1. PREMESSA
Questo manuale contiene le istruzioni per l'uso e la manutenzione della
CONFEZIONATRICE SOTTO VUOTO.
L'osservanza delle istruzioni contenute nel presente ma-
nuale consente di operare durante l'uso in condizioni di
sicurezza, garantendo nel contempo il regolare funziona-
mento dell'apparecchio.
PRIMA DI UTILIZZARE LA CONFEZIONATRICE SOTTOVUOTO
LEGGETE ATTENTAMENTE LE ISTRUZIONI CONTENUTE IN
QUESTO MANUALE.
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità dovuta a ne-
gligenza ed alla mancata osservanza delle istruzioni.
1.1 NORME GENERALI DI SICUREZZA
E PREVENZIONE INFORTUNI
PERICOLO
• Non toccare l'apparecchio con le mani bagnate o umide.
• Non utilizzare l'apparecchio a piedi scalzi.
• In caso di guasto o cattivo funzionamento, spegnere l'appa-
recchio e scollegarlo dalla rete.
• Non lasciare l'apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmosferici;
non immergerlo in acqua.
• Non affidarne l'uso a bambini od a persone incapaci.
• Staccare sempre la spina prima di effettuare qualsiasi opera-
zione diversa dal confezionamento.

1.1 SEGURIDAD GENERAL

partes de la máquina, utilicen únicamente
recambios originales.
• En caso de incompatibilidad entre el
enchufe de la máquina y vuestra toma de
corriente, háganlo sustituir en un Centro

machine is not damaged; in case of doubt do not use it

Vergewissern Sie sich nach
Entfernen der Verpackung, dass
das Gerät unversehrt ist; im
Zweifelsfall nicht benützen und sofort
den Händler kontaktieren.
Die Verpackungselemente (Plastiktüten etc.)
dürfen nicht in Reichweite von Kindern gelassen
oder in der Umwelt weggeworfen werden.

Después de quitarle el embalaje,
asegúrese de la integridad de la
máquina; en caso de duda, no la utilice
inmediatamente y llévela al punto de
venta donde la adquirió.

2.3 INSTALLAZIONE
ATTENZIONE: prima di collegare la CONFEZIONATRICE
SOTTOVUOTO alla presa di corrente, leggere attenta-
mente questo manuale.
2.3.1 NORME GENERALI DI IMPIEGO
1) Accertarsi preventivamente che la tensione indicata sulla
targhetta di identificazione (A) della macchina sia la stessa della
Vostra rete.
2) Inserire e disinserire la spina nella presa di corrente sempre
ad apparecchio spento:
Non tirare mai il cavo ma afferrare sempre la spina (vedi
Fig. 1).
EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE L’ASPIRAZIONE DI LIQUIDI! IL PRO-
DOTTO VA CONFEZIONATO ASCIUTTO E FREDDO, DOPO REFRI-
GERAZIONE IN FRIFORIFERO PER ALMENO 2÷3 ORE. EVENTUA-
LI DANNI ALL’APPARECCHIO CONSEGUENTI ALL’ASPIRAZIONE
DI LIQUIDI NON SONO COPERTI DA GARANZIA.
Evitare nel modo più assoluto l’aspirazione di liquidi,
poichè possono causare la rottura della pompa.
Non toccare la barra saldante (B) dopo aver effettuato
la saldatura della busta poiché essa raggiunge alte tem-
perature.
TENERE LA CONFEZIONATRICE SOTTOVUOTO LONTA-
NO DALLA PORTATA DEI BAMBINI
3) Non utilizzare coltelli o altri utensili affilati per l’eliminazione
di eventuali residui sulla barra saldante: attendere sempre che si raffreddi
prima di intervenire con attrezzi non affilati e non appuntiti.
4) Per qualsiasi problema dovesse sorgere (funzionamento di-
fettoso o assistenza tecnica) contattare il nostro servizio di assisten-
za clienti.
LA SICUREZZA ELETTRICA DI QUESTO APPARECCHIO
E’ ASSICURATA SOLO SE ESSO E’ COLLEGATO CORRET-
TAMENTE AD UN IMPIANTO DI MESSA A TERRA EFFICA-

2.3 INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: Before plugging in the vacuum packaging
machine, carefully read this instruction manual.
2.3.1 GENERAL USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1) Firstly, make sure the voltage of your electricity supply
matches that given on the machine dataplate (A).
2) Only insert the plug in the power socket and remove it when
the machine is switched off:
Always grip the plug; never pull on the power cord (see
Fig. 1).
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO VACUUM PACK LIQUIDS! THE PRODUCT
MUST BE CHILLED IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST
2÷3 HOURS, SO THAT IT IS DRY AND COLD. DAMAGE TO THE
MACHINE CAUSED BY SUCKING LIQUIDS IS NOT COVERED
BY WARRANTY.
Absolutely avoid sucking liquids, as they can cause
breakage of the pump.
Do not touch the sealing bar (B) after sealing because it
becomes very hot.
KEEP THE VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE OUT OF THE
CHILDREN’S REACH.
3) Do not use knives or other sharp utensils to remove any
residuals on the sealing bar: always wait until it is cold and use tools
that are not sharp or pointed.
4) For any problems (faulty operation, technical assistance)
contact customer service for assistance.
THE SAFETY OF THIS MACHINE IS ONLY GUARANTEED
IF THE MACHINE HAS BEEN CORRECTLY EARTHED.
THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ANY LIABILITY FOR
DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE
ELECTRICAL SAFETY REGULATIONS.

ATTENTION: avant de brancher la
CONDITIONNEUSE SOUS VIDE à la
prise de courant, lisez
attentivement ce manuel.
2.3.1 RÈGLES GÉNÉRALES
POUR L'EMPLOI
1) Avant, assurez-vous que la tension qui
est indiquée sur la plaque (A) de la machine
correspond aux valeurs de réseau.
2) Brancher et débrancher la fiche
toujours avec la machine arrêtée:
Ne jamais tirer le câble mais
prendre toujours la fiche (Fig. 1).
NE PAS ASPIRER DE LIQUIDES.
LE PRODUIT DOIT ÊTRE CONDITIONNÉ
SEC ET FROID APRÈS L’AVOIR LAISSÉ
DANS LE RÉFRIGÉRATEUR PENDANT
2÷3 HEURES MINIMUM.
TOUT DOMMAGE DÛ A L’ASPIRATION
DE LIQUIDES N’EST PAS COUVERT PAR
LA GARANTIE.
Il faut absolument éviter l’aspiration
de liquides car ils pourraient
provoquer la rupture de la pompe.
Ne pas toucher la barre de soudure
(B) après avoir fait la soudure du
sachet, parce qu’elle peut atteindre de
hautes températures.
LA MACHINE DOIT ÊTRE HORS DE
LA PORTEE DES ENFANTS.
3) N’utilisez pas des couteaux ou des outils
tranchants pour éliminer des éventuels
résidus sur la barre de soudure: attendre
toujours que la machine soit froide avant
d’intervenir avec des outils qui ne soient pas
tranchants ou pointus.
4) Pour tout problème (fonctionnement
défectueux ou assistance technique)
contacter notre service après ventes.

2.3 AUFSTELLUNG

2.3.1 ALLGEMEINE
GEBRAUCHSHINWEISE
1) Vor Gebrauch überprüfen, dass die auf
dem Typenschild (A) der Maschine
angegebene Spannung Ihrer Netzspannung
entspricht.
2) Den Stecker stets bei ausgeschaltetem
Gerät in die Steckdose stecken bzw.
ziehen:
Keinesfalls am Netzkabel, sondern
stets am Stecker ziehen (siehe Abb. 1).

2.3 INSTALACIÓN
PRECAUCIÓN: antes de enchufar
la máquina de vacío, lea

este manual.
2.3.1 NORMAS
GENERALES DE USO
1) Compruebe primero que el voltaje de
su corriente corresponde al indicado en la
placa de identificación (A) de la máquina.
2) Enchufe y desenchufe la máquina sólo
cuando esté apagada:
no tire nunca del cable, sino agarre
directamente el enchufe (Fig. 1).
¡EVITAR SIEMPRE LA ASPIRACIÓN DE
LÍQUIDOS! HAY QUE REFRIGERAR EL
PRODUCTO EN LA NEVERA DURANTE 2-
3 HORAS PARA QUE ESTÉ FFRÍO Y SECO
AL MOMENTO DE ENVASARLO EN VACÍO.
CUALQUIER DAÑO AL APARATO DEBIDO
A LA ASPIRACIÓN DE LÍQUIDOS NO SERÁ
CUBIERTO POR LA GARANTÍA.
Evitar absolutamente la
aspiración de líquidos, porque
pueden provocar la ruptura de la bom-
ba.
No toque la barra selladora (B)
después de sellar ya que alcanza
temperaturas altas.
MANTENGA LA MÁQUINA DE
VACÍO FUERA DEL ALCANCE DE
LOS NIÑOS.
3) No utilice cuchillos u otros utensilios
cortantes, para quitar algo que se haya
quedado adherido a la barra selladora:
espere siempre a que la barra se enfríe
antes de utilizar utensilios que no cortan y
que no tengan punta.
4) Para cualquier tipo de problema
(funcionamiento defectuoso o necesidad de
asistencia técnica), contacte directamente
con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente.

3. CREAZIONE DEL VUOTO
3.1 ESECUZIONE VUOTO IN BUSTE LISCE
1) Collegare l’apparecchio alla presa di corrente.
2) Dare tensione alla confezionatrice posizionando l’interruttore (1) su
“ON” o ruotando il selettore (8) su “ON” (VM14-VM88) e si accende
la spia gialla incorporata.
3) Regolare il tempo di saldatura al valore desiderato (esempio “8”)
mediante la manopola (4) “SEAL TIME”.
4) Far fuoriuscire il filo estraibile (A) posizionando l’interruttore “WIRE” (7) su
II (VM98) o posizionando la levetta verso il basso (VM14-VM88).
5) Estrarre il cassetto (B).
6) Inserire la busta entro i limiti (X) della guarnizione, e fare in modo che
il filo estraibile (A) e il beccuccio (C) entri nella busta.
ATTENZIONE: Il prodotto all’interno della busta, va po-
sizionato il più vicino possibile al filo.
7) Abbassare lo sportello mobile (D) per attivare la pompa vuoto e allo
stesso tempo esercitare una leggera pressione sulla maniglia dello
sportello stesso.
8) Una volta raggiunto il valore sul vuotometro (6) di 0,80 bar (VM98) o
1,0 bar (VM14-VM88) posizionare l’interruttore “WIRE” su I oppure
posizionare la levetta verso l’alto (VM14-VM88) in modo da far rien-
trare il filo.
ATTENZIONE: la fuoriuscita del filo è possibile solo con la
pompa spenta. Nella fase di rientro del filo (a vuoto realizza-
to) è consigliabile mantenere ferma con una mano la busta con il
prodotto al fine di evitare che la busta stessa riggrinzi sul filo.
9) La macchina completa il ciclo di vuoto,sigilla la busta e sblocca lo
sportello mobile a fine ciclo quindi estrarre la busta.
La macchina a questo punto è pronta per un nuovo ciclo.
La saldatura deve risultare ben marcata, senza punti di
fusione e senza bruciature (vedi fig. 1).
3. VACUUM CREATION
3.1 VACUUM CREATION IN SMOOTH BAGS
1) Connect the appliance to a power socket.
2) Power the packing machine by setting switch (1) to“ON” or turning
selector (8) to “ON” (VM14-VM88) and the built-in yellow indicator
lights up.
3) Adjust the sealing temperature to the required value (example “8”)
by means of “SEAL TIME” knob (4).
4) Let tout he removable wire (A) by positioning “WIRE” (7) on II
(VM98) or turning the lever down (VM14-VM88).
5) Pullout the inox shelf (B).
6) Insert the bag within limits (X) of the gasket, and let the retractable
wire (A) and evacuation fitting (C) enter the bag.
ATTENTION: the product inside the bag must be placed
as close to the wire as possible.
7) Lower movable lid (D) to activate the vacuum pump and at the same
time exert a slight pressure on the lid handle.
8) Once the value of 0.80 bar (VM98) or 1.0 bar (VM14-VM88) is reached
on vacuum gauge (6), position the “WIRE” switch on Ior turn the
lever upwards (VM14-VM88) to retract the wire.
ATTENTION: the wire can only be extracted with the pump switched
off. In the wire retraction phase (after the vacuum is created) it is
advisable to h old the bag containing the product steady with one
hand to prevent the bag from wrinkling on the wire.
9) The machine completes the vacuum cycle, seals the bag and
releases the movable lid at the end of the cycle, so that the bag can
be removed. The machine is now ready for a new cycle.
Sealing must be clear, without melted points or burns
(see fig. 1).

3. VAKUUMERZEUGUNG
3.1 VAKUUMIERUNG IN GLATTEN
BEUTELN
1) Das Gerät an den Netzstecker
anschließen.
2) Die Verpackungsmaschine durch Stellen
des Schalters (1) auf “ON” oder Drehen
des Wahlschalters (8) auf “ON”
einschalten (VM14-VM88), es leuchtet die
integrierte gelbe Kontrollleuchte auf.
3) Die Schweißzeit mit dem Regler (4) “SEAL
TIME” auf den gewünschten Wert
einstellen (zum Beispiel “8”).
4) Den ausziehbaren Vakuumierdraht (A)
durch Stellen des Schalters “WIRE” (7) auf
II (VM98) oder des Hebels nach unten
(VM14-VM88) ausfahren lassen.
5) Die Platte (B) herausziehen.
6) Den Beutel zwischen (X) die Dichtung-
en einlegen und den ausziehbaren
Draht (A) sowie den Stutzen (C) in den
Beutel einführen.
ACHTUNG: Das im Beutel enthaltene
Produkt muss so nah wie möglich
am Draht ausgerichtet werden.
7) Die bewegliche Klappe (D) absenken,
was die Vakuumpumpe einschaltetund
gleichzeitig leicht auf den Griff der Klappe
drücken.
8) Nachdem der Wert am Vakuummeter (6)
von 0,80 bar (VM98) oder 1,0 bar (VM14-
VM88) erreicht worden ist, den Schalter
“WIRE” auf Ibzw. den Hebel nach oben
stellen (VM14-VM88), um den Draht
einziehen zu können.
ACHTUNG: Das Ausziehen des
Drahts ist nur bei abgeschalteter
Pumpe möglich. Beim Einziehen
des Drahts (nach erzeugtem Vakuum)
sollte der Beutel mit Inhalt mit der
Hand festgehalten werden, damit er
nicht am Draht schrumpft.
9) Die Maschine beendet den Vakuumzyklus,
versiegelt den Beutel, gibt die bewegliche
Klappe am Ende des Zyklus frei; somit
kann man den Beutel abnehmen.Dann ist
die Maschine für einen weiteren Zyklus bereit.
Die Schweißnaht muss deutlich
erkennbar sein und darf keine
Schmelz- und Brennpunkte aufweisen
(siehe Abb. 1).
3. CREATION DU VIDE
3.1 EXECUTION DU VIDE EN
SACHETS LISSES
1) Relier l’appareil à la prise de courant.
2) Fournir le courant à la conditionneuse en
plaçant l’interrupteur (1) sur “ON” ou en
tournant le sélecteur (8) sur “ON” (VM14-
VM88) ; le voyant jaune incorporé
s’allumera.
3) Régler la durée de soudure sur la valeur
désirée (exemple “8”) au moyen de la ma-
nette (4) “SEAL TIME”.
4) Faire sortir le fil extractible (A) en
positionnant l’interrupteur « WIRE » (7) sur
II (VM98) ou en plaçant le levier vers le
bas (VM14 – VM88).
5) Extraire le plan d'appui (B).
6) Introduire le sachet dans les limites (X) du
joint et procéder de manière à ce que le fil
extractible (A) et le tuyau (C) entrent
dans le sachet.
ATTENTION : le produit à l’intérieur
du sachet doit être positionné le
plus près possible du fil.
7) Abaisser le volet mobile (D) pour activer la
pompe à vide et en même temps, exercer
une légère pression sur la poignée dudit
volet.
8) Après avoir atteint la valeur sur le
vacuomètre (6) de 0,80 bar (VM98) ou 1,0
bar (VM14-VM88), positionner
l’interrupteur “WIRE” sur I ou bien placer le
levier vers le haut (VM14-VM88) de
manière à faire rentrer le fil.
ATTENTION : la sortie du fil n’est
possible qu’avec la pompe éteinte.
Dans la phase de retrait du fil (une fois
le vide réalisé), il est conseillé de
maintenir d’une main le sachet avec le
produit afin d’éviter que ledit sachet
ne se crispe sur le fil.
9) La machine complète le cycle de vide,
soude le sachet et débloque le volet mobi-
le à la fin du cycle. On peut alors extraire
le sachet et la machine est prête pour un
nouveau cycle.
La soudure doit être bien marquée,
sans points de fusion et sans
brûlures (voir fig. 1).
3. CREACIÓN DEL VACÍO
3.1 EJECUCIÓN VACÍO EN BOLSAS
LISAS
1) Enchufar la máquina a la toma de corriente.
2) Conectar tensión a la envasadora
disponiendo el interruptor (1) en “ON” o
situando el selector (8) en “ON” (VM14 /
VM88); se enciende el testigo amarillo
incorporado.
3) Regular el tiempo de sellado según el valor
requerido (por ejemplo “8”) mediante el
mando (4) “SEAL TIME”.
4) Hacer salir el hilo extraíble (A) disponiendo
el interruptor “WIRE” (7) en II (VM98) o
situando la palanquita abajo (VM14 /
VM88).
5) Extraer el cajón (B).
6) Introducir la bolsa dentro de los límites (X)
de la guarnición, procediendo de manera
que el hilo extraíble (A) y la boquilla (C)
entren en la bolsa.
ATENCIÓN. En el interior de la bolsa
el producto debe ser posicionado lo
más próximo posible al hilo.
7) Bajar el portillo móvil (D) para activar
la bomba de vacío y, simultáneamente,
ejercer una ligera presión sobre la manilla
del portillo misma.
8) Una vez alcanzado en el vacuómetro (6)
el valor de 0,80 bar (VM98) o 1,0 bar
(VM14 / VM88), disponer el interruptor
“WIRE” en I o bien, subir la palanquita
(VM14 / VM88) a fin de hacer retornar el
hilo.
ATENCIÓN. La salida del hilo es
posible sólo con la bomba apagada.
Durante el retorno del hilo (con vacío
obtenido) es conveniente mantener
inmovilizada con una mano la bolsa con
el producto para evitar que la bolsa
misma se arrugue sobre el hilo.
9) La máquina completa el ciclo de vacío, sella
la bolsa y desbloquea la portezuela móvil
al concluirse el ciclo; se extrae la bolsa. A
continuación la máquina queda lista para
comenzar un nuevo ciclo.
El sellado debe quedar
correctamente marcado, sin
puntos de fusión ni quemaduras (véase
fig. 1).

1) Collegare l’apparecchio alla presa di corrente.
2) Dare tensione alla confezionatrice posizionando l’interruttore (1)
su “ON” o ruotando il selettore (8) su “ON” (VM14-VM98) e si
accende la spia gialla incorporata.
3) Regolare il tempo di saldatura al valore desiderato (esempio “8”)
mediante la manopola (4) “SEAL TIME”.
4) Posizionare l’interruttore “WIRE” (7) su neutro “0” (VM98) o la
levetta al centro (VM14-VM88).
5) Estrarre il cassetto (A).
6) Posizionare l’interruttore (3) su SEAL (solo VM98).
7) Inserire la busta goffrata appoggiandosi sul bordo della guarnizio-
ne (B) e facendo entrare il beccuccio (C) nella busta stessa.
8) Abbassare lo sportello mobile (D) per attivare la pompa vuoto e allo
stesso tempo esercitare una leggera pressione sulla maniglia dello
sportello stesso.
9) Una volta raggiunto il valore sul vuotometro (6) di 0,80 bar (VM98)
o 1,0 bar (VM14-VM88) posizionare l’interruttore “WIRE” su I (VM98)
o la levetta verso l’alto (VM14-VM88). La macchina attiva la sigillatura
della busta.
10) A fine ciclo la macchina sblocca lo sportello mobile. Estrarre la busta.
La macchina a questo punto è pronta per un nuovo ciclo.

33.2 CREATING VACUUM IN EMBOSSED BAGS
1) Connect the appliance to a power socket.
2) Power the packing machine by turning switch (1) to “ON” or
turning selector (8) to “ON” (VM14-VM88) and the built-in yellow
indicator lights up.
3) Adjust the sealing temperature to the required value (example
“8”) by means of “SEAL TIME” knob (4).
4) Position the “WIRE” switch (7) on neutral “0” (VM98) or the
lever in the centre (VM14-VM88).
5) Remove tray (A).
6) Position switch (3) on SEAL (VM98 only).
7) Insert the embossed bag by resting it on the edge of gasket (B)
and insert spout (C) into the bag.
8) Lower movable lid (D) to activate the vacuum pump and at the
same time, exert slight pressure on the door handle.
9) Once the value of 0.80 bar (VM98) or 1.0 bar (VM14-VM88) is
reached on vacuum gauge (6), position the “WIRE” switch on Ior
turn the lever upwards (VM14-VM88). The machine activates
bag sealing.
10) At the end of the cycle, the machine unlocks the movable lid.
Remove the bag. The machine is now ready for a new cycle.
