1. Intended Use: -
Oxygen inhalation in the general home and relief of respiratory disease. Oxygen in the air is concentrated to support the
respiration of patients living at home with respiratory problems, mainly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.
Your doctor may prescribe one for you if you have a health condition that causes your oxygen level to drop too low.
2. Storage and Transportation:-
While storing or transporting the product from one location to another location, please make sure of below points.
a. Always carry product in upward direction as marked on product.
b. Maximum 2 units can be piled up over product while
storage.
c. Storage temperature range: -20℃~+55℃
d. Storage Atmospheric pressure range: 700hPa~1060hPa
e. Relative humidity range: ≤93%, and no condensation.
3. General Instruction While Usage:-
a. Power requirements: AC220V ± 22V, 50Hz ± 1Hz
b. Ambient temperature: 5℃~40℃
c. Relative humidity: ≤80%
d. Atmospheric pressure: 860hPa~1060hPa
e. Warm-up time: 30min
Note:- If storage or transportation of unit is done below 5°C, It is recommended to place the unit under normal working
condition for more then 4 hours before using.
4. Safety Instruction:-
a. Open flames or smoking near product or cannula may results in fire.
b. Do not use oil, grease or petroleum-based products on or near the device
c. Do not use alcohol, solvents, polishes or any oily substances on the device. Otherwise, the output
oxygen may be contaminated, causing injury or physical discomfort.
d. Keep a unobstructed parameter around unit with minimum 16CM of distance between machine and
wall or curtains or any other object, this can limit the supply or oxygen.
e. Room must be ventilated.
f. Flow rate must be maintained below 5L/min, else, oxygen supply will be hampered.
g. Those in urgent need of oxygen and critically ill patients must be equipped with other oxygen supply
devices (such as: oxygen cylinders, oxygen bags, etc.) as backup.
5. Product Installation: -
a. Unpacking: -

I. Unbox the product by pulling from the top (by Handle),
do not bend the product sideways to pull the same.
II. Firstly, Put the device down on its one side and check
the bottom cable ties.
III. Secondly, Cut off the cable ties.
IV. Untie the cable and take it out.
V. Put the device in its right position and the four wheels
are put on the ground.
b. Plug the power cord at the back of machine and socket to
power supply.

6. Know your Product: -
Operational Panel: -
It display the cumulative of running time, total running time, adjustable running time, oxygen purify and
alarms or fault codes and adjustable running time timer.
a. Running Time:- It shows how current running time or current operational time, in case if time is activated
then available running time will be displayed. Each time you press ON/OFF button it will
be cleared.
b. Counts: - It displays the cumulative working hours till date.
c. Purity % :- shows oxygen purity in concentration.
d. Indicator Lights:- Green Light is On product is working.
Yellow Light: - Low Oxygen Purity
Red Light: - Oxygen purity is less then 50%, machine meets a fault.
White Light:- Voice function is On.
e. Buttons:- Voice:- Voice function is On, this will be indicated by white light
Timing+/Timing- :- This timer function will help to set timer for operation as per requirement.

Timer+ will increase the timer and Timer- will decrease the timer by 10 mins
machine will turn off once timer will turn to zero.
On/Off Button:- To turn the machine on and Off.
7. Product Usage: -
a. Place humidification bottle at the back of machine as shown in image (2nd Image under know your product).
b. Fill humidification bottle between min and max level as marked and place the same in holder, please make
sure to change water after usage.
c. Connect one end of humidification tube to Oxygen outlet a front of machine and other end at Oxygen inlet
in the humidification bottle.
d. Connect Cannula to Oxygen outlet of humidification bottle.
e. Turn On the power supply (From Socket, at back of machine and
f. Press the ON button from front operational panel.
g. Adjust the flow rate as directed by physician or keep
it less then 5 L/Min.
h. Set the time for therapy required.
i. Set the machine ideal for 30 mins till Oxygen level
rises above 90%.
j. After 30 mins connect it to patient.
k. When the oxygen therapy is finished, press the
“ON/OFF” button on the display, and then turn off
the power switch. If don't use the device for a long
time, please unplug the power cord.
l. Oxygen purity prompt function: The oxygen purity
will reach a steady state after 30 minutes of starting up. a) If Oxygen purity is between 50% to 82% the
yellow light is On.
b) Oxygen purity <50%, the fault red light is On, the three Voice instructions will be issued, the fault code
“E4” and running time will be displayed alternatively.
Note: - Please turn machine On/Off from back side to use or once used.
It is advised to operate machine between flow rate of 0.5 L/min to 5 L/Min.

8. Troubleshooting: -
a. No Power: -
I. Please check the power cord of is properly connected and
power button is turned ON at the back of machine.
II. Check if fuse if working properly, in case fuse wire is broken or turned white or black please
replace the fuse by below steps: -
b. Yellow Light on machine: -
Statement: - Yellow light arises if oxygen purity is between 50% to 82%. We can see in image oxygen purity is
75.4%. to resolve the error please follow the below steps: -
I. Check if air flow is less than 5 L/m. In case if air flow is high
then oxygen purity will decrease, and yellow light will appear
To decrease the flow turn the flow rate knob in anti-clock
wise direction and you can check the flow rate in flow meter.
Fuse holder is
under the
power switch
of main unit.
Use
screwdriver or
sharp object to
pull it out
Pull Out the
tray.
Check if
internal wire
of fuse is
broken, if
broken then
replace it with
spare fuses
Place the
holder back
and try to
turn on the
machine.

II. Clean/ Replace the Primary filter: - Please follow the below steps.
Note: - Please clean the primary filter in every 15 days for better performance.
III. Replace the secondary Filter: - Please check if machine complete 3000 Hours of working or filter is dark
black, please contact to customer care for spare secondary filter. To replace please follow the below steps: -
Note: - Working hours are displayed when machine
is turned On.
Do not change any filter when machine is turned
On.
Remove the primary filtration panel
from the back of machine by pull it
Remove the filter, use light detergent
firstly, rinse with clean water, and
then install it after it is completely dry
Unscrew the
secondary filter
case with help of
screwdriver and
open the case
Pull the filter in
upward direction
and remove it.
In case filter turned
black or device
completed 3000
hours of working
please replace the
same.

c. E-4 Error and Red light: -
Statement: - This error appears if product is supplying oxygen less the 50% concentration.
Solution: - If the error appears turn Off the device and clean the filter as per the above methods.
if issue persists, please contact at our customer care number.
d. E-1 and E-2 Error: -
Statement: - This error comes in case of circuit issue. Please do not try to operate the machine in this case.
