PRECAUCIONES IMPORTANTES
Cuando se utilizan electrodomésticos, siempre debe de seguir
algunas medidas básicas de seguridad, incluyendo las siguientes:

2. Utilice este artefacto sólo para su uso previsto.
3. Para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, no sumerja el
artefacto en agua ni ningún otro líquido.
4. Siempre apague el artefacto antes de enchufarlo o
desenchufarlo del tomacorriente. Nunca hale el cable para
desconectarlo del tomacorriente; en su lugar, tome el enchufe y
tire de él para desconectar.
5. No permita que el cable toque supercies calientes. Permita que
el artefacto se enfríe completamente antes de guardarlo. Pase el
cable sin apretar alrededor del artefacto cuando lo guarde.
6. Asegúrese de que la unidad esté apagada, desenchufada y

10. Se pueden producir quemaduras al tocar piezas calientes: como la

20. Para evitar lesiones personales y daños al artefacto, solo
agregue agua al tanque de agua. NUNCA agregue soluciones
de limpieza, perfumes, aceites o cualquier otro aditivo químico.
21. Se debe tener cuidado al usar el artefacto debido a la emisión
de vapor.
22. No coloque la plancha sobre una supercie desprotegida,
inclusive si está apoyada sobre su soporte.
23. La plancha no debe dejarse desatendida mientras está
conectada en el tomacorriente.
24. La abertura de llenado no debe abrirse durante el uso. Vea las
instrucciones para llenar de manera segura el depósito de agua.
25. La plancha debe usarse y descansar sobre una supercie estable.
26. Al colocar la plancha sobre su soporte, asegúrese de que la
supercie sobre la que se coloca el soporte sea estable.
27. La plancha no debe usarse si se ha caído, si existen signos
visibles de daño o si tiene fugas.
28. Si la plancha no funciona normalmente, desconéctela del
tomacorriente y lleve la plancha a un centro de servicio
autorizado para su reparación.
29. PRECAUCIÓN: Contenido caliente. Espere a que se enfrie
antes de drenar y manipular.

Nota: durante su uso, la barra ajustable debe estar completamente
extendida para permitir un ujo continuo de vapor. La manguera
debe estar siempre en posición vertical para permitir que la
condensación de agua retorne al tanque. Es posible que durante
el uso de este producto, un sonido de gorgoteo se produzca
dentro de la manguera debido a la condensación dentro de la
misma. En este caso, se recomienda levantar la boquilla hasta
que la manguera este completamente extendida hacia arriba, libre
de bloqueos, para así evitar el gorgoteo y rebosamiento de agua.

ENSAMBLANDO EL VAPORIZADOR
DE PRENDAS
1. Saque todas las partes del embalaje.
2. Retire las bolsas de plástico y las etiquetas de la unidad.
3. Coloque la unidad en el suelo.
4. Coloque la varilla en el receptáculo de la unidad. Extienda las varillas para liberar
los clips (extremo de la varilla exterior) alinee la ranura de la varilla con el saliente
del receptáculo, inserte la varilla hasta que suene un “clic” . Haga los mismo para la
segunda varilla. (FIG 1)
5. Abre los 3 pestillos e extiende la barra hasta su altura máxima bloquee la barra en su
lugar y vuelva a cerrar los pestillos. Haga lo mismo con la otra varilla.
6. Alinee la ranura de la varilla con la parte saliente de la percha, coloque la percha en
los postes. (FIG 2)
7. Coloque el soporte hasta que escuche un clic de los 4 soportes. (FIG 3)
8. Coloque los clips de los pantalones en la percha. (FIG 4)
9. Coloque la boquilla en su soporte.
10. La unidad ahora está ensamblada.

COMO USAR SU VAPORIZADOR DE PRENDAS
Instrucciones de llenado
1. Retire el tanque de agua de la unidad.
2. Gire la tapa del tanque de agua.
3. Llene de agua hasta la Línea MAX y apriete la tapa.
4. Coloque el depósito de agua en la unidad asegurándose de que encaje
rmemente en su lugar.
5. Su vaporizador de prendas esté listo para usar.
Precaución la unidad libera vapor caliente, por favor asegúrese de manejar
la boquilla con cuidado y lejos de cualquier parte del cuerpo. No usar el
vaporizador de prendas con prendas puestas. No apuntar la boquilla hacia
su rostro.
Modo de empleo
1. Asegurese de que el tanque de agua tenga agua.
2. Conecte la unidad en un tomacorriente adecuado.
Advertencia: Se debe tener cuidado de colocar el cable de manera que
no se pueda tirar o tropezar con él. Asegúrese siempre de poder moverse libremente sin
enredarse con el cable.
3. Gire la perilla hasta la temperatura/ tipo de prendas que está en la unidad. La perilla se prende
de color azul, eso nos identica que la unidad esta prendida. Espere unos segundo antes para
que empiece a salir vapor.
Nota: Es posible que escuche un golpeteo durante el ciclo de calentamiento. Esto es normal.
4. Agarre el mango de la boquilla de vapor con los oricios de vapor hacia afuera. Retire la
boquilla de la prenda y suavice la tela con la mano libre o con el guante.
5. No aconsejamos de usar este producto horizontalmente. Este producto fue diseñado para un
uso vertical.
6. Para apagar el vaporizador de ropa manual, gire la perilla en posición- «OFF».
7. Desenchufe el dispositivo cuando no esté en uso. Vacíe el depósito y deje que el vaporizador
de ropa se enfríe antes de guardarlo.
8. Para quitar el agua debajo del tanque de agua, coloque un recipiente debajo del desagüe y
ábralo. Esta operación puede ocurrir cuando el agua se enfríe, ya que podría salir algo de
agua caliente de la unidad.
9. Si usa la función eco, use la conguración más baja.
Accesorios
Asegúrese de que el vaporizador de prendas de pedestal esté desenchufado y frío antes de
colocar los accesorios. Si la unidad ha estado en uso, primero deje que se enfríe por completo
antes de cambiar los accesorios, ya que la placa de presión aún estará caliente.
I. El cepillo para tela separa las bras en telas más gruesas para una mejor penetración del
vapor. Para jar el accesorio, coloque el cepillo para tela sobre la placa de presión.
ii. El guante sirve para proteger su mano durante el uso del vaporizador de prendas.

CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
1. Desenchufe la unidad del tomacorriente y deje que se enfríe completamente.
2. No sumerja la unidad o cualquiera de sus partes en agua. La única parte que se puede lavar
con agua es el tanque de agua y su tapa (si es necesario).
3. Retire el tanque de agua y bote el agua.
4. Retire las pelusas que puedan quedar atrapadas en el cepillo de
cerdas.
5. Limpie la unidad y la suela de cerámica de la boquilla con un paño
suave humedecido.
6. Si nota algunas fugas de agua de su depósito de agua, empuje el
resorte y vuelve a colocarlo en su lugar. Para eliminar cualquier
residuo de agua dentro de la unidad, retire la barra y la manguera. PRECAUCIÓN:
ASEGÚRESE DE QUE LA UNIDAD SE ENFRÍE POR COMPLETO ANTES DE VACIAR
EL AGUA QUE QUEDA EN EL DEPÓSITO DE AGUA. Lleve la unidad al fregadero. Retire
el tanque de agua. Retire el tapón de drenaje situado debajo de la unidad desenroscándolo
hacia la izquierda y elimine cualquier residuo de agua por el desagüe. PRECAUCIÓN:
ASEGÚRESE DE QUE LA UNIDAD ESTÉ DESENCHUFADA.
7. SUELA DE CERÁMICA DE LA BOQUILLA: Los residuos de la Suela de Cerámica de la
Boquilla se pueden limpiar con un paño empapado en una solución de agua y vinagre.
8. TANQUE DE AGUA EXTRAÍBLE: Vacíe el agua que queda en el tanque de agua. Enjuague el
tanque de agua con agua fresca varias veces.
9. CARCASA: La carcasa se puede limpiar con un paño húmedo y luego secarse. Aparte de la
limpieza recomendada, no es necesario ningún mantenimiento adicional por parte del usuario.
Si por alguna razón su vaporizador debe ser reparado, no trate de hacerlo usted mismo.
Envíelo a un Centro de Servicio Autorizado Oster.
Con el tiempo podrían acumularse sedimentos provenientes del agua del grifo en las partes
principales del vaporizador. Descalcique su artefacto con regularidad siguiendo estos pasos:
1. Llene el tanque de agua con una solución de 700mL de vinagre blanco y 700mL de agua.
2. Encienda el vaporizador para que funcione y deje que el vapor sea liberado.
3. Vacíe la solución de vinagre del tanque de agua y enjuague con agua limpia.
4. Llene el tanque de agua con agua limpia y luego póngalo a funcionar normalmente.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety instructions should
always be followed, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
2. Use appliance only for its intended use.
3. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the
appliance in water or other liquids.
4. Always turn the appliance to “Off” before plugging or unplugging
the appliance from the electrical outlet. Never yank cord to
disconnect from outlet; instead, grasp plug and pull to disconnect.
5. Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces. Let appliance cool
completely before putting away. Loop cord loosely around
appliance when storing.
6. Make sure unit is off, unplugged and allow it to cool completely
before lling or cleaning.
7. Always disconnect appliance from electrical outlet when lling
with water or emptying, and when not in use.
8. Never use the garment steamer if you have wet hands.
9. Do not operate appliance with a damaged cord, or if the appliance
has been dropped or damaged. To reduce the risk of electric
shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance, take
it to a qualied service center for examination and repair. Incorrect
reassembly or repair could cause a risk of re, electric shock, or
injury to persons when the appliance is used.
10. Burns may occur by touching hot parts: such as nozzle, face
plate, hot water, hot water or the steam.
11. DO NOT turn the nozzle faceplate upside down since hot
steam coming out of the nozzle steam vents may cause burns if
exposed to the face, arms or body.
12. DO NOT bend, step on the 1.6M Flexible Hose.
13. DO NOT use outdoor.
14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with Reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge. Unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
15. To reduce the likelihood of circuit overload, do not operate
another high wattage appliance on the same circuit.
16. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, a cord with an ampere
rating equal to or greater than the maximum rating of the iron shall

be used. A cord rated for less amperage can result in a risk of re or
electric shock due to overheating. Care shall be taken to arrange the
cord so that it cannot be pulled or be tripped over.
17. When lling the water tank, watch for water that can drip onto
the oor and cause you to slip and fall.
18. Appliance may cause personal injury or be damaged if dropped.
19. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the
appliance manufacturer may cause injuries or void your warranty.
20. To avoid personal injury and damage to the appliance, only
add water to the water tank. NEVER add cleaning solutions,
perfumes, oils or any other chemical additives.
21. Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the
emission of steam.
22. Do not set the iron on an unprotected surface, even if it is on the
heel rest.
23. The iron must not be left unattended while it is connected to the
supply mains.
24. The lling aperture must not be opened during use. Instructions
for the safe relling of the water reservoir shall be given.
25. The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface.
26. When placing the iron on its stand, ensure that the surface on
which the stand is placed is stable.
27. The iron is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are
visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
28. If the iron is not operating normally, disconnect from power supply
and have the iron serviced by an authorized service center.
29. WARNING: The water inside the reservoir may get hot during use.
Allow to cool before draining and handing.
HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
The collapsible rod must be fully extended during steam operation
to ensure smooth lining of the hose and provide a free ow of
steam. The hose should always be in the upright position when
steaming to allow for any condensation to ow back into the
steamer. It is possible to hear a gurgling sound coming from the
steam hose due to condensation that can collect inside the hose.
To prevent this, constantly raise the steam nozzle handle upward
until the hose is extended to its full height to avoid gurgling and
overowing of this product.

ASSEMBLING THE GARMENT STEAMER
1. Remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Remove any plastic bags and labels from the unit.
3. Place the unit on the ground.
4. Place the rod into the rod receptacle on the unit. Extend the rods to release clips(end of outer
rod), align rod slot with protruding of receptacle, insert rod until click sound. Repeat for another
rod. (FIG 1)
5. Open the 3 latches and extend the bar to its full height. Lock the bar in place and close the
latches again. Do the same with the other bar.
6. Align rod slot with protruding of hanger,place the hanger on the poles. (FIG 2)
7. Position the board to the top smallest poles until you heard a “click” from all 4 holders. (FIG 3)
8. Place the pants clips onto hanger. (FIG 4)
9. Place the nozzle on the nozzle holder.
10. The unit is now assembled.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Filling instructions
1. Remove the water tank from the unit.
2. Turn the cap of the water tank.
3. Fill water up to the MAX Line and tighten the cap.
4. Place the water tank on the unit making sure it snaps rmly into place.
5. Your garment steamer is ready to use.
Caution the unit releases hot steam, please be sure to handle the nozzle
carefully and away from any part of the body. Do not use the garment steamer
with clothes on. Do not point the mouthpiece towards your face.
How to use
1. Make sure the water tank has water.
2. Plug the unit into a suitable electrical outlet.
Warning: Care must be taken to position the cord so that it cannot be pulled or
tripped over. Always make sure that you can move freely without getting tangled in the cable.
3. Turn the knob to the temperature / type of laundry that is in the unit. The knob turns blue, that
identies us that the unit is on. Wait a few seconds before for steam to start to come out.
Note: You may hear a knocking sound during the warm-up cycle. This is normal.
4. Grip the steam nozzle handle with the steam holes facing outward. Start from the bottom of the
fabric to allow the capoer to rise from the inside to the outside. Slowly move the nozzle from
the bottom to the top of the fabric. Remove the nozzle from the garment and smooth the fabric
with your free hand or glove.
Repeat the process as many times as necessary to achieve the desired result.
5. We do not advise to use this product horizontally. This product was designed for vertical use.
6. To turn off the manual garment steamer, turn the knob to the “OFF” position.
7. Unplug the device when not in use. Empty the reservoir and allow the garment steamer to cool
down before storing.
8. To remove the water below the water tank, place a recipient below the drain and open it. This
operation might happen when the water cool down, as some hot water could be COMING out
from the unit.
9. To use the eco function, please use the lower setting.
Accessories
Make sure the garment steamer is unplugged and cool before applying attachments. If the unit
has been in use, allow the unit to cool down completely rst before changing attachments as the
press plate will still be hot.
i. The fabric brush separates the bres on thicker fabrics for better steam penetration. To afx
the attachment, snap the fabric brush over the press plate.
ii. The glove is to help protect your hand during steaming.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug unit from electrical outlet and let it cool down completely.
2. Do not immerse unit or any of its parts in water. The only part that can be washed
with water is the water tank and its cap (if needed).
3. Remove water tank and dispose of water.
4. Remove any lint that might get trapped on the bristle brush.
5. Wipe unit and nozzle faceplate with a damp smooth cloth.
6. If you notice some water leaks from your water reservoir,
please push the spring and replace in its place. To dispose
of any remaining water inside the unit, remove the rod and
the hose. CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS COOLED
DOWN COMPLETELY BEFORE EMPTYING THE REMAINING WATER IN THE
WATER RESERVOIR.Take unit to the sink. Remove the water tank. Remove
drainage plug located under the unit by unscrewing it counterclockwise and
dispose of any remaining water through the drain. CAUTION: ENSURE UNIT IS
UNPLUGGED.
7. NOZZLE CERAMIC FACEPLATE: Residue on the Nozzle Ceramic Faceplate can be
wiped off with a cloth soaked in a solution of water and vinegar.
8. REMOVABLE WATER TANK: Empty any water that remains in the water tank. Rinse
the water tank with fresh water several times.
9. HOUSING: The housing can be cleaned with a moist cloth and then wiped dry. Other
than the recommended cleaning, no further user maintenance should be necessary.
If for any reason your Garment Steamer should require repairs, do not try to x it
yourself. Send it to an Oster Authorized Service Center.
The scale from tap water may build up on the major parts of the steamer over time.
De-scale your steamer regularly by the following steps:
1. Fill the water tank with solution of 700mL of white vinegar and 700mL of water.
2. Switch on the steamer to operate and let the steam release.
3. Empty the vinegar solution from the water tank and rinse with clean water.
