medical/orthopaedic
specialists.
– The product should only be used for the indications
in the adjacent column.
– Ensure that the product fits correctly and check it
before each use for functionality, wear and damage
(e.g. breaks, tears or deformations). A damaged
product may no longer be worn.
– Wear the product directly on the skin. It should only
be worn over intact skin. If it is to be worn in combi-
nation with other products, please discuss this with
your doctor first.
– If you experience an unpleasant sensation, severe
pain or other symptoms while wearing the product,
remove it and contact your doctor or specialist
supplier.
– We use a comprehensive quality assurance system
to check our products. If you have any complaints,
however, please contact your specialist supplier.

Contraindications
Consult your doctor before using

– Skin diseases or injuries in the
area where the product is used,
particularly if you experience
any signs of inflammation
such as redness, an increase in
temperature or swelling
– Feeling of numbness and
circulatory problems in the area
where the product is used
– Problems with lymphatic
drainage and unexplained

Reporting obligation
In accordance with legal provisions
within the EU, patients and users
are obliged to report any serious
incident that occurs when using
a medical device to both the
manufacturer and the competent
national authorities (in Germany
BfArM, Bundesinstitut für
Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte,
the Federal Institute for Drugs and
Medical Devices) immediately.
Indications
– Post-traumatic and post-
operative use in the event of a
broken collarbone
Side effects
There are currently no known side
effects for any part of the body if this
product is used correctly. However,
if the product is too tight, this
can cause local pressure points or
constrict blood vessels and nerves.
– The product should be washed
before rst use and then on
aregular basis.
– Wash the product by hand at a
maximum of 30 °C. Use a mild
detergent that does not contain
fabric softener (e.g. Ofa Clean
special detergent) and rinse
the product out well. Carefully
squeeze out the water without
twisting the product.
– Mould the product into the right
shape and let it dry in the air. Do
not dry the product in a tumble
dryer, on a radiator or in the direct
sunlight, and never iron it.
– To maintain the quality of your
product, please do not use any
chemical cleaning products,
bleaches, petrol or fabric softener
on it. Do not apply any fatty or
acidic creams, ointments or lotions
to the skin in the area where the
product is used. These substances
may damage the material.
– Store the product in a dry
place away from sun and
heat, preferably in the original
packaging.

Le bandage claviculaire Dynamics est conçu
pour stabiliser et immobiliser partiellement votre
clavicule. Les sangles et le rembourrage placé
au niveau du dos créent un bandage dorsal qui
limite la liberté de mouvement de votre épaule et
favorise le processus de guérison.

Vous trouverez les illustrations de la notice
d'enlage à l'intérieur de la couverture (2) de
la brochure.
Le bandage claviculaire doit être porté jour et
nuit. La pose et le retrait doivent être effectués
par un médecin ou par vous-même avec l'accord
préalable du médecin traitant. Sinon, le retrait
du bandage peut provoquer des désalignements
et des troubles de la guérison.

Pour poser le bandage, les deux fermetures à clip
doivent être repliées et les sangles doivent être
ouvertes. Le bandage est porté sur les épaules de
sorte que le rembourrage carré repose sur le dos et
que les fermetures soient orientées vers le bas.

Les sangles passent sous les aisselles vers l'arrière.
La sangle doit d'abord être fixée sur le côté de
l'épaule valide en tirant la bande de l'arrière à
travers la fermeture à clip et en fermant celle-ci.
La sangle est ensuite bouclée de la même manière
du côté de l'épaule blessée. Pour régler ensuite
l'effort de traction des sangles de façon optimale, il
faut ouvrir les deux fermetures à clip et ajuster les
sangles à volonté. Les fermetures doivent ensuite être
solidement refermées.

Remarques importantes
– La mise en place et l’application initiales du produit
ainsi que les instructions relatives à son utilisation
correcte et sûre doivent être effectuées par un
personnel médical/orthopédique qualifié.
– Le produit ne peut être utilisé que pour les
indications énumérées ci-contre.
– Veillez à la bonne mise en place du produit et
contrôlez le bon fonctionnement, l’absence d’usure
et d’endommagement du produit avant chaque
utilisation (cassures, déchirures ou déformations
par exemple). Un produit endommagé ne doit plus
être porté.
– Portez le produit directement sur la peau. Il ne doit
être porté que sur une peau intacte. Demandez
l’avis de votre médecin avant de le porter avec
d’autres dispositifs.
– Si vous éprouvez une sensation d’inconfort, de
fortes douleurs ou tout autre symptôme lorsque
vous portez le produit, retirez-le et contactez votre
médecin ou vendeur spécialisé.
– Nous contrôlons nos produits dans le cadre d’un
programme complet d’assurance qualité. Toutefois,
si vous avez des réclamations à formuler, veuillez
contacter votre revendeur.

Effets indésirables
Aucun effet indésirable sur une
quel conque partie du corps
n’est connu à ce jour avec une
utilisation correcte. Cependant,
si le produit est trop serré, il peut
provoquer des points de pression
locaux ou une constriction des
vaisseaux sanguins ou des nerfs.
Contre-indications
Dans les cas suivants, veuillez

dans la zone d’application du
produit, en particulier en cas de

Obligation de déclaration
En raison des exigences légales au
sein de l’UE, les patients et les utili-
sateurs sont tenus de signaler sans
délai au fabricant et à l’autorité na-
tionale compétente (en Allemagne
BfArM, Bundesinstitut für Arznei-
mittel und Medizinprodukte, Institut
fédéral pour les médicaments et les
dispositifs médicaux) tout incident
grave survenu lors de l’utilisation
d’un dispositif médical.
Indications
– après un traumatisme ou une
opération de la clavicule en cas
de fractures de la clavicule
– Lavez le produit avant la première
utilisation et régulièrement par la
suite.
– Lavez le produit à la main à 30 °C
maximum. Utilisez un détergent
doux sans adoucissant (par
exemple, le détergent spécial Ofa
Clean) et rincez bien le produit.
Essorez délicatement l’eau sans
tordre le produit.
– Mettez le produit en forme et lais-
sez-le sécher à l’air. Ne faites pas
sécher le produit dans un sèche-
linge, sur un radiateur ou exposé
directement au soleil et ne jamais
le repasser.
– An de préserver la qualité de votre
produit, veuillez ne pas utiliser de
nettoyants chimiques, d’eau de
Javel, d’essence ou d’adoucissants.
N’enduisez pas la peau de produits
gras ou acides, de pommades ou de
lotions dans la zone d’application
du produit. Ces substances peuvent
attaquer le matériau.
– Conservez le produit au sec et à
l’abri du soleil et de la chaleur,
si possible dans son emballage
d’origine.

Aantrekinstructies
Afbeeldingen b de aantrekinstructies vindt u
aan de binnenzde (2) aan het begin van deze
brochure.
De sleutelbeenbrace moet dag en nacht worden
gedragen. Het verwderen en opnieuw aanbren-
gen van de brace moet worden uitgevoerd door
een arts en mag alleen zelf worden gedaan na
voorafgaand overleg met de behandelend arts.
Het verwderen van de brace kan anders ver-
keerd aangroeien van het bot tot gevolg heb-
ben en de genezing van de breuk belemmeren.

Voor het aanbrengen van de brace moeten beide
klemsluitingen worden opengeklapt en de banden
worden losgemaakt. De brace wordt zodanig op de
schouders geplaatst dat het vierkante kussen op de
rug ligt en de sluitingen naar beneden wijzen.

De banden worden onder de oksels door naar achteren
geleid. Maak de band aan de kant van de gezonde
schouder vast door de band van achteren door de
klemsluiting te trekken en de klem te sluiten. De band
aan de kant van de gewonde schouder wordt daarna op
dezelfde manier vastgezet. Stel de banden vervolgens in
op de optimale trekkracht door beide klemsluitingen te
openen en de banden naar wens af te stellen. Daarna
moeten de sluitingen goed worden gesloten.
Beoogd gebruikInleiding
Belangrke Informatie
– Het product moet de eerste keer worden aangepast
en aangetrokken door geschoold, medisch/
orthopedisch vakpersoneel, dat ook uitleg over het
correcte en veili ge gebruik dient te geven.
– Het product mag alleen worden gebruikt voor de
indicaties die hiernaast worden beschreven.
– Zorg ervoor dat het product correct zit en controleer
voor elk gebruik of het goed functioneert en geen
slijtage of beschadigingen vertoont (bijv. breuken,
scheuren of vervormingen). Een beschadigd product
mag niet meer worden gedragen.
– Draag het product direct op uw huid. Het mag
alleen op een onbeschadigde huid worden
gedragen. Indien het in combinatie met andere
producten wordt gedra gen, dient u dit vooraf met
uw arts te bespreken.
– Indien er tijdens het dragen van het product
een onaangenaam gevoel, hevige pijn of andere
klachten optreden, trekt u het product uit en neemt
u contact op met uw arts of verkoper.
– We testen onze producten als onderdeel van
een uitgebreide kwaliteitsborging. Mocht u toch
klachten hebben, neem dan contact op met uw
verkoper.

Bwerkingen
Bij een correcte toepassing zijn
tot nu toe geen bijwerkingen
op het gehele lichaam bekend.
Indien het product echter te nauw
aansluit, kan het plaatselijke
drukverschijnselen veroorzaken of
bloedvaten en zenuwen afknellen.
Contra-indicaties
In de volgende gevallen moet u
een arts raadplegen voordat u het
product gebruikt:
– Huidaandoeningen of
-verwondingen in het
toepassingsgebied,
in het bijzonder bij
ontstekingsverschijnselen
zoals een rode, verwarmde of
opgezwollen huid;
– Gevoels- en
doorbloedingsstoornissen in het
toepassingsgebied;
– Lymfeafvoerstoornissen en niet
geheel duidelijke zwellingen.
Meldplicht
Volgens de wettelke bepalingen in
de EU zn patiënten en gebruikers
verplicht ernstige incidenten die
plaatsvinden tdens het gebruik
van een medisch hulpmiddel
onmiddellk te melden b zowel de
fabrikant als de nationale be voegde
autoriteit (in Duitsland BfArM,
Bundesinstitut für Arznei mittel und
Medizinprodukte, Fede raal Instituut
voor geneesmiddelen en medische
hulpmiddelen).
Indicaties
– Posttraumatisch en postoperatief
bij sleutelbeenbreuken.
– H et product dient vóór het eerste
gebruik en daarna regelmatig te

kwaliteit van uw product te behou-
den. Breng in het toepassingsge-
bied geen vet- of zuurhoudende
middelen, zalven of lotions op de
huid aan. Deze substanties kunnen
het materiaal aantasten.
– Bewaar het product op een droge
plaats en beschermd tegen zon en
hitte, b voorkeur in de originele

Istruzioni per l’applicazione
Le istruzioni per l’applicazione in immagini si
trovano all’interno della copertina anteriore (2)
della brochure.
Il bendaggio clavicolare deve essere applicato
giorno e notte. Deve essere rimosso e
riapplicato da un medico, ma queste operazioni
possono essere eseguite anche dal paziente
opportunamente istruito dal medico curante.
In caso contrario, la rimozione del bendaggio
può indurre disallineamento e ritardo di
consolidamento della frattura.

Per applicare il bendaggio sganciare le due fibbie a
clip e aprire le cinghie. Applicare il bendaggio sulle
spalle in modo tale che l'imbottitura quadrata poggi
sulla schiena e le fibbie siano rivolte verso il basso.

Far passare le fasce sotto le ascelle verso la schiena.
Fissare la cinghia prima di tutto sul lato della spalla
sana tirando la fascia da dietro attraverso la fibbia a
clip. Quindi, procedendo allo stesso modo, chiudere la
cinghia sul lato della spalla infortunata. Per regolare
in maniera ottimale la trazione della cinghia aprire le
due fibbie a clip e regolare le fasce come desiderato.
Richiudere quindi le fibbie.

Effetti collaterali
Se l’utilizzo del prodotto è corretto
finora non sono stati riscontrati
effetti collaterali sull’intero corpo.
Se il prodotto dovesse tuttavia
aderire troppo fermamente,
potrebbe provocare pressioni locali
o restringere i vasi sanguigni e
i nervi.
Controindicazioni
Nei seguenti casi è consiglia-
bile consultare il medico prima

– Patologie o ferite cutanee
nell’area di applicazione,
soprattutto in presenza di
segni d’infiammazione quali
arrossamenti, aumento della
temperatura o gonfiore
– Disturbi della sensibilità o
della circolazione nell’area di
applicazione
– Disfunzioni del drenaggio
linfatico così come gonfiori dalle
cause non accertate

In conformità alle disposizioni
di legge dell’UE, i pazienti e gli
utenti sono tenuti a segnalare
immediatamente qualsiasi
incidente grave durante l’utilizzo
di un dispositivo medico sia al
produttore che all’autorità nazionale
competente (in Germania il BfArM,
Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und
Medizinprodukte, l’Istituto federale
per i farmaci e i dispositivi medici).
Indicazioni
– Trattamento post-traumatico e
post-operatorio in presenza di
frattura della clavicola
– Il prodotto deve essere lavato
prima del primo utilizzo e regolar-
mente in seguito.
– Lavare il prodotto a mano ad
una temperatura non superiore
a 30 °C. Per il lavaggio utilizzare
un detersivo delicato senza
ammorbidenti (es.: Detergente
speciale Ofa Clean) e sciacquare il
prodotto accuratamente. Eliminare
delicatamente l’acqua senza
strizzare il prodotto.
– Dare forma al prodotto e farlo
asciugare all’aria. Non asciugare il
prodotto in asciugatrice, sul termo-
sifone o alla luce diretta del sole.
– Al fine di mantenere intatta la
qualità del prodotto, non utiliz-
zare detergenti chimici, candeg-
gina, benzina o ammorbidente.
Non usare lozioni, unguenti o
prodotti grassi o acidi nell’area
di applicazione del prodotto. Tali
sostanze possono danneggiare il
materiale.
– Conservare il prodotto in luogo
asciutto e al riparo dai raggi so-
lari e dal calore, preferibilmente
nella confezione originale.

diseñado para estabilizar e inmovilizar la clavícula

Instrucciones de colocación
Las imágenes de las instrucciones de colocación
se encuentran en la cara interna (2), al comienzo
del folleto.
El inmovilizador clavicular se debe llevar de
día y de noche. Para colocarlo o retirarlo, se
debe acudir a un médico, aunque también
puede hacerlo el propio usuario consultando
previamente al médico responsable. Si no se
retira adecuadamente, es posible que la fractura
se desalinee o no se curre correctamente.

Para colocar el inmovilizador, se deben abrir los dos
cierres de clip y las correas. El inmovilizador se debe
colocar sobre los hombros, de forma que el acolchado
cuadrado quede ajustado a la espalda con los cierres
de clip hacia abajo.

Las cintas de las correas se pasan hacia atrás por
debajo de las axilas. En primer lugar, se fija la correa
del lado del hombro sano, introduciendo la cinta
desde atrás a través del cierre de clip y cerrándola.
Después, se cierra la cinta de la correa del hombro
lesionado de la misma manera. Para ajustar las
correas y lograr un efecto de tracción óptimo, deben
abrirse los dos cierres de clip y ajustarse las cintas. A
continuación, se deben volver a cerrar completamente
los cierres de clip.

Si se usa adecuadamente, hasta
ahora no se han observado efectos
secundarios en ninguna parte del
cuerpo. Sin embargo, si se aprieta
demasiado, puede provocar sínto-
mas locales de presión o constreñir

Contraindicaciones
