Thank you for purchasing the ORCA Mark I, the world's first true seated
electric scooter. This setup guide aims to help you through the initial process
of getting to know your ORCA Mark I.

Your Mark I battery indicators come in 4 different bubbles at the right
hand side of the screen. With each bubble showing the amount of
battery left in the scooter.

Your Mark I charging port is located on the left side and covered with
a dust cap.
Open the dust cap, you will find yourself with the charging port.

1. Charge
Connect the charger connector correctly to the charging port. A little
strength might be required, but do not force.
Locate the notch
The notch should fit
in here.

Simply pull the latch to release the lock.

4. The Anti-Theft Remote
Park your Mark I with a peace of mind, keep the thieves at bay.
Or maybe, you are just forgetful and need to hear where you park
your ORCA.

5. USB Port
If you happen to use a phone holder on your ORCA and like to
charge your phone at the same time, use the built-in USB charging
port to power up your phone. Or, power up a speaker to let the
neighbours know you have arrived.

Safety and Maintenance
1. Should you have trouble operating the device properly, unplug and/or remove
the device and contact the VORO Support; or go to www.voromotors.com for
assistance. Do not attempt to fix the device yourself.
2. Do not take apart the device (doing so will void your warranty) and do not
attempt to operate it under abnormal current loads.
3. Charge the ORCA Mark I in accordance with the recommended charging time and do
not leave the battery charging overnight. Do not use the ORCA Mark I while it is
charging.
4. Do not expose the ORCA Mark I to liquids while charging. Exposing the Mark I to
these conditions may result in an electric shock.
5. The ORCA Mark I is water resistant however; do not submerge the Mark I in liquid for
more than 30 min at a depth of more than 1 meter.
6. Do not tamper or abuse the Mark I; including but not limited to dropping,
crushing, excessive bending, puncturing, shredding, microwaving, incinerating, or
inserting foreign objects into the Mark I.
7. Do not use abrasive cleaners and/or harsh cleaning agents to clean the Mark I.
8. Do not expose the Mark I to extremely high or low temperatures such as leaving
the Mark I in direct strong sunlight or in snowy weather for extended periods of time.
9. Do not expose the Mark I to open flames such as stoves, candles, or fireplaces.
10. Dispose the product in accordance with your local environmental laws and
guidelines.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
In order to achieve maximum safety while using your ORCA Mark I, we suggest that you
adopt the following guidelines:

Safety and Maintenance
1. Clean and dry your Mark I regularly, particularly in areas in contact with mud or
rainwater. Use a clean, damp cloth. Do not wash product under a faucet, or use any
form of water jet to spray it. (Common sense, guys!)
2. Even though the Mark I is rated IP67 water resistant grade and you can ride under
rain, but do not use a water jet to clean the scooter.
3. Avoid leaving your Mark I to charge overnight, unplug once it is fully charged.
4. Clean the product off from time to time.
BATTERY
The Mark I contains an internal, lithium-ion polymer rechargeable battery. In general, the
life expectancy of this battery depends upon use, and usually last a really long time. If
the battery does not charge after several attempts, it may be non-operational and you
may need to contact customer support. Do not attempt to replace the Mark I’s battery
yourself.
MAINTENANCE TIPS
In order to achieve maximum longevity while using your ORCA Mark I, we suggest that you
adopt the following guidelines:

speed) will vary with use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VORO shall in no event be liable for any lost profits, loss of information or data, special,
incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential or incidental damages, arising in any way
out of distribution of, sale of, resale of, use of, or inability to use the Product. In no event
shall VORO’s liability exceed the retail purchase price of the Product.
COSTS OF PROCUREMENT
For the avoidance of doubt, in no event will VORO be liable for any costs of
procurement unless it has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and in no
case shall VORO be liable for any costs of procurement liability exceeding the retail
purchase price of the Product.
GENERAL
These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in
which the Product was purchased. If any term herein is held to be invalid or
unenforceable, then such term (in so far as it is invalid or unenforceable) shall be given
no effect and deemed to be excluded without invalidating any of the remaining terms.
VORO reserves the right to amend any term at any time without notice.
