3.2 Operation Details

Connect
the
power
cable
to
turn
the
power
on, install the
film on
the
film
shaft,
after film
pass
the
feed
rod and
been
pulled
in
the
middle of the
belt,
press the auto-feed button, and after
the
film
pull
out
of
the
filling
rnachine,
then press
the
start
button
for
filling
air.

3.4 Attention
1.Do
not
use
in
humid
environment.
2.Before
operation,
please
pay
attention
to
the
following
instructions:
If
the
system
is
not
grounded
properly ,
may
cause
an
electric
shock.
Do
not
open
the
protective
or
examine/repair
cover.
Only
our
service
personnel
or
authorized
dealer
maintenance
service
personnel
can
open.
During
operation
and
loading material, please
avoid
directly
touch
to
roller
from
finger,
clothes,
jewelry
and
hair.(tie hair up suggested).
3.Inflatable
bag only
suggest
used
as
packing
materials,
do
not
use
it
as
float, pillow,
or
child
toy.
4.The
weight
of
filling
material(film)
do
not
over
5KG,during
material loading,
do
NOT
stress
it
or
leaning.
5.When
the
material is
driven
by
the
machine,
it will generate
static
electricity,
and
the
material
itself
also
has
static
electricity.
The
operator
should
not
wear
and
drag
or
go
barefoot,
otherwise,
the
human
body
will
become
the
conductor
of
static
electricity,
thus
causing
the
discomfort
of
being
shocked.
6.After
long
time
operating
the
machine,
if
the
film
does
not
run
smoothly
or
get
stuck, please
replace
the
blade in time.
7.
After
long
time
operating
the machine, if
appearance
the
sealing edge is
not
firm,
broken
seal
edge,
please
confirm
if
the
temperature
proper,
if
the temperature
belt
or
tape
broken,
if
yes,
please
repilace
it in
time.
8.Speed
and
air
volume
of
the
air
filling
machine
should
be adjusted mutually,
different
film
has
different
parameter,
no
rated
standard,
need be
adjusted
the
record
according
to
the
actual
condition.

3.6Film Storage

Please noted, before use, this film should in its operating temperature.
The films operating temperature range are 16-43 C .Please used the film within this temperature range to
achieve the best sealing effect.
3.7 System Composition
1.Main power switch: No/OFF
The Main power switch located on the back of the machine, for turning on or off the system.
2.Start/Stop switch; NI switch
(1)Start/Stop button :start/stop machine operation.
(2)IN button: Auxiliary roll film into the roller.
3.Main power cord
Plug the power cord into the appropriate power outlet, more details please refer to 3.5 "Power
requirements".

6.Film Roll Holder
It is used to install the film coil, so that the film coil can be fixed and supported.
7. Lateral sealing module
It is used to place the air pipe, blade and heating module, etc., which can inflate arnd seal the bags.
Warning: The roller temperature is very high, be careful of scalding

4.1Preventive maintenance
Warning:
Before
maintaining
or
repairing
the
C10,
please
do
remember
turn
off
the
machine,
and
plug
the
Main
power cord
from
the
socket.

loosen
the

screws

root

tube,(refer

3),take
the
tube
out,
loosen

blade and
fix
the
screws,
change
the
blade(refer

pic
4),then
install
the tube back.
