IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Always use the scale on a hard, very flat surface. DO NOT use on carpet.
• DO NOT strike, shake or drop the scale.
• DO NOT step on the scale with wet feet, glass surface could be slippery.
• Keep the scale dry.
• Keep standing sll during the course of weighing.
• Avoid breaking the scale by striking the glass with a sharp object or by dropping.
Store your scale horizontally; do not store it on its side. The baery should only be
replaced by adults. Do not allow children to use the appliance unless the baery
cover is aached.
• Failure to properly align the baery polarity correctly can cause damage to the
product and can cause a fire hazard.
The baery type used in this product is one 3V CR2032 lithium
baery (supplied). This baery is located internally and readily accessible.
Remove the baery cover to remove the baery.
The baery must be disposed of at your local recycling point.
Replacing the baery
1. Remove the baery cover.
2. Remove the used baery.
3. Place the baery into the baery holder with the + face up.
If the baery is placed incorrectly, the product will not work.
4. Aach the baery cover.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the scale with a damp cloth.
DO NOT immerse the scale in water.
Never use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.
Keep it in a dry and clean place.
OPERATION
1. Place the scale on a hard and very flat surface. Avoid carpet or
so surface.
2. Step on the scale and stand sll.
• The scale display will flash to indicate that the reading
is accepted.
3. If there is no operaon for a while, the scale will automacally
switch off.
To convert weight unit
Warning indicators
The scale will measure your weight in kilogrammes, imperial pounds or stones.
Repeatedly press the unit buon on the boom of the scale to select your choice.
• When the display shows “Lo”, please replace the baery.
• When the scale is overloaded, the display will show “Err”. Please step off to avoid
damage.

MISES EN GARDE IMPORTANTES
• Ce pèse-personne doit toujours reposer sur une surface dure et parfaitement plane
lorsqu'il fonconne. NE PAS uliser sur une moquee.
• Ce pèse-personne ne doit pas subir de chocs ou de chutes, ni être secoué.
• Ne montez pas sur le pèse-personne avec les pieds mouillés, vous risqueriez de
glisser sur la surface en verre.
• Ce pèse-personne doit être gardé au sec.
• Restez immobile pendant la pesée.
• Évitez de heurter le pèse-personne avec un objet dur ou de tomber dessus, vous
risqueriez de briser la surface en verre. Le pèse-personne doit être rangé à
l'horizontale, jamais à la vercale. La pile doit impéravement être changée par un
adulte. Ne laissez pas un enfant uliser le pèse-personne si le couvercle du
comparment à pile n'est pas en place.
• Lorsque vous installez la pile, veillez à respecter la polarité indiquée, faute de quoi
l’appareil risque d’être endommagé et de causer un incendie.
Cet appareil fonconne avec une pile lithium CR2032 de 3 V (fournie).
Cee pile est située à l'intérieur et est facilement accessible.
Pour sorr la pile, ôtez le couvercle du comparment.
À la fin de sa durée de vie, la pile doit être apportée au centre de
recyclage le plus proche.

Changement de la pile
1. Ouvrez le couvercle du comparment de la pile.
2. Rerez la pile usagée.
3. Meez la pile neuve sur le porte-pile, le signe + vers le haut. Si la
pile n'est pas placée correctement, l'appareil ne fonconnera pas.
4. Remeez en place le couvercle du comparment de la pile.
UTILISATION
1. Placez le pèse-personne sur une surface dure et parfaitement
plane. Évitez les moquees et autres surfaces molles.
2. Montez sur le pèse-personne et tenez-vous droit.
• Les chiffres clignotent à l'écran, indiquant que la mesure
est valable.
3. Au bout d'une certaine durée d'inacvité, le pèse-personne
s'éteint automaquement.

pèse-personne afin d'éviter de l'abîmer.

Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor
huishoudelijk gebruik en mag niet worden
gebruikt voor andere doeleinden of in
andere toepassingen, zoals voor
niet-huishoudelijk gebruik of in een
commerciële omgeving.
Dit apparaat mag worden gebruikt door
kinderen vanaf 8 jaar en personen met een
beperkt lichamelijk, zintuiglijk of geestelijk
vermogen of een gebrek aan ervaring en
kennis als zij onder toezicht staan of
instruces betreffende het veilige gebruik
ervan hebben ontvangen en inzicht hebben
in de gevaren die het gebruik van zulke
apparaten kan inhouden. Kinderen mogen
niet met dit apparaat spelen. Reinigen en
gebruiksonderhoud mogen alleen worden
gedaan door kinderen als zij onder toezicht
staan. Houd het apparaat en het snoer
ervan buiten bereik van kinderen jonger
dan 8 jaar.
De baerij dient uit het apparaat te worden
verwijderd voor het wordt afgedankt.

VOORZICHTIG: gevaar van ontploffing als de
baerij wordt vervangen door een baerij
van het verkeerde type.
Verwijder oude baerijen in
overeenstemming met de
gebruiksaanwijzing.
Besteed bij het verwijderen van baerijen
aandacht aan het milieuaspect. Werp oude
baerijen niet weg bij het huisvuil. Neem
contact op met uw verkoper om het milieu
te beschermen.
Baerijen (ook de ingezee baerijen)
mogen niet worden blootgesteld aan
overmage hie zoals van zonlicht, vuur en
dergelijke.
BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORZORGEN
• Gebruik de weegschaal uitsluitend op een harde, zeer vlakke ondergrond. NIET op
een vloerkleed gebruiken.
• Ga NIET op de weegschaal slaan, schud deze niet en laat hem niet vallen.
• Ga NIET met nae voeten op de weegschaal staan, het glazen oppervlak kan glad
worden.
• Houd de weegschaal droog.
• Blijf jdens het wegen slstaan op de weegschaal.
• Voorkom dat de weegschaal breekt door tegen het glas te slaan met een scherp
voorwerp of door deze te laten vallen. Bewaar uw weegschaal horizontaal, niet op
de zijkant. De baerij mag uitsluitend door volwassenen worden vervangen. Sta
niet toe dat kinderen dit apparaat gebruiken als het baerijdeksel niet is bevesgd.
• Een verkeerd ingezee baerij kan dit apparaat beschadigen en houdt
brandgevaar in.

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORZORGEN
• Gebruik de weegschaal uitsluitend op een harde, zeer vlakke ondergrond. NIET op
een vloerkleed gebruiken.
• Ga NIET op de weegschaal slaan, schud deze niet en laat hem niet vallen.
• Ga NIET met nae voeten op de weegschaal staan, het glazen oppervlak kan glad
worden.
• Houd de weegschaal droog.
• Blijf jdens het wegen slstaan op de weegschaal.
• Voorkom dat de weegschaal breekt door tegen het glas te slaan met een scherp
voorwerp of door deze te laten vallen. Bewaar uw weegschaal horizontaal, niet op
de zijkant. De baerij mag uitsluitend door volwassenen worden vervangen. Sta

Sustución de la pila

3. Coloque la pila en el soporte de la pila con la cara + hacia arriba.
Si la pila no se coloca correctamente, el producto no funcionará.
4. Vuelva a colocar la tapa de la pila.
FUNCIONAMIENTO
1. Coloque la báscula en una superficie dura y plana. No se debe
colocar encima de una alfombra o una superficie blanca.
2. Suba a la báscula y permanezca inmóvil.
• La pantalla de la báscula parpadeará para indicar que
acepta la lectura.
3. Si la báscula no se uliza durante cierto empo,
automácamente se apagará.
